Founded in 1990, Klépierre is a real estate investment company (SIIC) focused on retail real estate. Listed on the compartment A of Euronext ParisTM, Klépierre owns, manages and develops shopping centres in 13 countries of continental Europe.
Through its subsidiaries Ségécé and Steen & Strøm, Klépierre is also continental Europe's leading shopping centre manager.

In Spain

Klépierre has been present in Spain since 2000 where its subsidiary Ségécé España manages 86 shopping centres, including 71 owned by Klépierre.
