We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director. The successful candidate will manage a team to meet the partner acquisition and revenue growth objectives of FLOA’s BNPL solutions in Spain.
You will report directly to the Head of Iberia Territory and working closely with FLOA’s central sales team in France and BNP Paribas local teams.


·         Expanding FLOA’s international portfolio through direct and indirect channels.

·         Managing a team and coordinating the implementation of the company’s strategy on partners and prospects to achieve sales targets.

·         Fostering the relationship with other BNP Paribas entities to increase the synergy within the Group.

·         Involving and federating the sales and business support teams as needed (pricing, tender team, key account manager, marketing, legal, finance, risk, data, fraud, recovery, customer service etc.) around this common project​.

·         Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting partner relationships.

  •    Keeping a proximity with partners to understand their business needs and objectives.
  •    Communicating effectively the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

·         Analysing the market (retail and e-commerce) and identifying commercial targets​.

·         Ensuring the implementation of new partnership contracts (renegotiation of framework contracts, etc.)​.

·         Participating in various events and BtoB fairs .


  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director in payment industry.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospection, to launch, to developing the account.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of solutions and services.
  • Proven ability to position solutions against competitors.
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused and differentiated solutions.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (French is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce.
  • This role requires frequent and regular travel within the country and France (Bordeaux and Paris).
