Spain IT Production

Spain IT Production organization consists of CIB ITO & ITG IT Platforms and is responsible for providing IT Production services to our Clients in EMEA, ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. IT Production organisation includes Infrastructure services, Digital Working, Telecom& Datacentres, Production Security and Application Production domains and associated transversal services (CTO Office, Control Tower, PMO and IT Continuity). In Spain, IT Production relies on a Platform with over 400 experts that provide full-stack support services ensuring a secure, stable, standardized, and efficient production.

ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

The Request Management Services processes rely on the Request Management Administrator activity to provide timely information to users and deliver the requested services as defined by the product owner and according to the rules and regulations of BNP Paribas. Having the activities coordinated by the Request Management Team Leader, the Request Management Administrator will focus on user satisfaction and service excellence to bring the highest quality of digital asset delivery to the Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver requested services to end-users individually or as part of deployment/transformation projects
  • Processing application access requests through MyIAM tool
  • Processing IncidentsRequests!Tasks through Service Now assigned to the team
  • Identifying opportunities of improvement and report them with MyIAM team
  • Contributing to the improvement of the follow-up of user guide
  • Analyse customer case for correct qualification and logging through all established channels
  • Advise on best practice for users and ensure compliance with the company’s policies
  • Remediate incidents post-delivery through all established channels
  • Continual improvement of procedures, technical instructions, tools and reports within the managed perimeter

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT – Equivalent demonstrable experience may substitute formal education
  • At least 5 years in a similar position demonstrating progressive responsibility
  • Experience in team collaboration showing ability to support and complete tasks effectively within a team
  • Familiarity with responsibilities or technical skills essential to this role
  • Languages
    • English – Fluent in both written and spoken is mandatory
    • French – Good written and spoken in French is desirable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 environment
  • AD Azure Active Directory
  • Collaborative services (Teams, Exchange, Sharepoint, Onedrive)
  • Experienced with core IT environment.
    • Windows 10 and 11
    • Printing and sharing services
  • Scripting experience is a plus (Powershell)
  • Understanding the mechanism linked to self-reconciliation and self-provisioning and Business Roles mechanism
