FRESH is a unique organization within the BNP PARIBAS IT Group. FRESH is responsible for the alignment of IT programs with the strategy and objectives of Finance and Risk. With more than 150 team members located in Madrid and Lisbon, the FRESH EMEA hub operates as a platform providing resources and expertise to deliver on tasks and projects in all areas of Finance, Risk and ALM-Treasury. This landscape is constantly growing due to major regulatory reforms, including the implementation of ESG commitments, digital transformation with the accelerated switch towards cloud technologies and major global projects that will shape the transformation of BNP Paribas.

As a part of the team, you will be working closely with Finance Performance Management community with activities spanning from administration business requirements collection, enhancements to projects, communication with users, data analysis and contribution to process reengineering.

The team is a decisive player in the design of the application roadmap, ensuring the adequacy between target architecture orientation and users main stakeholders.


o   Manage improvement and new functionalities of the application in coordination with other applications.

o   Manage improvements on the process and on the reporting.

o   Manage relationship with Group Finance.

o   Manage relationship with IT teams.

o   Prepare business requirements and ensure that the documentation is up-to-date.

o   Handle trainings, presentations and change management on the application.


o   Understanding of Bank Liquidity, RWA, Cost of Risk, and P&L reporting process and methodology, including the cost allocation.

o   Go through the different project lifecycle phases and get a deep knowledge of project management methodologies (agile methodology). Get involved in the application roadmap.

o   Visibility with daily contact with international users. Deal with various interlocutors: other project management teams, Group IT, Regional and Central Performance management teams.

 Business School, Engineer or Master in Information Technology

Fluent in English. French and Spanish is optional

o   Experience in implementation and support of budgeting/planning tools

o   IT skills:

– Planning tools: Tagetik (highly appreciated), Hyperion Planning or other CPM tools

– ETL tools (Extract Transform and Load)

– Excel / Access
