In this context, we are looking for a Delivery Manager to be in charge of managing existing services but also taking new services that enters into SET perimeter that support all entities of Personal Finance.

As a Service Delivery Manager, your mission is to provide direction and set the organization for the team, by providing guidelines and constructing processes, as well as guiding the team members to reach business goals. As the first line in charge of people development, has the mission to support the team throughout the path in the organization, in terms of performance, motivation and professional growth. On the top of that, to be responsible of providing a high level of client service in the effective and cost efficient manner.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Manage the activity from a business and team management standpoint, providing estimations and planning for activities in development, reporting of the necessary KPI of the activity and ensure team alignment in the proper accomplishment of the team's results
  • Be an active contributor in the development of new projects and during the setup of a new Service in SET. Ensure high level stakeholder’s relationship, while acting as well in the support of transversal projects designed to foster the overall efficiency objectives
  • Overseeing service delivery within the business context
  • Contribute to the management of the P&L of Services in your perimeter
  • Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services
  • Support, develop and empower team members, focusing the attention on their individual skillset, aspirations and development needs, in order to capacitate them to the current role and future challenges
  • Management of all team members and organization related topics: workload planning and distribution
  • Management of staff holidays, absences, back-ups schemes, follow up on recruitment processes, mobility’s and newcomers; evaluate daily work and write annual appraisals; follow up on each group member’s performance and motivation
  • Close management of external services providers
  • Coordinate people involved in production to guarantee the quality of the Services rendered by SET
  • Guarantee communication with the stakeholders and users
  • Guaranteeing the proper functioning in everyday use of applications and infrastructures serving the Businesses
  • Guarantee Security and Compliance standards of all Services in your perimeter
  • Be an active contributor in the Agile Transformation

The position is located on our premises in Madrid. With a 2 days per week remote working policy.
