Mission:
The functions of a Data Engineer will include the construction and maintenance of data pipeline, processing data from different sources to the different storage options of datahub data platforms, IT OPS relationship, etc.
Main Responsibilities

ITGP Global Telecom and Workspace is responsible to provide IT Services to our clients ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. This function includes Infrastructures (Active Directory, Messaging, Instant Messaging, Desktop …) as well as elements of the Global Services organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the ITGP Telecom and Workspace, the Level 2 Team is responsible of the request management, incident management, deployment of the core applications and the packaging operations for BNP Paribas devices.
The Workspace Packaging Production role is a part of the Global Application Packaging Services team which creates packages for different domains, sites and platforms. This role is key to ensure standards across the several domains, sites, entities and platforms are met.
The jobholder will be also responsible for occasionally creating applications compatible with the different entities and domains.

MISSION
The main missions of the IT Risk and Governance function are:
- To provide ITTF with a methodological framework that allows controlling and improving the quality of the delivery of all ITTF divisions both for central and international perimeter.
- To sponsor, ensure and monitor de deployment of BNP Paribas IT Governance (V6) worldwide, which is a common IT Governance framework applicable to all IT entities within IT Group

MISSION
Within Group BNP Paribas ITO Function, Global Trade Operations, a community of 700* people in the 3 CIB regions & 50 countries, leverage on their integrated and global model to accompany the business strategy being the Global Trade operations Platforms a key enablers of the transformation.
The European Trade Finance Service Center has 115 employees across 16 nationalities in Spain and provides solutions for Domestic and international Guarantees, Syndicated guarantees, Fronting, Green and sustainable linked guarantees and Documentary products (Import and Export) for both, corporations or institutions, in close collaboration with the Global Trade Solutions teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deal directly with CIB clients ensuring their needs are met and/or exceeded within established agreements.
- Provide assistance/support to clients and corporate groups on technical aspects of International and Domestic Guarantees.
- Process Guarantees issued on behalf of the Bank’s clients or other branches/subsidiaries/correspondents, including the review and validation of wordings in non-standard or pre-validated formats.
- The day to day processing of guarantee expiries and follow up with branches, correspondents and clients to ensure a smooth release of guarantee instruments as they meet their expiry dates.
- The role will also be responsible for assisting the Invoicing and Fees officer when necessary.

ABOUT THE JOB
MISSION
Production of the monthly reporting to the local regulator authority (French National Bank, ACPR “Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Resolution”)
Participate to actions plans to solve data quality issues
Answer to ad hoc reporting requested by the regulator
Participate into new projects inquiries (regulatory and other)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Send on time accurate reporting to regulators
Showing proactivity on dataquality reviews and action plans
Being part of the team responsible of the local regulatory reporting of BNP Paribas SA and Financial markets
Ensuring the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to the local regulators (ACPR and Banque de France)
Coordinating with all involved stakeholders
Ensuring data quality and active participation to the data quality action plan.
REQUIREMENTS
Studies
Business school, University Graduate, Master Degree in Accounting, Finance or Engineering Degree
- Experience
2-4 years of experience in Finance within the Banking sector (Financial Accounting, Reporting, Business/financial analysis), including audit and consultancy firms

ABOUT THE JOB
MISSION
· PC Spain is expected to handle several FA & MO/TA tasks delegated by LUX for Lux domiciled vehicles launched by Spanish GPs.
· This requires to find two dedicated resources to ensure we are able to provide the service from Spain with regards to both the FA and TA daily tasks
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Main goal: dealing with the investor/ capital transactions of the Lux domiciled funds according to the corresponding GAAP (LUXGAAP, IFRS, USGAAP…), accounting for everything that is investor related (contributions, distributions,…) and producing the investor reports (notices, PCAP….)
· This person will also be responsible for:
o Doing the set up of the investors, investor accounts and contacts
o Doing the set up of the different share classes of the vehicle
o Accounting for capital operations
o Doing the bank reconciliation when there is a capital operation that involves either a cash inflow or outflow
o Preparing and producing the investor reports (Notices, PCAP…)
o Coordinate and being in close touch with the FA team for the capital transactions

o Graduated in Business administration, Economics or Engineering. Other majors may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
