WHAT YOU´LL DO
Procesarás garantías emitidas en nombre de nuestros clientes o otras sucursales, filiales o corresponsales, incluyendo la revisión y validación de redacciones en formatos no estándar o prevalidados.
Verificarás que todos los permisos estén en lugar (desde Riesgo de Crédito, Cumplimiento y Legal) para proceder con solicitudes de clientes.
Proporcionarás asistencia y apoyo a clientes y grupos corporativos en aspectos técnicos de garantías internacionales y nacionales.

WHAT YOU´LL BRING
Al menos 7 años de experiencia como oficial de garantías y experiencia previa liderando un equipo.
Conocimientos de productos de garantías y regulaciones específicas (URDG, ISP, UCP…).
Dominio de reglas contables generales y específicas para garantías.
Habilidades en sistemas y procesos: Word/Excel, SWIFT.
Francés: nivel C1 / Inglés: nivel C1.
Habilidades organizativas y analíticas, incluyendo identificación y presentación de información clave, capacidad de aprender y desarrollarse, y habilidades de comunicación efectiva.

MISSION
As a Guarantees Operations Analyst, you will ensure client needs are met and exceeded, support the processing, validation and expiry management of guarantee instruments, and collaborate closely with Front Office, risk and compliance functions to safeguard smooth operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Serve CIB clients, delivering timely guarantee solutions.
  • Assist clients and corporate groups on technical aspects of international and domestic guarantees.
  • Process issued guarantees, reviewing wording and confirming legal, credit and risk approvals.
  • Manage guarantee expiries, coordinating with branches, correspondents and clients for smooth release.
  • Support Front Office in booking and processing deals.
  • Aid the Invoicing and Fees Officer when required.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Relevant degree (Finance, Economics, Law or similar).
  • Proven experience with guarantees products and regulations (URDG, ISP, UCP).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting rules specific to guarantees.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and SWIFT.
  • Fluency in English and French (mandatory).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

MISIÓN

Garantizar una gestión óptima del stock y un aprovisionamiento eficiente para la operativa de flota, asegurando la disponibilidad, trazabilidad y coste adecuado de los vehículos necesarios para la actividad. Contribuye de forma directa a la continuidad operativa, la satisfacción del cliente y la optimización del coste total.

RESPONSABILIDADES

A. Planificación y Forecasting

 Elaborar previsiones de demanda (rolling/12 meses) y planes anuales o semestrales por proveedor o tipología de vehículo.

Dimensionar correctamente los niveles de stock (stock mínimo, stock de seguridad, cobertura).

Impulsar el uso de herramientas de planificación como key user (Slim4 u otras).

B. Gestión del Aprovisionamiento

 Garantizar el abastecimiento continuo de vehículos para los procesos de entrega, sustitución o necesidades operativas.

Realizar cálculos de lotes óptimos de compra según volumen, rotación y estrategia.

Realizar el seguimiento de compras, precios medios y desviaciones.

C. Control y Optimización del Stock

 Análisis de obsoletos, baja rotación y definición de planes de mejora.

Optimización de flujos, clasificación ABC, metodologías LEAN, 5S o iniciativas similares para mejorar la eficiencia del stock de vehículos.

Garantizar la trazabilidad interna de todos los vehículos dentro de los distintos procesos.

REQUISITOS

  • Formación y Experiencia

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en aprovisionamiento, gestión de stock o supply chain.

Conocimientos sólidos en gestión de inventarios y planificación.

Valorable formación especializada en Supply Chain / Operaciones / Ingeniería.

  • Conocimientos técnicos e Idiomas

Excel avanzado.

Manejo de herramientas MRP / forecast (Slim4, SAP u otras).

Valorable inglés alto.

ITTF Iberia platform is a shared service center, which provides services and resources on behalf of ITTF central department, and other ITG partners, in Spain and Portugal. ITTF Iberia platform ensures a common alignment in terms of strategy, operating model, IT standards with ITG beneficiaries, as well as, a full alignment with local and territory rules and stakeholders

The ITTF Department Office division ensures operational support for the entire department in key areas such as budgeting, sourcing, project portfolio management, and IT risk management. The division is also responsible for defining and coordinating governance, developing and monitoring the department’s IT strategy, as well as handling ad-hoc missions.

 

Report to

The position is within ITT&F Iberian Platform – Department Office in Madrid, under the supervision of ITT&F – Iberian Platform Department Office Head in Madrid, with functional link with ITT&F – Department Office – Cost Oversight & PPM Head in Paris.

 

Mission and Objectives 

The main objectives are:

  • Monitor, analyze and consolidate resourcing needs and consumption for projects and the run in coordination with PMO of Finance & Risk Solutions teams, and in alignment with official ITG Finance budget and actuals
  • Ensure figures split by clients / programs / funding and update the project portfolio
  • Partner with ITG Finance and with the sponsors (Finance, RISK and GDO/CDO) to explain resources consumption, calculate budget/forecast estimations and agree on funding and transfers

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Monthly reporting & closing, Budget preparation

  •  Ensure the respect of the guidelines and planning of figures closing and budget preparation
  • Provide a monthly synthetic reporting/analysis on figures evolution (both costs and HC)
  • Monitor / Control with the PMOs the different delivery expected (roadmap, HPA, …)
  • Establish punctual reportings on all Finance & Risk Solutions budget data
  • Contribute to the improvement and transformation of processes and governance within the activities of the team
  • Manage the relations with PMOs, Operationnals, ITG_Finance,…
  • Coverage Clients:
    • Follow the transfer process with the Client and ITG_Finance
      • Recover transfer needs from operational groups
      • Consolidate these needs for all Finance & Risk Solution (Onshore + Near/Offshore)
      • Monitor the correct execution of these transfers by Clients
      • Ensure the consistency between the Finance & Risk Solutions vision and the ITG-Finance vision
    • Provide a monthly status of the Clients
      • Review the status/achievements of the projects
      • Identify the main points/risks/alerts
      • Monitor / follow-up the remediation plans
      • Follow the detailed budget
      • Discuss on specific issues
    • Animate and produce the minutes of the different committees
    • Manage the relations with the funders (Finance & Strategy, RISK, Business lines)

REQUIREMENTS

Training and occupational experience

 

  • Business school or University Graduate, Master Degree in Accounting, Finance 
  • 2-3 years of experience in an Accounting/Management Control function
  • Experience of working in international environment appreciated

How can the Bank leverage data to assess credit risk on its portfolio of existing and new clients 

Risk assessment encompasses various elements: how likely is it that a client will not be able to comply with the contractual requirements of his loan? What will be the client’s outstanding balance in this situation? What loss is the bank expected to suffer if a client is no longer able to repay a loan?

As a member of the RISK Models team, you will join a team of experts whose goal is to answer these questions through the development of statistical or expert models. 

By analysing historical data, working together with the business lines, IT department, the modelling experts at BNP Paribas group and taking into account the remarks of supervisor representatives, the team creates tools that help the bank calculate the capital requirements for its credit exposure, the risk component of the credit price or that contribute to the approval process of a new credit.

 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 

Your personal tasks will be:

·  Designing and developing models for credit risk on the scope mainly of companies

·  Finding, managing and using the most appropriate data sources for modelling purposes

·  Working with expert colleagues and business representatives to examine the results and keep models grounded in reality

·  Documenting each step of the development and informing decision makers by presenting them options and results

·  Ensuring correct implementation of the tools (together with the IT department)

·  Continuously assessing models by means of back-testing

ITTF is a unique organization within the BNP PARIBAS IT Group. ITTF is responsible for the alignment of IT programs with the strategy and objectives of Finance and Risk. ABOUT THE JOB 

MISSION 

Within ITTF, Finance Dedicated Solutions (FDS) is a Group in charge of servicing Finance processes and users on a worldwide scope.  

There are three Domains in FDS: Consolidations Solutions dedicated to Head Office Reporting, Operating Solutions dedicated to specific Finances processes and Local Regulatory Reporting Solutions (LRRS) dedicated to local or regional Finance teams producing the Financial statements & Financial prudential reporting towards the National Central Banks. 

The missions of the LRRS team are to: 

  • Help and participate on the OFS migrations of the LRR streams (teams) 
  • Support the design and  systems-and-solutions-building for LRR Finance processes & users 
  • Comprehend and help on the adaptation of regional activities of the existing systems & solutions 
  • Support, run and manage the LRR systems & solutions 
  • Help on the incidents of the LRR systems & solutions management
  • Ensure communication with users and stakeholders. 
  • Contribute to the training and change management of the Finance users 
  • Strive to continuously improve the service provided by LRRS by tracking inefficiencies within LRRS and contributing to review Finance LRR processes 
  • Learn and support the implementation of the new FRESH framework and in particular agile @scale methodology and collaborative cross stream fertilization 

Concerning the EMEA region, a dedicated LRRS team is set up in the ITTF EMEA Hub. The analyst position is part of that team. 

The ITTF EMEA Hub operates as a service center providing resources and expertise to deliver on tasks and projects prioritized by ITTF On-Shore stakeholders. The ITTF EMEA hub is itself hosted within the Oxygen Platform and covers Lisbon & Madrid Locations. 

The ITTF EMEA Hub operates under the “Extended Team” model encompassing a clearly defined functional reporting line for each team to on-shore Managers who supervise the activities performed. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Your main responsibility is to support the team leaders on the transversal tasks.  

Your main tasks include: 

  • Enhanced the LRRS documentation: improve the LRRS EMEA sharepoint organization, insure and follow the quality of the sharepoint content, share with the team members the good practices. 
  • As a BA, support your squad on the data and application analysis, testing new developments and functionalities. 
  • Support on the definition of the LRR solution for the new entities joining OFS. 
  • Monitor BAU and guarantee processes execution. 
  • Collaborate in communication between the different teams and support in the management of transversal topics, (such as Agile at scale, documentation, global meetings preparation…)

MISIÓN
 

Realizar las tareas relativas a la recepción de visitas, llamadas y tareas de apoyo en los centros de trabajo, de acuerdo a la normativa interna de Cetelem y a las instrucciones de su superior, con el objetivo de ofrecer un servicio adecuado y dar apoyo a las distintas actividades de negocio en los centros de trabajo.

 
RESPONSABILIDADES
 
·Llevar a cabo la recepción, atención e información de visitas.
·Recepción de llamadas de la centralita (externas e internas).
·Realizar los servicios de Postventa ligera (Sevilla, Valladolid).
·Gestionar la recepción de mensajería y correo. Registrando los documentos recibidos por mensajería. Controlando los albaranes. Realizando la clasificación para la distribución. 
·Llevar a cabo la recepción de documentación del departamento jurídico, reclamaciones, RH, y remitirla escaneada al departamento correspondiente (Sevilla, Valladolid, Alcalá).

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Measure and book the required adjustments in accounting to ensure completion and accurateness through all reporting axes, including the segmented axis.
  • High involvement in projects related to the management accounting data remediation plan, contributing in the different streams, supporting the project team and raising/escalating issues when they arise.
  • Perform consistency and data quality controls related to the business line and indicator.
  • Provide Finance supervision & completion on LoD1 control, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the data feeding done by the back office operation tools.
  • Provide assistance in coordination with the management in responding to questions from the external auditors, Operations, and other support groups by:
    • Ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up of questions / requests for information
    • Escalating problems/issues to the team leader and/or head
  • Providing quality service to other teams
 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Studies:
    • Business school, University Graduate, Master Degree in Accounting or Finance Degree
  • Experience
    • Up to 2 years experience in Finance within the Banking sector (Financial Accounting, Reporting, Business/financial analysis), including audit and consultancy firms.
    • Experience of working in an international environment appreciated.
  • Languages
    • English Advanced
    • European languages a plus (specially French)
