The SoFRESH Fronting team, located in Madrid, Lisbon & Mumbai, oversee the day-to-day communication to Finance applications. 

The SoFRESH Fronting team oversees administration and production support of accounting back-office tools (input and control accounting tools), user support and tools availability communication towards users

The manager of SoFRESH team is also the manager a Business Intelligence team located in Madrid. The objective of this team is provide solution using some ETL like Alteryx, SQL Server as data transformation  and for the visualization part Tableau, Microsoft Cube and PowerBI mainly.

The Team:

Ensure follow the sun Business Support on the tool’s usage and incidents

Regular dialogue with Project stakeholders

Ensure good quality of development in Business Intelligence, respect the delivery date

What You Will Do

Support ad‑hoc initiatives and projects led by the manager : list of processes, list of actions performed by the team, creation of KPI dashboard

Coordinate meetings and workshops, including scheduling, agendas, logistics, and follow‑up

Prepare and consolidate meeting materials (presentations, briefing notes, summaries)

Track actions and decisions, ensuring timely follow‑up with stakeholders

Support internal communications (drafting messages, updates, announcements)

Act as a coordination point between the manager of SoFRESH/Bus Int , the team members and other internal stakeholders

Dentro de BNP Paribas Personal Finance, buscamos incorporar en modalidad de beca a un(a) estudiante que pueda dar soporte a un equipo de desarrollo internacional, el cual forma parte de South Europe Technologies (S.ET Iberia) – Centro Internacional de Servicios Compartidos de IT, Data, Operaciones y Ciberseguridad. 
  

El candidato seleccionado apoyará en la evolución y el mantenimiento de una aplicación de BNP Paribas Personal Finance, ofreciéndole una introducción práctica al desarrollo de software en un entorno empresarial y financiero real. Podrá trabajar en estrecha colaboración con desarrolladores experimentados y participará en proyectos ágiles, contribuyendo a tareas de diseño y desarrollo en aplicaciones basadas en el framework Spring.

Tras un periodo de onboarding con el líder técnico y el resto del equipo, las principales tareas del puesto serán:  

Desarrollar y dar soporte a las características de la aplicación:

  • Contribuir al desarrollo de servicios backend basados en Java e interfaces de usuario web bajo la guía de desarrolladores seniors.
  • Ayudar a implementar nuevas características según los requisitos.
  • Apoyar el análisis y la resolución de incidentes menores para ayudar a garantizar la estabilidad de la aplicación.

Colaborar en un entorno ágil:

  • Participar en ceremonias ágiles y colaborar con desarrolladores, testers y owners de las aplicaciones.
  • Apoyar las actividades de integración continua, incluyendo complicaciones, pruebas y despliegue.
Aplicar buenas prácticas de desarrollo:
  • Cumplir los estándares de codificación, las pautas de desarrollo y las mejores prácticas de control de versiones.
Crecer como Desarrollador Fullstack:
  • Participar activamente en las revisiones de código y utilizar los comentarios para mejorar las habilidades técnicas.
  • Asumir la responsabilidad de tareas de desarrollo bien definidas para progresivamente construir autonomía y confianza en el desarrollo de fullstack. 

Los requisitos que necesitarás para cubrir esta posición son:  

  • Formación en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Desarrollo de Software o similares.
  • Valoramos la experiencia previa en una empresa.
  • Habilidades analíticas básicas y capacidad para seguir enfoques de resolución de problemas estructurados.
  • Interés por comprender las necesidades empresariales y la alineación tecnológica.
  • Conocimiento de la metodología AGILE (conceptos básicos de Scrum/Kanban).

Habilidades Requeridas 

FRONTEND:

  • Conocimiento básico de Angular o frameworks de frontend similares (p.ej. React).
  • Experiencia introductoria con Node.js y herramientas de frontend.
  • Familiaridad con conceptos de JavaScript / TypeScript (ES6+), se considera como un plus.

BACKEND:

  • Java 8: 
    Comprensión de conceptos básicos de Java: OOP, colecciones, flujos, expresiones lambda., principios básicos de manejo de excepciones y registro.
  • Marco de Spring (Spring Boot 3+): Comprensión introductoria de las aplicaciones y la configuración de Spring Boot. Conocimiento de las capas comunes de backend (controladores, servicios, repositorios).
  • Hibernación/JPA: 
    Fundamentos de asignación de entidades 

    (@Entity, @Id, relaciones simples como @OneToMany). Uso de interfaces de repositorio y operaciones CRUD básicas. Conocimientos introductorios de consultas JPQL / HQL.

  • Servicios RESTful: 
    Principios básicos de diseño y consumo de REST APIs. 

    Manipulación de la serialización y deserialización JSON.

  • Microservicios: 
    Conocimiento general de la arquitectura de microservicios y conceptos relacionados 

    (separación de servicio, API, configuración).

DATABASES:

  • PostgreSQL o bases de datos relacionadas similares: 
    Escribir consultas SQL básicas (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE). 

    Comprensión de joins, subconsultas y conceptos básicos de indexación. Conocimientos introductorios de PL/SQL (procedimientos y funciones) es un plus.

DevOps & Infraestructura – Basics:

  • Git / GitLab: Uso básico: confirmaciones, ramificación y solicitudes de extracción. Conocimiento de flujos de trabajo comunes de Git (p. ej.

  • CI/CID y Calidad del Código: 

    Experiencia introductoria con Jenkins o pipelines de GitLab CI. 

    Capacidad para leer informes de SonarQube y corregir códigos simples.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Stress Testing Data Analytics (STDA) team belongs to the Produce Pillar of MS4U department. The MS4U department focuses on several key missions: developing models (pillar 1 and pillar 2), conducting backtestings and simulation activities, producing regulatory stress testing exercises (EBA, ECB), supporting ICAAP and budget exercises, generating IFRS9 ECL reports, preparing regulatory reporting (including climate risk, NPL, benchmarking RWA/IFRS9), and performing local stress tests.

The STDA team consists of data engineers and project managers working within the scope of credit risk and securitization. STDA collects, analyzes, reconciles, and builds databases to ensure the success of these exercises.

The team works in a Big Data environment. Dataiku V14 streamlines collaborative development (in SQL, Pyspark) by allowing multiple team members to design, test, and deploy data workflows, while Power BI enables sharing actionable insights across departments.

The team works in partnership with the IT department on the platform. They support the team on a daily-basis and help with back-end big data engineering support and maintenance.

In this role, you will join the team dedicated to credit risk. Your primary responsibility will be to handle big data, perform data quality assessments, analyze risk parameters across multiple dimensions, report relevant insights based on data analysis and prepare the databases used for the projection of credit risk parameters.

YOUR MAIN ACTIVITIES ARE

  • Perform data collection and build/maintain reliable data transformation pipelines
  • Work on data ingestion, data quality, data preparation, data cleaning and data analysis
  • Automate, optimize and document the data preparation processes
  • Develop dynamic Dashboards to report on the most relevant and frequent business topics
  • Work closely with data providers and clients to get technical and business requirements 
  • Specific contributions to regulatory and internal stress testing exercises

PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS

  • Strong academic background, with a master’s degree
  • Relevant experience in data related roles including analysis, engineering, visualization

    • Significant experience in data exploration and data preparation
    • Proven record in SQL

The team named MS4U, for Models & Simulations for You; which is a cross-functional platform, designed to provide integrated, end-to-end modelling and simulations capability. It unites RISK M&R (Models & Regulatory), STFS (Stress Testing & Financial Simulations), quant teams from RISK CPBS, RISK ESG (modelling), and other modelling competence centres, creating a shared, coherent, Group-wide modelling ecosystem.

YOUR MISSIONS 

You will join the PPU Roll‑Out Decision team, a strategic workforce at the heart of BNPP’s credit risk framework. The team plays a key role in shaping regulatory approach decisions across the credit risk perimeter, ensuring the right balance between internal models and standardized approaches in a constantly evolving regulatory environment.

Your mission is to structure, steer, and industrialize regulatory approach decision‑making, with a direct impact on capital requirements, modelling strategy, and the Bank’s long‑term roadmap.

More specifically, you will:

  • Design and formalize a robust and transparent framework for regulatory approach selection (internal models vs. standardized approach)
  • Translate key CRR concepts, such as Exposure Type, into operational decision drivers supporting regulatory justification
  • Industrialize regulatory approach management within BNPP IT systems to enhance data quality, reduce operational risk, and strengthen governance

You will work in close collaboration with Finance, Risk, and Capital Management teams, and actively contribute to strategic discussions with CFOs and CROs. ABOUT THE JOB

 The Stress Testing Data Analytics (STDA) team belongs to the Produce Pillar of MS4U department. The MS4U department focuses on several key missions: developing models (pillar 1 and pillar 2), conducting backtestings and simulation activities, producing regulatory stress testing exercises (EBA, ECB), supporting ICAAP and budget exercises, generating IFRS9 ECL reports, preparing regulatory reporting (including climate risk, NPL, benchmarking RWA/IFRS9), and performing local stress tests.

The STDA team consists of data engineers and project managers working within the scope of credit risk and securitization. STDA collects, analyzes, reconciles, and builds databases to ensure the success of these exercises.

 The team works in a Big Data environment. Dataiku V14 streamlines collaborative development (in SQL, Pyspark) by allowing multiple team members to design, test, and deploy data workflows, while Power BI enables sharing actionable insights across departments.

 The team works in partnership with the IT department on the platform. They support the team on a daily-basis and help with back-end big data engineering support and maintenance.

 In this role, you will join the team dedicated to credit risk. Your primary responsibility will be to handle big data, perform data quality assessments, analyze risk parameters across multiple dimensions, report relevant insights based on data analysis and prepare the databases used for the projection of credit risk parameters.
