ABOUT THE JOB

 

MISSION

 

Within the RISK ESG Team, the Operational Risk Stream oversees the integration of ESG factors in the operational risk management framework, across all the Group. It ensures adequate set-ups are in place to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor and report on the ESG-related operational risks through all bank’s activities where relevant. 

It is involved in setting up ESG related frameworks, in coordination with Group RISK Operational Risk Management, with the Operational Risk Officers in the business lines and functions, and in ensuring their effective implementation in the operational processes, in particular: 

–    Policies and procedures

–    Taxonomies and standards

–    Control Frameworks

–    Operational Risk Management tool

Operational Risk Stream is looking for an ESG RISK ORM Analyst to support all these topics in daily tasks and either acting as OPC – Operational Permanent Controller, for the RISK ESG team, ensuring that the team adheres to internal policies, mapping the risks and performing controls.  

Due to the transversality of these topics, daily tasks imply many interactions with a wide range of ESG and risks experts across the bank, making the day-to-day very diversified.

RESPONSIBILITIES

ESG Integration into the Operational Risk Management (ORM) Framework:

Actively contribute to ESG-related initiatives, including:

o   Preparing for and participating in workshops with ESG experts, business line representatives, and Control functions.

o   Supporting the implementation of action plans for the ESG integration project.

o   Developing support materials (presentations, guidelines, procedures, etc.).

o   Analyzing historical ESG-related incidents and identifying reporting adjustments if needed.

Operational Permanent Control (OPC) Duties:

1.     Conducting the RISK ESG RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) in collaboration with relevant teams.

2.     Executing controls as defined in the Generic Control Plan for the RISK ESG team.

3.     Reporting: Documenting findings, preparing risk reports, and escalating non-compliance issues to management.

4.     Preparing materials for the Internal Control Committee (ICC).

5.     Training & Awareness: Educating the RISK ESG team on compliance requirements and best practices for operational risk management.

ITG Production Network Security provide securely some critical services and maintain them constantly in other to offer best possible user experience and accompany the business growth. 

The services concerned are Remote Access, Connectivity to Cloud Services (SAAS, IAAS, PAAS), Firewalls and IPS segmentation & filtering and Automation solutions. 

The Network Security teams are responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting these services for all IT Group users (~100 000). They are performing that according to the Group guidelines and standards (Security, compliance, features, infrastructures, …)

ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

The successful candidate will include Desktop HVD Team and will collaborate with them and other teams in CIB by designing, building and providing level 2 support. The team is responsible for the maintenance, support, and operation of all virtual machines and physical remote PCs accessed through the XenDesktop infrastructure. This includes managing HVD client deployments, ensuring the performance and stability of the production environment, and maintaining the build images.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Duties 

  • Manage incidents and service requests related to the Citrix XenDesktop infrastructure
  • Provide technical support for virtual desktop and remote PC users
  • Conduct testing, analyze runbooks, and draft operational procedures
  • Participate in technical projects and infrastructure migrations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Support other operational teams during transitions to HVD infrastructure
  • Deliver services from the HVD Service Catalogue in line with SLAs (10,000+ users)

Service Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the health and performance of HVD and Remote PC infrastructures
  • Perform lifecycle management: new builds, templates, security patches, and upgrades
  • Configure and support backend systems and endpoints (Zero/Thin Clients, Console management)

  • Participate in special operations: Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and datacenter migrations

ITTF Iberia platform is a shared service center, which provides services and resources on behalf of ITTF central department, and other ITG partners, in Spain and Portugal. The ITTF Department Office division ensures operational support for the entire department in key areas such as budgeting, sourcing, project portfolio management, and IT risk management. Mission and Objectives 

The main objectives are:

  • Monitor, analyze and consolidate resourcing needs and consumption for projects and the run in coordination with PMO of Finance & Risk Solutions teams, and in alignment with official ITG Finance budget and actuals
  • Ensure figures split by clients / programs / funding and update the project portfolio
  • Partner with ITG Finance and with the sponsors (Finance, RISK and GDO/CDO) to explain resources consumption, calculate budget/forecast estimations and agree on funding and transfers

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Monthly reporting & closing, Budget preparation

  •  Ensure the respect of the guidelines and planning of figures closing and budget preparation
  • Provide a monthly synthetic reporting/analysis on figures evolution (both costs and HC)
  • Monitor / Control with the PMOs the different delivery expected (roadmap, HPA, …)
  • Establish punctual reportings on all Finance & Risk Solutions budget data
  • Contribute to the improvement and transformation of processes and governance within the activities of the team

  MISSION

 The main objective of the Head Office Reporting P&L team is to ensure the submission of the Group reporting Profit and Loss (P&L) statements as well the review and the accuracy of the accounting figures.

 The team is also the owner analytical process, being the SPOC of all P&L Reporting requirements. Additionally, the team will oversee, identify, and implement initiatives in regards the improvement of ALMT Management Accounting processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  Management Accounting & Control Functions

 He/she will be in charge of the following finance functions:
 * Being the main interlocutor with ALMT Finance, overseeing any remediation initiative that would improve ALMT P&L over EMEA Region.
 * Ensure the golden rule: the reconciliation between financial and management accounting figures, in compliance with Group and CIB Finance standards.
 * Promote the data quality and the associated expenses reporting. In this context, you will have to:
 * Consolidate all manuals entries and difficulties.
 * Monitor and work on remediation action plan in coordination with all actors. 
 * Foster the automatic solution instead of tactical solution or manual entries.
 * To develop a strong KPI framework of controls which could be shared in a specific dashboard with our clients.
 * Build strong relationships with the regional fronting, Local finance, SMS/HOR teams and financial controllers to produce management accounting reporting and provide all the synthesis and analysis required per Business Line.
 * Contribute to the elaboration of reliable and quality Performance Management expenses reports for the management of the region. Detect needs of information and reporting for the business
 * Design and implement new reports for the local business management,
 * Implement a highly automated process for the elaboration of analytical expenses,
 * Bring support to the local finance, local heads of the business lines in the analysis of the expenses and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), being able to really explain what is happening in the countries in scope.
* Participate actively in the follow-up, definition and implementation of the new Budget process for the perimeter of responsibility. Implement the necessary controls. Foster the communication with global and local teams.

MISSION

The Pricing to Billing officer will play a central role in managing Cash Management transactions for CIB EMEA’s Pricing to Billing processes (P2B) for Transaction Banking (TB)

The ideal candidate will ensure integrity, consistency, accuracy, and alignment across all stages of the P2B value chain, on execution of day-to-day actions on deals between Front Office (CashManagement Officers) and Back Office (Billing team)

KEY RESPONSABILITIES 

Oversee and coordinate all the actions at the origination of the deal, help Front Office to establish the Statement of Work of each new deal, based on Product Reference. The objective is to ensure a clear review of the scoping of scope entities, scoping the products needs by client and pricing applied (standard or negotiated items).

A key part of the role is to support front officers with pricing to billing for new transactions (EMEA common methodology, provide clear information on products, way of pricing, standard methodology, standard pricing, rules of deviations, rules,…)

Collaborate with Implementation teams to ensure proper interpretation of the product rollout and associated pricing. Establish the Operational Statement of Work to confirm various actors, actions, timing and follow up the actions. 

Prepare the final Master format, according to Statement of Work to achieve the Billing Configuration with the collect of the key information (scoping of entities, product, pricing, invoicing detail, one off and subscriptions specificities…) and build the files to load in the billing engine (Xelerate).

·    Execute Process control & monitoring:

  • Another part of the role is to establish and apply key controls to ensure transactions are processed according to the Statement of Work. The strong level of control to perform and feed the dashboards to monitor deals activities.
  • A key part of the role is to ensure a relevant reconciliation between all sources of information, for example cross check Statement of Work with the signed version of the contract, check final Billing configuration by analysing the Pricing Extract Report, conduct regular and exhaustive controls of subscriptions, one off to check the efficient process of counting and the update of billing engine parameters (volume actives).
  • Generate and update reports/dashboards: contact view, legal entity view, business group view, country view, the feeding of dashboard in a dynamic day to day review to ensure a consistent and permanent accuracy of information.
  • Act as a single point of contact to provide transaction details, facilitate communication between teams to ensure a permanent alignment of information.

MISIÓN

RESPONSABILIDADES
 * Gestionar la cartera de clientes a través de un profundo conocimiento de sus condiciones contractuales y sus necesidades.
 * Principal responsable de las renovaciones y crecimiento en el cliente. 
 * Elaborar conjuntamente con Business Manager la estrategia cuenta y llevar a cabo su implementación. 

 Cumplir los Objetivos establecidos por la dirección Comercial, realizar el seguimiento de los mismos y adoptar las medidas correctoras necesarias en caso de desviación.

DESCRIPCION DE LAS FUNCIONES

 * Contratación en Cliente Existente: 
 Analizar necesidades del cliente y llevar a cabo la estrategia junto con el BM. 
 * Realizar la presentación tanto de la propuesta de valor como comercial al cliente, en función de la estrategia de cada cuenta. 
 * Gestion análisis de las renovaciones con antelación en base a la situación del mercado. 
 * Negociar con el cliente la propuesta, solicitando la intervención del BM si lo considera necesario. 
 * Solicitar al cliente toda la información necesaria para gestionar internamente el pedido. 
 

 Gestión de la relación con el cliente:
 * Trabajar sistemáticamente de forma conjunta con el Business Manager fomentando el flujo de información del cliente entre ambos con reuniones semanales
 * Implementar internamente los acuerdos establecidos con el cliente. 
* Trasladar las peticiones administrativas del cliente al equipo de Sales Support apoyando al mismo en caso de duda en la gestión. (pedidos, cancelaciones, actualizaciones de datos, reporting, subrogaciones etc) 
 * Registro, análisis-asesoramiento y propuesta de soluciones ante reclamaciones y uso con rigor de gestos comerciales. 
 * Implementar las acciones derivadas de las visitas realizadas con el cliente. 
 * Gestion y actualización en Sales Force de las oportunidades tanto de renovación como de crecimiento. 
 * Seguimiento y análisis de las encuestas NPS, y preparar plan de acción a seguir para revertir la situación en caso necesario junto con el BM. 
* Analizar el informe de flota para detectar desviaciones kilométricas, renovaciones y realizar su presentación al cliente. 
* Detección y propuesta de servicios adicionales que encajen con las necesidades del cliente. 

 REQUISITOS

 Formacion:

Formación Profesional, valorable estudios universitarios. 

 Formación Complementaria: atención al cliente, técnicas de venta, fidelización de clientes, reclamaciones y gestión de conflictos.
