MISSION

The scope of intervention includes data security solutions such as:

– DLP – Data Loss Prevention: Symantec (Broadcom) used to counter critical data leaks from the company,

– Security of structured data: IBM Guardium allows data management based on different modules such as data discovery (discovery) or the activity monitoring module allowing the monitoring of actions on the basis of data,

– Unstructured data security with Varonis enables unstructured data discovery and data loss prevention.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Participation in data security projects

– Administration of security equipment: Varonis, Guardium (IBM), Symantec DLP (Broadcom)

– Preparation and implementation of security policies on operated solutions.

In a growing context of developing mobility solutions and Cloud services adoption, the mission is to integrate the Production Security teams in charge of setting up services to secure access to information system assets.

The mission is part of the IT Group Production Security – Defense teams. This team is specialized in security and data protection issues. The primary responsibility of the teams is to provide security services within the overall requirements framework while ensuring the operational readiness and Level 3 support of these services within an international scope. 

Scope: Key Management Services (KMS), Hardware Security Modules (HSM), Encryption, PKI, cryptographic services, smart cards, strong authentication solutions, electronic signature, etc.

Mission & Role summary 

Within the PKI expertise team, the mission will be to ensure the maintenance of the Group’s PKI infrastructure in operational condition and to participate in the evolution of digital trust services (PKI, strong authentication solutions, encryption solutions).

It is expected that you operate in a cloud context (Office 365, IBM and others) to meet new uses and security needs (authentication, encryption, signature). In this context, you will contribute to the study, qualification and subsequent implementation of new security solutions. A technical background, security and project management is therefore needed.

MISSION
 

As a Collaborative Support Specialist, you will oversee the platform monitoring and ensuring the compliance and quality of the IT production activities related to Collaborative tools, such as Mail system (OnPrem & Online) and Instant Messaging solutions across all regions in BNP Paribas and apply remediation when an issue is encountered.

Trade Finance Agency Officer

MISSION

Within Group BNP Paribas ITO Function, Global Trade Operations, a community of 700* people in the 3 CIB regions & 50 countries, leverage on their integrated and global model to accompany the business strategy being the Global Trade operations Platforms a key enablers of the transformation.

The European Trade Finance Service Center has 150 employees across 20 nationalities in Spain and provides solutions for Domestic and international Guarantees, Syndicated guarantees, Fronting, Green and sustainable linked guarantees and Documentary products (Import and Export) for both, corporations or institutions, in close collaboration with the Global Trade Solutions teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Agency Officer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Agency, in accordance with internal procedures, and providing support to the TFSC Issuance team. The Agency Officer will act as a liaison between the Borrower, Lenders, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and that the Guarantee Syndication Agreement/Facility is utilized in accordance with the agreed terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deal Set-up and Closing:
    • Coordinate the collection and exchange of documentation between the client, bank syndicate, and legal advisors.
    • Manage the preparation of administrative details, templates, and checklists for Lenders and Borrowers.
    • Verify that all required information is received and that the deal is properly set up.
  2. Guarantee Syndication Agreement/Facility Management:
    • Monitor the utilization of the Guarantee Syndication Agreement/Facility, ensuring that all contractual commitments and conditions are respected.
    • Inform Lenders and the Borrower of any changes, waivers, or amendments to the agreement.
    • Coordinate with the Issuance team to ensure that guarantees are issued in accordance with the agreed terms.
  3. Communication and Information Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Lenders’ contacts and information.
    • Ensure that all communications with the Borrower, Lenders, and other stakeholders are clear, concise, and compliant with BNP Paribas’ internal rules and regulations.
    • Manage the distribution of reports, notices, and other documents to the relevant parties.
  4. Reporting and Covenants:
    • Ensure that the Borrower provides financial and non-financial reports as required by the agreement.
    • Monitor compliance with financial covenants and notify Lenders of any breaches or potential breaches.
    • Coordinate with the Borrower and Lenders to resolve any issues related to reporting or covenant breaches.
  5. Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate and organized files and records, both physical and digital.
    • Prepare and distribute regular activity reports to Clients and Lenders.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the Agency unit.

REQUIREMENTS

Training and occupational experience

 Strong academic history, Master degree in Finance, Business school with a major in Finance or equivalent

Su misión es posicionar el producto de renting, dinamizando y coordinando la comunicación  entre el fabricante, la financiera y la empresa de renting, fijando objetivos comunes y garantizando que estos se cumplen, a través de un correcto seguimiento de los KPIs establecidos.

Relación comercial con el fabricante: 

  • Planificación de Comités mensuales. 
  • Gestión de campañas: instrumentación y seguimiento de la misma.
  • Detección de necesidades. Asesoramiento y ayuda en relación con Arval. 
  • Asesorar sobre las tendencias de mercado y el producto de Renting de la competencia en la concesión: seguimiento de competitividad, realización de cotización de modelos de referencia y comprobar la pérdida de competitividad y/o rentabilidad.
  • Colaboración en proyectos desarrollados por el fabricante que incluyan el producto de Renting. 
  • Conseguir la “implicación” comercial de la fuerza comercial de la marca, y la consideración del Renting en sus proyectos futuros. 
  • Seguimiento de la Reciprocidad con Arval.
  • Reporting mensual: actividad, renovaciones, comisionamiento…
  • Contacto de referencia experto para su red de concesionarios de referencias y para delegados de financiera especialistas en producto. 
  • Seguimiento de los modelos disponibles y que los descuentos sean los correctos para cada marca y producto.

ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

 * 

 He/she will perform tasks allocated mainly to the Finance accounting team responsible for the end to end process of all related transaction affecting the operational expense booking and reporting of the Corporate and Institutional Banking, BP2S and Personal Finance entities under scope on Europe, Middle East and Africa Region (EMEA).

 Within the team called *Finance EMEA: Corporate Accounting & Expenses, the candidate would be assigned to different scope such as Fixed Assets & leases, Personnel Expenses, General Expenses, transfer pricing & Tax or Management Accounting.  The team ensures an accurate, reliable and comprehensive set of segmented financial data required for the production of all Reporting streams through a solid control framework that covers oversight on upstream processes, Finance own processes and controls on data quality.

 Financial Accountants are involved in the day-to-day maintenance and control of the general ledgers for the entities under their responsibility associated to the assigned profit & loss segment mentioned above. When applicable, they coordinate review and potential adjustments with other teams. Additionally, they will have to ensure quality of data for all Reporting streams and be in charge of performing adjustments when needed in the General ledger. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main activities to perform will be:

– Perform a critical oversight over the process/controls/evidences provided by the teams for which the oversight is under the responsability of the team, performing the necessary controls, escalations.

– Involve in monthly closing cycle activities from book-keeping to reporting 

 – Ensure End to End data quality and accuracy of accounting & reporting for a specific list of EMEA entities, including preparation of reporting package flows for different Bank’s tools regarding Financial accounting and Management accounting, when applicable.

 – Provide assistance in coordination with the management in responding to questions from the external auditors, Operations, and other support groups by:
