The CIB IT Platform for EMEA is responsible to provide IT Services to our Clients ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. This function includes Global Markets Application Production, Local Territory IT Development, the Core Infrastructure environment including Datacentres, Application Production, Security, Architecture as well as elements of the Global Services organisation.

MADRID IT Platform
The CIB IT Platform for EMEA is responsible to provide IT Services to our Clients ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. This function includes Global Markets Application Production, Local Territory IT Development, the Core Infrastructure environment including Datacentres, Application Production, Security, Architecture as well as elements of the Global Services organisation.

MAIN OBJECTIVES & PURPOSE:

The change manager is responsible for ensuring that all changes to IT services and infrastructure are recorded, assessed, authorized, prioritized, planned, tested, implemented and documented in an effective and compliant manner according to ITIL best practices.

– Establish and maintain the change management process, policies, procedures and standards. 
– Coordinate and facilitate the change advisory board (CAB), ensuring that change requests are reviewed, approved and communicated appropriately. 
– Monitor and report on changes, measuring the performance, benefits, risks and impacts of changes. 
– Identify and manage conflicts, dependencies and emergencies related to changes. 
– Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including technical teams, users, suppliers and auditors. 
– Contribute to the continuous improvement of the change management process, taking into account feedback, lessons learned and best practices. 

REQUIREMENTS

Training:

§ Higher education in computer science or equivalent experience

Experience:

§ Experience in change management in a complex and dynamic IT environment.
§ Proficiency in change management tools, such as ServiceNow.
§ Ability to analyze, synthesize and communicate technical and non-technical information.
§ Ability to manage priorities, deadlines and risks.
§ Ability to work in a team, collaborate and negotiate with stakeholders.
§ Ability to demonstrate rigor, proactivity and adaptability.

§ Advance level in managing any Project Management tool (MS Project, Asana, Clarity …).

Desirable:
• ITIL principles. ITIL certification
• Customer service oriented skills
• ServiceNow ® advance user
• Clarity PPM user experience.

Languages:

 •  English: Fluent.

SKILLS:

Technical:

• Project Management. PRINCE2 or PMP qualifications
• ITIL principles. ITIL certification.
