SOBRE EL PUESTO
MISIÓN
Management del equipo de Siniestros (Tramitación con aseguradoras), en la gestión de tramitación de los siniestros y las tareas asociadas para garantizar la calidad del servicio prestado a los conductores/clientes, control de costes, cumplimiento de procedimientos y/o acuerdos con las compañías de seguros/clientes.
RESPONSABILIDADES
Management del Equipo de Siniestros (Tramitación Aseguradoras):
* Definir los horarios, guardias y vacaciones de cada colaborador/a.
* Seleccionar, evaluar, incentivar a los colaboradores.
* Organizar las tareas de cada colaborador/a
* Proponer y gestionar las formaciones necesarias para aumentar el nivel de cualificación del equipo.
* Medir los volúmenes y las cargas de trabajo del equipo.
* Realizar reuniones periódicas con el equipo para la comunicación de resultados, seguimiento de los objetivos definidos y organización del trabajo, etc.
* Definir e implementar y mantener actualizados los procesos de la gestión de la tramitación de los siniestros con los clientes y con las distintas compañías de seguros.
* Resolver las incidencias oportunas a los jefes de flota, usuarios o incidencias que puedan surgir con las compañías de seguros.
* Control técnico trimestral de los siniestros cerrados en ese periodo catalogados como reclamacion inviable y sentencia judicial desfavorable.
* Control técnico anual de los siniestros en estado Abierto o Reabierto con la finalidad de comprobar si se pueden cerrar y liberar reservas.
* Control de los siniestros para comprobar que las versiones, responsabilidades, registro de datos es correcto.
* Control del seguimiento de los siniestros de reclamación de daños a terceros con las diferentes compañías de seguros con las que trabajamos.
* Seguimiento del ratio de éxito de aceptación e inviabilidades, reparto de los siniestros culpa asegurado y culpa contrario, etc.
* Responsabilidad del cumplimiento de las políticas a nivel de su equipo:
* Detectar incidencias y propuestas de mejora en la gestión de estos servicios a nivel departamental e interdepartamental.
* Mantenimiento de las tablas de indicadores relacionadas con lo indicado anteriormente.
* Control del cumplimiento de los compromisos adquiridos por parte de los proveedores relacionados con su actividad.
* Coordinar, dirigir y optimizar los procesos de tramitación de siniestros.
* Representar a Arval en las reuniones con proveedores en la gestión de siniestros: Aseguradoras, Mediadores, Redes de Talleres y peritos.
* Firma de finiquitos de Indemnización de los siniestros aceptados presentados por nuestras Compañías de Seguros.

As a second line of defence, RISK ORM CIB aims to provide RISK and CIB Management with a front to back consolidated view on operational risks of CIB activities in order to contribute to the reduction of operational risk and to better respond to Regulator’s expectations.
RISK ORM CIB mandate is to challenge and supervise the Operational Risk management of CIB activities, for operational risk processes and themes assigned to RISK. To that end, RISK ORM CIB relies on an effective operational risk management setup covering CIB activities: Global Banking, Global Markets, BP2S and functions covering CIB activities (independent control functions1 and transversal functions), Anti-Fraud, ICT, Third Party Risk management, and Data Protection.

GROUP BNP PARIBAS
As any BNP Paribas Function or Operational Entity, RISK is responsible for the management, in compliance with BNP Paribas risks tolerance and the supporting policies and procedures, of the operational and regulatory risks caused by, or related to, its activity. A permanent control framework, relying on three lines of defence guaranties the proper exercise of such responsibility.
RISK first line of defense (1LoD) relies mostly on a network of identified Operational Permanent Control coordinators spread across the different streams of the Function.
In order to continue reinforcing the consistency of the management of operational risks across the function, to complete the implementation of the Operational Risk Management Framework within the different streams, to strengthen the steering of the existing remediation projects (data protection, cyber, RCSA & controls) and with the perspective to refine the assessment of the global risk profile of the function, RISK decided create a role of Chief Conduct & Control Officer (RISK CCCO) reporting to the RISK Chief Transformation Operating Officer (RISK CTOO)
To achieve these goals, the RISK CCCO is supported by a team based in Madrid & Paris (RISK GOPC & RISK CISO).
With a primary focus on the Central / Global RISK teams, the RISK CCCO GOPC team will:
1- Assess and when necessary, enhance the overall ORM framework (including data protection, TPRM, Fraud, technology risks) throughout RISK,
2- Ensure the consistency of the ORM framework implementation cross RISK streams (RCSA, Control Plan, Procedures, recommendations monitoring),
3- Act as the point of contact for Compliance matters (Professional Ethics, Conduct Risk, Volcker certification) in France for the Global teams, and in coordination with the second line of defense (2LoD)
4- Preparation and documentation of RISK Internal Control Committee
5- Animate the RISK OPCs community across RISK
The RISK CCCO GOPC team has the responsibility to ensure the enforcement and efficiency of the control framework and to promote and fathom the adequate risk management culture within RISK 1LoD.
This includes the following key responsibilities:
Animate the RISK OPC network:
– Lead RISK OPC community, who within their streams or regions, are responsible for the oversight of non-financial risks, to strengthen and rationalise the LoD1 ORM framework across RISK.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Integrated in the Global Iberian Centre of Excellence, the candidate will be responsible for supporting RISK ORM management in the development and implementation of the ICT risk management framework.
As ICT Operational Risk Officer, the candidate will be responsible to contribute to the following topics:
Framework: to assist in the review, analysis and challenge of the ICT risk management framework, and particularly the norms & standards, consistent with RISK ORM guidelines, and validate any exemption to these norms & standards, namely in the ICT Risk and Control plans definition.
Risk Identification & Assessment: to challenge and verify the first line of defence (1LoD) risk identification, ensure the consistency of potential incidents quantification, conduct independent ICT risk assessments (incident review, post mortem analysis), and validate closure of permanent control actions (controls implemented by 1LoD).
Risk Decision & Treatment: to assist in the supervision of the risk treatment process (risk acceptance, risk transfer, risk remediation) performed by the BNP Paribas Entities and their Departments and/or to produce opinions on the ICT risk exposure with RISK ORM and 1LoD Management. To oversee the definition of the risk mitigation action plans and the implementation of the correlated recommendations.
Control testing: to conduct independent testing and challenge 1LoD (IT and operations) controls and oversee/perform 2LOD tests/vulnerability scans when required.
Risk management planning: to assist in the identification of the main ICT risks priorities, clarify/ define the approach to perform the work aligned with BNP Paribas framework, manage relationships with stakeholders, and ensure the completion of deliverables as agreed.
Risk Reporting, Monitoring & Alert: to support BNP Paribas Management and the RISK stakeholders on incidents and crisis management (e.g. security events, data leakage); to alert on critical points for attention to be raised to RISK Management.
Awareness / Training / Animation: to assist in promoting and driving awareness on ICT risks; to assist in organising risk meetings, forums and committees with community members.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
The successful candidate will need to have previous experience in implementing risk management programs and/or working in an internal/external ICT assessment function within a reputed consultancy/global organisation, with robust knowledge of technology, risks, architectures and related tools. Prior ICT risk experience (IT, Cyber, Vendor management etc.), exposure to the Financial Services industry, experience with GRC tools and other risk management information systems is preferred.
Negotiation, conflict management and presentation skills are necessary. The individual will assist in the preparation/contribution to the development of BNP Paribas RISK ORM ICT independent testing controls and conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessment independent re-testing and validation on 1LoD set up and performed controls. Experience interacting with regulatory agencies is a plus.

RESPONSABILIDADES
- Liderar la estrategia y ejecución de transacciones de Corporate Finance y Capital Markets, asegurando el crecimiento y posicionamiento de la compañía como referente en el sector.

- Desarrollo de relaciones estratégicas: Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con inversores, instituciones financieras, promotores y otros actores clave en el sector. Actuar como punto de contacto principal para clientes estratégicos y representarlos en reuniones de alto nivel.
- Análisis y asesoramiento en inversiones: Realizar y revisar análisis financieros avanzados y modelizaciones para evaluar la viabilidad y rendimiento de las transacciones. Proporcionar recomendaciones estratégicas y personalizadas a clientes basadas en el análisis de mercado y rendimiento proyectado de los activos.

Mission
- The main mission of ITTF Department Office- Sourcing team is to support ITTF Operational teams in the definition, maintenance and monitorization of their internal & external sourcing strategy in collaboration with other specialized functions
- The scope is mainly ITTF Central, with specially focus in external outsourcing
- Use of Tools (OPT, OP360…) and CAO, P&P, ITG COO Sourcing, etc process
Main responsibilities
- Support to the central TPRM (Third Parties Risk Management) process, for the follow-up of risks associated to external service providers and participation to the ITG Outsourcing Committee
- Maintains completeness and quality of data in the OP360 Risk tool and stores documentation related to TPRM activities (e.g. evidence)
- Contributes to regulatory reporting by ITG Central Sourcing team, provides data and KPIs to monitor TPRM ITTF activity, and addresses various requests (committees, audits, dashboard, etc.)
- Manages the relationship with the teams involved in the TPRM approach (Sourcing ITG Central, IT Risk Management ITTF, P&P, Risk, etc.)

ABOUT THE JOB
MISSION
The AIR Tech team is a JV created in 2024 between the two functions Compliance and RISK with the aim of pooling resources for the delivery of AI and RPA projects as well as for technology watch.
Within this team, we are looking for a PMO profile to work on the AI for Compliance or AI for RISK programs.
The Project Management Officer (PMO) will support the planning, organization, and supervision of various projects aiming at implementing Artificial Intelligence withing RISK and Compliance.
The PMO will also contribute to the building of AIR Tech infrastructure (KPIs), communication plan, training plan, knowledge management, KPIs follow-up, resources allocation, etc.
This role is crucial to ensure :
– 1. That project strategic objectives and deadlines are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and documentation is well maintained. The PMO will work closely with business analysts, other PMOs, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the program
– 2. That AIR tech has a robust support infrastructure in order for the AIR Tech team to thrive and in order to ensure visibility for AI and Robotics initiatives within the Functions
