The CIB IT Platform for EMEA is responsible to provide IT Services to our Clients ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. This function includes Global Markets Application Production, Local Territory IT Development, the Core Infrastructure environment including Datacentres, Application Production, Security, Architecture as well as elements of the Global Services organisation.

ITGP Digital Working is responsible to provide IT Services to our clients ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. This function includes Infrastructures (Active Directory, Messaging, Instant Messaging, Desktop …) as well as elements of the Global Services organization.

MISSION

MAIN OBJECTIVES & PURPOSE

Team membership
• Ensure to be proven as good team player to deliver the objectives assigned to the team.
• Work with other regional L2 Collaborative teams to achieve proper infrastructure monitoring and support coverage (follow the sun L2 infrastructure management/support).
• Work with regional service desk teams and with regional L3 SharePoint /OneDrive /Teams teams (escalation, knowledge transfer).

Technical Management
• Provide L2 technical support (requests and incidents) to OneDrive and Sharepoint solutions.
• The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years’ experience with OneDrive and Sharepoint.

Business relationship management
• Liaising with Business Application Teams, Regional IT Teams, Global Infrastructure Support and IT Security Teams to resolve issues and complete tasks,
• Provide relevant communication to service desk teams and/or users on incidents,
• Provide and update knowledge articles to service desk teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

CUSTOMER/SUPPLIER RELATIONS/AUDITORS

• Group Functions, retail France (BCEF), Asset Management, Fortis, Cardif France, Personal Finance, International Retail Banking, Cardif, BNL….
• IT Security, Compliance

KEY RESULTS AREAS

• User centric: Provide end user satisfaction by reducing resolution time of the incidents
• Guarantee functioning of the systems by having escalation of problems, proper documentation, good procedures/controls and monitoring.

Languages:

 •  English: high level.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Essential Technical Knowledge/Skills:

• Good knowledge and experience with following systems:
o OneDrive for Business (ODB ): Cloud and Desktop client and the associated services
o SharePoint/SharePoint online and good understanding of ODB tenant level settings.
o Strong level knowledge in troubleshooting Sharepoint and ODB desktop client issues and cloud sync issues.
o Expert knowledge in Incident management, Service requests and ServiceNow.
o Capability to help users and support teams to operate the OneDrive for Business services, cloud connectivity, and network infrastructures supporting an enterprise architecture.
• Understanding of core IT infra setup:
o Understand PowerShell scripts for use in automating certain tasks
o SharePoint OnPremise /SharePoint Online
o Storage: NAS/SAN/DAS
o Active directory
o Wintel systems: Windows Server, Windows 7/10/11
o Network: WIN/MAN/LAN topology, ICP/DMZ, Firewall
o Knowledge of ITIL (service delivery).
