Spain IT Production
Spain IT Production organization consists of CIB ITO & ITG IT Platforms and is responsible for providing IT Production services to our Clients in EMEA, ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. IT Production organisation includes Infrastructure services, Digital Working, Telecom& Datacentres, Production Security and Application Production domains and associated transversal services (CTO Office, Control Tower, PMO and IT Continuity). In Spain, IT Production relies on a Platform with over 400 experts that provide full-stack support services ensuring a secure, stable, standardized, and efficient production.
ABOUT THE JOB
MISSION
P3S stands for Production Security Services & Solutions, and is similar to the role of ProdSec Office: application portfolio management & evolutions projection. This role is articulated around the ProdSec managers and Product Owners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
4 Application portfolio management
4 Follow-up of the ProdSec application portfolio:
4 Obsolescence Management
4 Vulnerability Management
4 Asset Sensitivity Card Management
4 Licensing (relay with SAM)
4 Follow-up of Risk cards & Action plans (LOD1 findings) affecting the ProdSec portfolio, in collaboration with Product Owners.
4 Reporting in the ProdSec Steerco of associated indicators, action plans & statuses
4 Evolution management
4 Follow-up of the audits, controls & recommendations attached to the Production Security domain, including pentest / redteam remediations affecting the Production generally speaking
4 Follow-up of the evolutions which are not within the scope of a project under full IT governance
4 After qualification by the product owner and break-down in workpackages, follow-up of the status of the workpackages
4 Restitution of evolutions trajectory in the Evolutions steerco.
4 Animation of the quarterly backlog refresh with Product Owners
REQUIREMENTS
- Studies
Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent
- Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience
- Languages
English mandatory
SKILLS
- Technical
Knowledge of infrastructure assets (Windows servers, databases, network components) and of operational security
Minimum of production project management to understand the phases from qualification to go-live / deployment.
- Transversal & Behavioral
Methodology & precision
Good communication skills to mobilize teams in the remediation action plans.
Good multitasking capabilities: this role is transversal to ProdSec and may deal with Network Security POs, IAM POs, TAM POs, CSIRT PO etc.
Data handling in Power BI is a plus, mastering PPT and good knowledge of excel is a must..
IT security mindset is also mandatory: our job is to improve the security posture, this requires perseverance, vigilance, curiosity & courage to challenge the status quo.
