SOBRE EL PUESTO

MISIÓN

 Implementar la mejora continua a través de la Arval Sales Academy con una metodología enfocada a la cultura comercial de ARVAL, garantizando que los equipos comerciales reciban la información y conocimiento necesarios para el correcto desempeño de sus funciones. 

  Implementar estándares de eficiencia comercial: definición con el Commercial Excellence Manager el desarrollo y seguimiento, así como la puesta en marcha de dichos estándares en la cultura comercial de ARVAL.

RESPONSABILIDADES

 –  Poner en marcha de un espacio común de la Arval Sales Academy (Sharepoint, enlaces útiles, etc.), destinada a facilitar la especialización y desarrollo en los equipos comerciales.

 – Garantizar la correcta impartición de las formaciones en tiempo y forma de Corporate, CX, Partner y SME.

 –  Ser un referente de la Cultura Comercial de Arval con un conocimiento profundo dominando los productos, servicios y procedimientos junto con su aplicación en cliente final.

 –  Colaborar en la medición y efectividad de las formaciones.

 – Asegurar los parámetros, contenidos y calidad de Arval Sales Academy en toda la organización comercial (Corporates, SME/Partners y CX), mediante la definición de las formaciones necesarias definidas con el Manager de la Sales Academy.

 – Apoyo en la implementación de medidas acordadas en Excelencia Comercial: seguimiento de actividad comercial, informes/reportes, eficiencias acordadas con los directores de área, OPC, Commercial Performance, Producto, Consulting

 – Participación y desarrollo de los proyectos transversales impulsados desde Excelencia comercial.

REQUISITOS

ITG Production Network Security provide securely some critical services and maintain them constantly in other to offer best possible user experience and accompany the business growth. 

The services concerned are Remote Access, Connectivity to Cloud Services (SAAS, IAAS, PAAS), Firewalls and IPS segmentation & filtering and Automation solutions. 

The Network Security teams are responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting these services for all IT Group users (~100 000). They are performing that according to the Group guidelines and standards (Security, compliance, features, infrastructures, …)

ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

The successful candidate will include Desktop HVD Team and will collaborate with them and other teams in CIB by designing, building and providing level 2 support. The team is responsible for the maintenance, support, and operation of all virtual machines and physical remote PCs accessed through the XenDesktop infrastructure. This includes managing HVD client deployments, ensuring the performance and stability of the production environment, and maintaining the build images.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Duties 

  • Manage incidents and service requests related to the Citrix XenDesktop infrastructure
  • Provide technical support for virtual desktop and remote PC users
  • Conduct testing, analyze runbooks, and draft operational procedures
  • Participate in technical projects and infrastructure migrations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Support other operational teams during transitions to HVD infrastructure
  • Deliver services from the HVD Service Catalogue in line with SLAs (10,000+ users)

Service Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the health and performance of HVD and Remote PC infrastructures
  • Perform lifecycle management: new builds, templates, security patches, and upgrades
  • Configure and support backend systems and endpoints (Zero/Thin Clients, Console management)

  • Participate in special operations: Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and datacenter migrations

ITTF Iberia platform is a shared service center, which provides services and resources on behalf of ITTF central department, and other ITG partners, in Spain and Portugal. Mission and Objectives 

The main objectives are:

  • Monitor, analyze and consolidate resourcing needs and consumption for projects and the run in coordination with PMO of Finance & Risk Solutions teams, and in alignment with official ITG Finance budget and actuals
  • Ensure figures split by clients / programs / funding and update the project portfolio
  • Partner with ITG Finance and with the sponsors (Finance, RISK and GDO/CDO) to explain resources consumption, calculate budget/forecast estimations and agree on funding and transfers

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Monthly reporting & closing, Budget preparation

  •  Ensure the respect of the guidelines and planning of figures closing and budget preparation
  • Provide a monthly synthetic reporting/analysis on figures evolution (both costs and HC)
  • Monitor / Control with the PMOs the different delivery expected (roadmap, HPA, …)
  • Establish punctual reportings on all Finance & Risk Solutions budget data
  • Contribute to the improvement and transformation of processes and governance within the activities of the team

  • Coverage Clients:
    • Follow the transfer process with the Client and ITG_Finance
      • Recover transfer needs from operational groups

      • Monitor the correct execution of these transfers by Clients
      • Ensure the consistency between the Finance & Risk Solutions vision and the ITG-Finance vision
    • Provide a monthly status of the Clients
      • Review the status/achievements of the projects
      • Identify the main points/risks/alerts
      • Monitor / follow-up the remediation plans
      • Follow the detailed budget
      • Discuss on specific issues
    • Animate and produce the minutes of the different committees

REQUIREMENTS

Training and occupational experience

MISSION

The Pricing to Billing officer will play a central role in managing Cash Management transactions for CIB EMEA’s Pricing to Billing processes (P2B) for Transaction Banking (TB)

The ideal candidate will ensure integrity, consistency, accuracy, and alignment across all stages of the P2B value chain, on execution of day-to-day actions on deals between Front Office (CashManagement Officers) and Back Office (Billing team)

KEY RESPONSABILITIES 

Oversee and coordinate all the actions at the origination of the deal, help Front Office to establish the Statement of Work of each new deal, based on Product Reference. The objective is to ensure a clear review of the scoping of scope entities, scoping the products needs by client and pricing applied (standard or negotiated items).

A key part of the role is to support front officers with pricing to billing for new transactions (EMEA common methodology, provide clear information on products, way of pricing, standard methodology, standard pricing, rules of deviations, rules,…)

Collaborate with Implementation teams to ensure proper interpretation of the product rollout and associated pricing. Establish the Operational Statement of Work to confirm various actors, actions, timing and follow up the actions. 

Prepare the final Master format, according to Statement of Work to achieve the Billing Configuration with the collect of the key information (scoping of entities, product, pricing, invoicing detail, one off and subscriptions specificities…) and build the files to load in the billing engine (Xelerate).

·    Execute Process control & monitoring:

  • Another part of the role is to establish and apply key controls to ensure transactions are processed according to the Statement of Work. The strong level of control to perform and feed the dashboards to monitor deals activities.
  • A key part of the role is to ensure a relevant reconciliation between all sources of information, for example cross check Statement of Work with the signed version of the contract, check final Billing configuration by analysing the Pricing Extract Report, conduct regular and exhaustive controls of subscriptions, one off to check the efficient process of counting and the update of billing engine parameters (volume actives).
  • Generate and update reports/dashboards: contact view, legal entity view, business group view, country view, the feeding of dashboard in a dynamic day to day review to ensure a consistent and permanent accuracy of information.
  • Act as a single point of contact to provide transaction details, facilitate communication between teams to ensure a permanent alignment of information.

MISIÓN
Identificar, evaluar y gestionar los riesgos operacionales de principio a fin incluyendo el riesgo de fraude, de terceras partes, conducta, cumplimiento normativo, regulatorio, así como otros riesgos.

RESPONSABILIDADES

 Identificación y Evaluación de riesgos y de controles (Risk and Control Self Assessment-RCSA):
 * Asegurar que la identificación de los procesos claves y riesgos materiales, así como sus factores mitigadores están inventariados y mantenidos en su nivel adecuado.
 * Mantener la cartografía y la taxonomía de riesgos, actualizada a su respectivo nivel.
 * Asegurar la adecuada implementación de la cartografía de riesgos en el perímetro de aplicación de la 1ª línea de defensa
 * Realizar la identificación del riesgo en coordinación con otras funciones de control interno cuando sea necesario asegurando la validación del manager y la consistencia con el apetito de riesgo.
 * Contribuir a la definición de un plan remediación y de seguimiento cuando sea necesario.

 · Asegurar que los requerimientos establecidos en los procedimientos de grupo se implementan localmente y se complementan con las especificidades locales (regulación, herramientas, organización).

 ·         En función del resultado de la cartografía de riesgos y de otros eventos de riesgos como los incidentes históricos, los resultados de los controles, eventos externos o misiones de auditoría, identificar y proponer la calibración de los diferentes procedimientos de la entidad.

 · Definir y actualizar periódicamente el plan de control de la entidad de acuerdo con los resultados de la evaluación del riesgo, la regulación, y otros eventos de riesgo (HI, resultados de control, acontecimientos externos, misiones de auditoría…).

 ·         Ejecutar y/o coordinar los controles con arreglo al plan de control

 · Velar por que los resultados de los controles sean examinados y analizados por la dirección de las Entidad y, cuando proceda, por los equipos operacionales/partes interesadas pertinentes, y asegurar la definición de planes de acción de rehabilitación cuando sea necesario.

 Tras la notificación/recepción de los informes, organizar el seguimiento de los resultados y recomendaciones de supervisión de auditoría interna o externo y garantizar su cierre en la fecha prevista.

 Gestión de incidentes históricos (incluidos los casi- pérdidas)

 ·         Declarar los incidentes (incluida la medición de los impactos económicos), informar y actualizar en la base de datos del Grupo (así como en las bases de datos locales si fuera necesario), incluidos los casos sospechosos y de intento de fraude.

 · Vigilar, en colaboración con las funciones de Control Independientes, eventos externos para que cualquier acontecimiento externo importante se tenga en cuenta en el marco de riesgos operacionales. 

 · Coordinar, apoyar y asesorar en el proceso de validación de operaciones excepcionales, nuevos productos, actividades y procesos- TAC/NAC (incluidas las iniciativas de subcontratación), y seguimiento de que se cumplen las condiciones establecidas por las funciones de control.

  • Business Area/Department Overview
    • The current application production support is based in Madrid for Global Banking European local application support and maintain over 260 applications for a wide variety of internal clients for BNP Paribas CIB (Corporate & Institutional Banking), utilizing various technologies. MISSION
 

As any BNP Paribas Function or Operational Entity, RISK is responsible for the management, in compliance with BNP Paribas risks tolerance and the supporting policies and procedures, of the operational and regulatory risks caused by, or related to, its activity. A permanent control framework, relying on three lines of defense guaranties the proper exercise of such responsibility.

 

RISK (1LoD) relies mostly on its RISK Chief Conduct & Control Officer (RISK CCCO) and the network of identified Operational Permanent Control (OPC) coordinators spread across the different streams of the RISK function. 

 

The RISK CCCO coordinates, as LoD1 and in line with the RISK OPC community, the ORM framework related to all operational risks, excluding financial risks. It includes Fraud, Third Party, Data Protection, Conduct, Compliance, Regulatory, Information & Cyber security risks, and others risks types in collaboration with other specialized independent control functions and in compliance with internal policies, procedures and guidelines issued by independent control functions as well as with external regulatory and supervisory requirements. For this mission, the RISK CCCO´s scope of action is RISK.

 

Since December 31st, 2021, the updated Committee of European Banking Supervisors (CEBS) guidelines on outsourcing, issued by the European Banking authority (EBA), are applicable. BNP PARIBAS has implemented a framework in line with the regulation.

  

The RISK CCCO Outsourcing Coordinator will ensure alignment with group outsourcing policies, oversee risk assessments and lifecycle management of outsourcing arrangements, and monitor compliance and reporting obligations throughout the process

RESPONSIBILITIES
 

The RISK CCCO Outsourcing Coordinator has the responsibility to monitor and control contractual coverage of RISK outsourced activities, processes, or services worldwide, in compliance with internal policies, procedures and guidelines as well as with external regulatory and supervisory requirements.

  

This includes the following key responsibilities: 

  

1. Governance and Strategic Alignment

 

The outsourcing coordinator ensures that all outsourcing initiatives within the entity are aligned with BNP Paribas Group’s outsourcing risk management framework. This includes:

 

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for outsourcing matters within the entity.
  • Ensuring that outsourcing decisions are consistent with strategic objectives.
  • Contributing with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), the RISK function, and other stakeholders to assess the criticality of arrangements.
  • Supporting Group projects involving Outsourcing.

   

2. Risk Assessment and Lifecycle Oversight

 

The coordinator is responsible for managing outsourcing risk throughout the lifecycle of each arrangement. This includes:

 

  • Leading the qualification and in-depth risk assessment of outsourcing projects, including the use of tools like the ARAQ to evaluate 12 risk families.
  • Ensuring that risk assessments are documented, regularly reviewed, and updated when material changes occur.
  • Ensuring the creation/renewal/amendment of contracts and arrangements into 360RiskOp with a satisfactory level of data quality and consistency across RISK.

  

3. Monitoring, Reporting, and Compliance

 

The coordinator ensures ongoing compliance and effective monitoring of outsourcing arrangements by:

 

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all outsourcing arrangements, including criticality levels and risk profiles with adequate data quality
  • Reporting key outsourcing risks and issues to top management and relevant committees.
  • Ensuring that arrangements comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and supervisory expectations, including those from the ECB and EBA
  • Contributing and/or consolidating arrangements to comply with internal/regulatory reporting requirements
