MISSION
As an IT Project Owner – Business Analyst, you will lead the delivery of Local Regulatory Reporting (LRR) solutions. You will combine end-to-end project management with deep analytical design to ensure our systems meet current and future business needs. Your role is to translate strategic finance objectives into technical reality.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage the full project lifecycle, defining scope, budgets, and resources for transversal IT projects.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.
- Coordinate internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage the defect backlog to ensure quality.
- Act as the primary link between Finance business units and the IT organization.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance or an Engineering degree with finance knowledge.
- 2 years of experience in Finance or Project Management within the banking sector.
- Proven experience implementing International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Fluent English (B2 minimum); French knowledge is a plus.

MISION

ABOUT THE JOB
MISSION
He/she will perform tasks allocated mainly to the Finance accounting team responsible for the end to end process of all related transaction affecting the operational expense booking and reporting of the Corporate and Institutional Banking, BP2S and Personal Finance entities under scope on Europe, Middle East and Africa Region (EMEA).
Within the team called *Finance EMEA: Corporate Accounting & Expenses, the candidate would be assigned to different scope such as Fixed Assets & leases, Personnel Expenses, General Expenses, transfer pricing & Tax or Management Accounting. The team ensures an accurate, reliable and comprehensive set of segmented financial data required for the production of all Reporting streams through a solid control framework that covers oversight on upstream processes, Finance own processes and controls on data quality.
Financial Accountants are involved in the day-to-day maintenance and control of the general ledgers for the entities under their responsibility associated to the assigned profit & loss segment mentioned above. When applicable, they coordinate review and potential adjustments with other teams. Additionally, they will have to ensure quality of data for all Reporting streams and be in charge of performing adjustments when needed in the General ledger.
RESPONSIBILITIES
. Involve in monthly closing cycle activities from book keeping to reporting
· Ensure End to End data quality and accuracy of accounting & reporting for a specific list of EMEA entities, including preparation of reporting package flows for different Bank’s tools regarding Financial accounting and Management accounting
· Maintain the general accounting of all entities, including overheads and inter-entity reinvoicing transfer Pricing Agreements
· Perform and/or control the accounting and tax classification for overheads, pay-roll and employee benefit expenses, depreciation and amortization on tangible and intangible assets including potential impairment or write off, as well as calculation, booking and integrity checks related to IFRS16 Calculation
· Profit & Loss analysis by general ledger accounts and cost centers, providing analytical reviews for the different stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS

- Between 3 to 4 years’ experience in Finance performing similar activities for multinational companies, including audit and consultancy firms

With a transversal role and providing support to SMS BP SPOCs, he/she will be in charge of :

* Control and analyse the data that contribute to the regulatory reporting (Matisse allocations, BMRC feeding, Accounting to Risk reconciliation, Local regulatory reports, non-standard feeds,….) & the disclosure production.
* Provide Finance supervision & completion on LoD1 control performed by Back Offices operations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the data feeding done by the back office operation tools.
* Providing support to Back and Middle offices in all the accounting aspects required.
* Provide assistance in coordination with the management in responding to questions from the external auditors, Operations, and other support groups by:
* Ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up of questions / requests for information.
* Escalating problems/issues to the team leader and/or head.

FRS – Connect – BOOST IDEA Fronting Team, located in Madrid, Paris, Mumbai and Lisbon, acts as accelerator and facilitator of the relations between FRS Community and Finance/Risk Teams.
ABOUT THE JOB
MISSION
The main objectives of BOOST IDEA Fronting team are:
– Secure the proper uses of FRS Tools by Finance/Risk
– Facilitate the understanding of end-to-end operational processes within FRS
– Capture/detect needs within operational activities
– Build and lead time-to-market action plans combining the use of FRS Target solutions and “Fast” / “Smart” solutions managed by BOOST IDEA Centers of Expertise (CoE).
– Provide temporary Agile and IT Stamped solutions
– Encourage the capture of uses cases conducive to innovation
Your mission will be to contribute in a project team dedicated to implement processes improvements as part of the digital transformation of Finance and Risk. Activities spanning from project management, process optimization, finance concepts learning, problem solving, contribution to process reengineering and action plan definition.
The project team is a decisive player in the design of the application road map, ensuring the adequacy between tactical and target architectures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of BOOST IDEA Fronting team you are in charge of:
Manage the interaction with Business
· Collect/Capture Business needs
· Process reengineering/optimization
· Problem solving
· Business demands backlog management / Prioritization
· Contribute to define automation/digitalization or entities harmonization strategy
· Provide regular reporting of the achievements/improvements planned and implemented to the respective finance management team
Manage Projects on its functional perimeter
· Interact internationally with the other BOOST IDEA Fronting team members
· Coordinate the resources provided by BOOST IDEA CoE and assigned to the project
· Contribute to budget demand and Follow up
· Ensure ITG project Launching
Manage the interaction with the FRS Community
· On a regular basis, share the needs collected with potential other FRS teams concerned
· Act as a bridge to connect business teams with the appropriate other FRS teams if, after high-level assessment, the need is to be handled by them
Foster knowledge sharing, best practices on FRS suite solutions, promote FRS Service Offer and positive team spirit
REQUIREMENTS
Studies:
· Studying at Business School, Engineer or Master in Information Technology or Finance
