ITTF Spain

ITTF Iberiaplatform is a shared service center, which provides services and resources onbehalf of ITTF central department, and other ITG partners, in Spain andPortugal. ITTF Iberia platform ensures a common alignment in terms of strategy,operating model, IT standards with ITG beneficiaries, as well as, a fullalignment with local and territory rules and stakeholders

The ITTF DepartmentOffice division ensures operational support for the entire department in keyareas such as budgeting, sourcing, project portfolio management, and IT riskmanagement. The division is also responsible for defining and coordinatinggovernance, developing and monitoring the department’s IT strategy, as well ashandling ad-hoc missions.

 

Report to

The position is within ITTF IberianPlatform – Department Office in Madrid, under the supervision of ITTF IberianPlatform Department Office manager in Madrid, with functional link with ITTFDepartment Office – Sourcing head in Paris

 

Mission 

The main mission of ITTFDepartment Office- Sourcing team is to support ITTF Operational teams in thedefinition, maintenance and monitorization of their internal & externalsourcing strategy in collaboration with other specialized functions.

 

The scope is mainly ITTF Central,with specially focus in external outsourcing

Use of Tools (OPT, OP360…) and CAO,P&P, ITG COO Sourcing, etc process.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Management of External
    • PSL ITTF management / Massification Process / Niches Desing / Relationship with suppliers
      •  Monitoring of what is consumed within each department, updating PSL list to facilitate its use by the different departments
      • Identify which (unauthorized) suppliers we have orders with, see how to terminate those contracts and offer B. plans (renegotiating with other larger authorized suppliers)
      • Analysis and KPIs for Committees –> Massification Plan
      • Relationship with Procurement. Procurement offers different suppliers and Sourcing checks if these suppliers have all the competencies requested by managers to see if they can fit in or not. More than 13% are outside the PSL (aim to reduce this percentage)
      • Relationship with the suppliers à Incident management
      • Support to managers in case of need to justify niche suppliers (we make sure that the group rules for supplier recruitment are complied with –> free competition)
  • HPA TAF and Software
    • Process design and monitoring
      • Process design and control of all software orders (licenses) that are currently not controlled by OPT

 

  • Management of enterprise contracts (Governance / relationship with suppliers- / Reversibility)
  • Coordination of the production of input for the CIO for certain suppliers active in ITTF scope

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

ProfessionalExperience

  • 2-3 years

 

Training 

  • Business school or University Graduate
  • Excellent proficiency of Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint
  • Knowledge on Outsourcing process and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
  • Knowledge of IT project management would be a plus.

 

Skills andbehaviours

  • Good written and oral communication
  • Ability to work in both emergency and project mode.
  • English and French are a must
