SOBRE EL PUESTO
MISIÓN
Participar en la elaboración y control de información para reportar a Banco de España, así como gestionar y revisar la información reportada a CIRBE, de acuerdo con el Reglamento de Ejecución 451/2021 y las diversas circulares de Banco de España, velando por la calidad y el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos, tanto internos, como por parte del Regulador.
RESPONSABILIDADES
• Cumplir los deadlines establecidos en el cierre mensual y en el envío de reportes a Banco de España, asegurando la calidad de la información enviada.
• Mantener la comunicación necesaria con Banco de España para mantener el flujo de información entre Supervisor y supervisado.
• Diseño y definición funcional de requerimientos para la automatización de procesos y elaboración de estados regulatorios.

REQUISITOS
Estudios:

With a transversal role and providing support to SMS BP SPOCs, he/she will be in charge of :
- Measure and book the required adjustments in accounting to ensure completion and accurateness through all reporting axes, including the segmented axis.
- Review & perform the Suspense Provisioning and the rest of legal and tax provision.
- Ensure the oversight of accounting controls performed by Back Offices based on their monthly control results & quarterly sub-certification.

We are the Corporate & Institutional Banking arm of BNP Paribas in Spain, a team of 620 professionals delivering advisory, financing, capital markets and transaction services to large corporates and institutions. MISSION
As a Trade Operations Analyst you will ensure client‑focused processing of documentary credits and collections, guaranteeing compliance and speed. You will act as the trusted link between clients, Front Office and Back‑Office, safeguarding the quality and integrity of every transaction.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Process client requests for letters of credit and documentary collections promptly and accurately.
- Support Front Office with technical guidance to book and finalize deals.
- Verify that all Credit Risk, Compliance and Legal approvals are secured before execution.
- Coordinate with the Centralised Back‑Office in India to ensure transactions follow UCP 600/ISP98 and internal procedures.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field (preferred).
- 5–7 years experience in documentary trade products (LCs, collections).
- Strong knowledge of UCP, ISP, ISBP and related regulations.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and SWIFT; solid accounting fundamentals for documentary products.
- English (mandatory) and excellent analytical, communication and proactive problem‑solving skills.

As part of the General Secretary team for Nickel Spanish Branch, Office Manager will oversee office management and purchasing activities taking care of facilities, ensuring the safety of employees and buildings, managing premises, real estate, etc.
The Office Manager is responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and overseeing administrative support.
The Office Manager main missions are:
● Office Management:
○ Ensuring safety of employees and buildings and managing real estate by watching over office conditions
○ Travels and events organization (in-house or offsite activities (e.g. celebrations or conferences)
○ Organizing office layout, purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintain proper stock levels
○ Managing corporate fleets: cars, mobile, IT equipment, etc.
○ Provide general support to potential visitors and office accesses management
○ Mail and courier management
○ Act as a local point of contact with corporate IT teams
○ Serve as SPOC for office manager duties and address employee queries regarding office management issues
○ Maintenance of local Intranet
○ Managing the onboarding of new employees duly and on time, as well as departures (materials recovery)
● Procurement:
○ Manage purchasing function (purchasing office supplies and taking proper inventory) in collaboration with all operational Directors in Spain
○ Coordinate Spanish purchasing activities of local suppliers (RFXs, contracting, etc. ) in compliance with Nickel policy and all related risks
● Finance support:
○ Audit all expenses according to the current expenses policy
