Spain IT Production
Spain IT Production organization consists of CIB ITO & ITG IT Platforms and is responsible for providing IT Production services to our Clients in EMEA, ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. IT Production organisation includes Infrastructure services, Digital Working, Telecom& Datacentres, Production Security and Application Production domains and associated transversal services (CTO Office, Control Tower, PMO and IT Continuity). In Spain, IT Production relies on a Platform with over 400 experts that provide full-stack support services ensuring a secure, stable, standardized, and efficient production.
ABOUT THE JOB
MISSION
As a Collaborative Support Specialist, you will oversee the platform monitoring and ensuring the compliance and quality of the IT production activities related to Collaborative tools, such as Mail system (OnPrem & Online) and Instant Messaging solutions across all regions in BNP Paribas and apply remediation when an issue is encountered
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide L2 technical support (requests and incidents) to users on Email, Instant Messaging and Mobile Device Management solutions. This includes Microsoft Exchange, Skype for Business
· Perform change management tasks (patch management, Disaster Recovery tests, Go Live) related to Messaging infrastructures during and outside of business hours.
· Must have a continual improvement, risk mitigation focus, and proactively improve the monitoring, efficiency, reliability, capacity and quality of all IT services under his managed perimeter
· Responsible for having an operational up to date BCP / DR documented and tested
· Work with other regional L2 Messaging teams to achieve a proper infrastructure monitoring and support coverage (follow the sun L2 infrastructure management/support).
· Work with regional service desk teams and with regional L3 Messaging teams (escalation, knowledge transfer)
REQUIREMENTS
- Studies
o Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
o ITIL Foundation certificate will be desirable
- Experience
o 1 to 3 years’ experience working in large and complex IT infrastructure environments
- Languages
o High English spoken and written fluent (B2/C)
o French spoken and written will be valued
SKILLS
- Technical
o Exchange 2016/2019 and Microsoft Outlook
o Exchange Online
o Skype For Business
o Microsoft Teams
o Active directory (core knowledge of AD, GPO, scripting, etc..)
o PowerShell scripting
o ITIL trained and experience with ITSM tools
- Transversal & Behavioral
o Mature, independent, well organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
o Exposed to multi-cultural environment and able to work as part of a Global team.
