RISK Consulting & Transformation is supporting RISK in its strategic projects and its transformation efforts. The team is organised in three practices:

  • Credit and Regulatory
  • Data, Simulation & Models
  • Transformation

Through its deep understanding of RISK organization and processes, the team contributes to highly visible projects around four main areas:

  • Operational efficiency
  • Innovation projects and new ways of working
  • Setup of new organizations and operating models
  • Regulatory expertise.

Missions carried out by RISK Consulting are equivalent whatever the location of the teams and are driven by the executive board of the function

Purpose: support the RISK function in its strategic projects and transformation plans at local and international levels.

Scope: all RISK activities at local or global levels, in collaboration with the central RISK Consulting team, other RISK teams, local Services and Management, as well as relevant Business and Functions stakeholders.


  • Contribute to the definition, coordination, preparation, follow-up and implementation of Credit Risk related projects :
  • Participate in framing the project scope and objectives
  • Participate in the definition of the project’s deliverables and planning
  • Participate in defining and implementing the project’s governance
  • Design Target Operating Models
  • Provide advice to sponsors on technical risk related topics & project approach
  • Secure the project’s delivery by escalating any issue and propose relevant mitigation actions
  • Contribute to the RISK Consulting life, especially by contributing to the internal initiatives
  • Promote RISK Consulting within RISK and more globally within BNP Paribas Group
  • Respect the requirements of the internal control, compliance and security procedures of the Group

Experience, Qualifications & Competencies:


  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Consulting and/or Project Management
  • Experience in Banking Risk (e.g. Collateral, Granting, Rating Basel, CRD IV, CRR)
  • Fluent business English and French;
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
  • Strong Consultancy & analytical mind-set
  • Client focused, pro-active and able to solve problems creatively
  • Advanced user of MS-Office



  • Project Management certifications (e.g. PMP, Agile/Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Six-Sigma…)
