As the second line of defense, you will ensure the robustness of the Personal Data Protection and Operational Risk and Permanent Control (ROCP) framework and its alignment with the Group’s standards through the main following actions :

ABOUT THE JOB
MISSION
As Manager of EMEA Telecom and DATACENTER area, reporting to the Head of the Domain, the applicant will be responsible for the production, monitoring and the engineering of the BNP Paribas European campus network services. The team is in constant communication with the central teams in Paris, for any Architecture, major projects and escalation. The team is also responsible for the implementation and enforcement of the standards to all sites.
You will manage all the campus infrastructure over Europe and Middle East. Oversee the entire Telecommunications infrastructure for BNP Paribas across Europe and Middle East, supporting approximately 60000 users, leading 7 teams with 35 engineers. You will be responsible for delivery seamless, secure and scalable telecommunications for campus infrastructure and POP datacentre services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Infrastructure management:
· Manage and maintain physical telecommunications infrastructure, including campus buildings datacentres POPs, technical rooms, communication lines, and network equipment.
· Oversee wired, Wi-Fi, and datacentre network infrastructures, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and security protocols.
· Supervise network security infrastructure such as firewalls, proxies, DNS/DHCP, and remote access/teleworking solutions.
· Supervise telephony services, including IP telephony, mobile telephony for regulated users with call recording, and inbuilding videoconferencing systems
· Collaborate with vendors to procure network equipment, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services and support
Strategic Leadership & Team Management:
· Set objectives and work plans for 4 department heads, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
· Monitor projects progress and coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery.
· Ensure infrastructure complies with security, capacity, and monitoring requirements
· Report service status to Madrid/ Paris Senior management and country managers
Financial Oversight:
· Develop and manage the annual budget for telecommunications and datacentre operations.
· Supervise procurement processes, including hardware purchases, service provider contracts, and maintenance renewals, in collaboration with regional purchasing teams.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience
· Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, including routing, switching, and wireless networks.
· Demonstrated deep working knowledge and project experience with advisor and design capabilities (HLD, LLD and NIP).
· Solid security and in LAN & WAN networking knowledge with, at least, +10 years of real technical working experience focused in these areas.
· Extensive knowledge & hands-on experience in LAN & WAN, 2-Tier & 3-Tier design
· Extensive knowledge & experience with all dynamic routing protocols, as well as MPLS, VPLS, VRF
· Knowledge & experience of wireless RF design, troubleshooting and security.
· Strong understanding of enterprise Voice technologies including Kurmi, Cisco/Teams/Unigy and VR, Session Border Controllers and Cisco Call manager
· Proficiency in network management tools and technologies, such as network monitoring systems, configuration management, and performance analysis tools.
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of network professionals.

Tu misión como Credit Risk será preservar la calidad crediticia de la cartera de clientes, identificando, midiendo y valorando los riesgos de acuerdo con el apetito de riesgo de la compañía. Contratación:
· Realizar la propuesta comercial: ajustar las ofertas a las necesidades del cliente (buscar las marcas óptimas y ventajosas del mercado y añadir los servicios necesarios) y negociar con el cliente para cerrar la operación.
· Renovaciones/ Ampliaciones, solicitar parámetros de cotización y su validación, realizar ofertas, seguimiento de las ofertas presentadas al cliente, solicitud de proformas y de localización de vehículos en stock a Compras, de descuentos adicionales al buzón Información Compras, y a Quoting (creación modelos nuevos, vehículos no cotizables…). En caso de ampliación, preparar el recalculo o derivar a ATC para su gestión y hacer seguimiento.
· Registrar todas las operaciones negociadas en SF (vencimientos, penetración y ampliación), que siempre tendrá que estar actualizado para poder realizar seguimiento.
Servicios al Cliente:
· Seguimiento del cliente vía telefónica, para fidelizar es imprescindible hablar con el cliente. Conocerle y que nos conozcan, marca la diferencia y fuerza el cierre de las operaciones. En cada contacto con el cliente hay que actualizar la información en SF.
· Ser el contacto del cliente en Arval y ayudarle en cualquier necesidad que tenga derivando al departamento correspondiente.
· Cumplir con la metodología de “Unificación de venta comercial”
· Recálculos: asesorar al cliente y derivar solicitud a ATC para su gestión. Hacer seguimiento.
· Participar en la actualización de los datos de nuestros clientes.
Fin de Contrato:
· Gestión del Vencimiento: gestionar todos los vencimientos de su cartera de clientes contactando con ellos por anticipado (4/5 meses antes del vencimiento) para lograr la renovación/ampliación del vehículo. Esta es la principal tarea.
· Ayudar al cliente con la devolución. Facilitar el precio de venta en aquellos casos que lo requiera o introducir al departamento de VO para ayudar a la venta del vehículo usado.

Personal externo: Experiencia de al menos dos años en la venta de productos o servicios. Preferiblemente sector de la automoción. Muy valorable experiencia en el sector Renting. Valorable experiencia en manejo de CRM (Sales Force). Valorable conocimiento de Marketing On line.
Personal interno: Dos años de antigüedad en la posición y contrato indefinido en vigor. Experiencia de al menos dos años en puestos de soporte administrativo con clara orientación por el área comercial y habilidades de negociación. Muy valorable experiencia en puestos Comerciales de venta dentro de la compañía.

The Due Diligence Officer directly reports to the KYC Manager of the Madrid KYC Hub and ultimately to the Head of KYC – Madrid Hub.
As a Due Diligence Officer in the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) division, you will play a critical role in evaluating and mitigating risks associated with business transactions. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough due diligence on potential and existing clients, counterparties, and transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies of BNP Paribas.
The Due Diligence Officer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including relationship managers, legal teams, and compliance officers, to facilitate informed decision-making and maintain the integrity of the bank’s operations as well as, safeguard against potential risks.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of the discipline and key concepts of the function (KYC).
RESPONSABILITIES
1. Conduct Comprehensive Due Diligence:
- Perform KYCs on new customers, recertification of existing customers and off-boarding,
- Analyse financial statements, legal documents, and other relevant information to assess risk factors including the identification of the Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) and Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs),
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on new and existing clients, counterparties, and transactions to assess potential risks,
- Monitor the follow-up elements, especially those related to documentation,
- Comply with and follow up on (international) regulatory requirements, such as the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), AEOI (CRS) and Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID),
- Ensure entry of the name of the customers and of the beneficial owners/directors and other representatives on the various databases; perform the relevant Background checks in accordance with Policy,
- Review embargoes, Vigilance to detect PEPs, and utilize other databases according to the local practice,
- Is responsible for the execution of individual tasks
2. Risk Assessment:
- Evaluate the findings of due diligence investigations to assess potential risks and provide actionable recommendations to management,
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that due diligence processes align with industry regulations and company policies,
- Identify and assess risks associated with specific transactions and propose risk mitigation strategies
3. Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare detailed and accurate due diligence reports summarizing findings and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders,
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of due diligence activities, ensuring compliance with record-keeping policies,
- Update and monitor the status of all files in the corresponding tools (SharePoint, JIRA, etc.) assuring that it is accurate daily,
- Report KPIs,
- Prepare and record-keep minutes of the team meetings
4. Training:
- Train newcomers with any policy or procedure updates; including performing gap-analysis, documentation collection, KYC assembly in FENERGO, Screening and Investigator,
- Assures and provide training in the different tools and applications currently used by the Madrid KYC Hub when required

- Work closely with relationship managers, legal teams, and other internal stakeholders to gather necessary valid information and ensure a coordinated understanding and approach to due diligence,
- Communicate due diligence findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to cross-functional teams, including senior management,
- Assist the Head of KYC and the KYC Manager/s of the Hub with ad-hoc project
6. Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement within the due diligence function and update due diligence processes to ensure they align with evolving regulatory requirements, based on technical expertise and precedents,
- Escalate incidences found on a day-to-day to the corresponding teams and monitor till its resolvent
7. Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations governing the financial industry to ensure due diligence processes align with legal requirements,
- Make sure adequate due diligence and controls are performed to know the customers and how they use the Group’s products and services,
- Be vigilant that customer transactions are not related to bribery or corruption. Report any suspicious operation to Senior Management or to local Compliance

Financial Institutions Coverage (FIC) is a global coverage group specialising in the Financial Institutions sector.
Overall Job Purpose
Assisting and supporting FIC bankers in their efforts to promote all of the bank’s product lines, both domestically and globally, a full range of investment banking services, complex bespoke solutions, specialist strategic advice and a comprehensive range of standard commercial bank products.
Key Responsibilities
Working with FIC bankers, you’ll be responsible for supporting and co-ordinating all activities of the team in relation to clients, business lines and potential business opportunities. Including:
• Assisting with onboarding / setting up clients:
– Internal client management and support on FIC business evolution
– Interaction and coordination on relevant “know your client” (KYCs), due diligence and other compliance requirements. Follow up on the whole recertification KYC process for all the FIC Iberian portfolio. Coordination with due diligence and compliance teams.
– Co-ordinating with legal and client to negotiate agreements with clients.
– Coordinating with credit in the analysis and approval of credit lines.
– Following up until completion.
• Follow up on the day-to-day on clients’ needs and opportunities arising from the different business lines
• Client reviews preparation for credit committees
• Senior executive internal briefing notes and presentations
• Responsible for monitoring industry developments that might result in a change of client dynamics:
– Analyse / assess client current trading dynamics and current market trends.
– Follow client results on a quarterly basis.
– Identify issues and opportunities that clients may face from implementation of regulatory and other changes and directives.
– Be alert for opportunities to apply product specific solutions to other part of the client base.
• Working with the bankers and business lines when appropriate:
– Build detailed understanding of investment banking and non-investment banking products relevant to Financial Institutions.
– Being able to prepare marketing materials with product content .
– Working closely with internal business lines and support desks in order to maintain a reciprocal flow of information and ideas as well as establishing opportunity for continuous swift execution.
• Assistance in periodic preparation and monitoring of FIC portfolio performance and KPIs:
– Revenues (by client, business lines, etc.)
– Budgeting exercise.
– Client reporting meetings, etc.
– Monitoring of business opportunities.
