- Risk & Control Self Assessment review and control plan challenge
- The definition and execution of 2nd level controls to ensure the relevance and proper execution of the controls by the 1st line of defense (1LOD)
- Review of Historical Incidents (HI) and quantification of Potential Incidents (PI)
- Verify the quality of 1LOD monitoring of recommendations and action plans put in place following internal (IG, control functions) or external (regulators) supervision missions
- You will alert of any risk situation which may endanger ALMT activities or revenues to the appropriate level of management of RISK ORM and ALMT
- In addition to the direct supervision missions of ALMT Head office entity, you may also contribute to the coordination missions of RISK ORM ALMT. To do so, you will take part or lead transverse actions/review /project for which you may need to interact with other RISK ORM team aiming to develop a homogeneous and coherent 2nd level control framework across the Group on the scope of the ALMT
· Finally, you will contribute to have a global vision on operational risks of ALMT activities and interact with ALMT Head office and RISK ORM central teams ensuring accurate and pertinent operational risk reporting to BNP Paribas Group and Regulators.
- Experience
You have a minimum of 10 years’ professional experience within the Group combined with at least one successful experience in a position related to internal control like as Operational Permanent Controller or a member of 2LOD or 3 LOD.
- Languages
English is required and French or Spanish is a plus
- Technical
Expertise on operational risk and permanent control is required
Knowledge on ALMT, Markets or Finance
