SOBRE EL PUESTO
Misión:
Garantizar la correcta ejecución del proceso de onboarding de clientes, asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas de riesgos, KYC, KYI, KYX de la compañía. Ejecutar la gestión integral, registro y verificación de clientes, validando la documentación, mitigando riesgos y previniendo fraudes, de acuerdo con las normativas y directrices marcadas por el Grupo (BNPP)
Funciones principales:
- Asegurar la correcta recopilación, validación y registro de la documentación de riesgos, en las herramientas correspondientes.
- Evaluar y verificar que todos los datos de clientes cumplan con las normativas internas y regulatorias.
- Gestionar la creación y actualización de centros de facturación, subrogaciones de contrato y modificaciones contractuales (denominación social, forma de pago, canal de venta).
- Realizar controles periódicos de calidad de datos y cumplimiento normativo.
- Análisis de riesgos y control de fraude.
- Actualización y aperturas de las líneas de riesgos.
- Calificación eficiente de todos los clientes cumpliendo con los niveles de decisión impuestos por el Grupo.
- Calificación de proveedores.
- Control de fraude, gestión de alertas y reporte de incidentes operacionales.
- Analizar alertas desencadenadas en el sistema y tratarlas según el protocolo establecido.
- Escalar a Compliance los casos HR (High Risk) y PEP (Personas Expuestas Políticamente), garantizando la correcta documentación y justificación.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las SLA en las solicitudes, según los requerimientos del negocio.
REQUISITOS
Formación:
Licenciatura Económicas / Administración de Empresas.
Experiencia:
- Experiencia en análisis de riesgos, prevención de fraude y cumplimiento normativo KYC/KYI/KYX.
Competencias técnicas
- Conocimiento en normativas regulatorias y políticas de compliance.
- Habilidad analítica y orientación a la resolución de problemas.
- Manejo de herramientas digitales y plataformas de gestión documental.

MISION

REQUISITOS

As a Model Risk Quantitative Analyst, you will strengthen the Group’s model risk framework for market, counterparty and valuation risk. The Privacy Program Manager is a Risk Manager reporting to the CIB Data Protection Officer.
CIB Data Protection Office is part of CIB RISK ORM (Operational Risk Management) Department within BNP Paribas and steers the second Line of Defense for Privacy-related issues throughout CIB worldwide, leveraging on a network of local experts. The DPO monitors the application of the regulations relating to the protection of personal data within CIB, monitoring compliance with applicable regulations and supporting LOD1.
Its activity is part of the overall governance of personal data protection deployed throughout BNP Paribas Group and it is based on the following key responsibilities:
- Management of relations with external stakeholders, including data subjects, CNIL and supervisory authorities responsible for personal data, in relation with the Territory DPOs appointed by BNP Paribas S.A. in each location where CIB is present;
- Supervision of the general framework for personal data protection within CIB; Review and support for the implementation of personal data protection applicable regulations and policies in connection with CIB Functions, ITO, Métiers and Legal department;
- Monitoring of CIB personal data related processes, including Privacy by Design, Record of Processing Activities;
- Deployment of Privacy training and awareness sessions in coordination with the Data Protection first Line of Defense teams;
- Definition and implementation of second level controls and conduct of independent testing on personal data protection.

- Support the definition and implementation of the privacy guidelines for the annual Risk and Self-Assessment campaign across the worldwide CIB scope
- Support the execution and results of the campaign execution for the controls performed by the CIB Data Protection Correspondents and support the definition and formalization of the actions deriving from the results of the controls, including direct controls such as Process reviews and Process reviews and in relation to the CoE for the verification and reperformance controls

ABOUT THE JOB
The Stress Testing Data Analytics (STDA) team belongs to the Produce Pillar of MS4U department. The MS4U department focuses on several key missions: developing models (pillar 1 and pillar 2), conducting backtestings and simulation activities, producing regulatory stress testing exercises (EBA, ECB), supporting ICAAP and budget exercises, generating IFRS9 ECL reports, preparing regulatory reporting (including climate risk, NPL, benchmarking RWA/IFRS9), and performing local stress tests.
The STDA team consists of data engineers and project managers working within the scope of credit risk and securitization. STDA collects, analyzes, reconciles, and builds databases to ensure the success of these exercises.
The team works in a Big Data environment. Dataiku V14 streamlines collaborative development (in SQL, Pyspark) by allowing multiple team members to design, test, and deploy data workflows, while Power BI enables sharing actionable insights across departments.
The team works in partnership with the IT department on the platform. They support the team on a daily-basis and help with back-end big data engineering support and maintenance.
In this role, you will join the team dedicated to credit risk. Your primary responsibility will be to handle big data, perform data quality assessments, analyze risk parameters across multiple dimensions, report relevant insights based on data analysis and prepare the databases used for the projection of credit risk parameters.

- Perform data collection and build/maintain reliable data transformation pipelines

The Stress Testing Data Analytics (STDA) team belongs to the Produce Pillar of MS4U department. The MS4U department focuses on several key missions: developing models (pillar 1 and pillar 2), conducting backtestings and simulation activities, producing regulatory stress testing exercises (EBA, ECB), supporting ICAAP and budget exercises, generating IFRS9 ECL reports, preparing regulatory reporting (including climate risk, NPL, benchmarking RWA/IFRS9), and performing local stress tests.
The STDA team consists of data engineers and project managers working within the scope of credit risk and securitization. STDA collects, analyzes, reconciles, and builds databases to ensure the success of these exercises.
The team works in a Big Data environment. Dataiku V14 streamlines collaborative development (in SQL, Pyspark) by allowing multiple team members to design, test, and deploy data workflows, while Power BI enables sharing actionable insights across departments.
The team works in partnership with the IT department on the platform. They support the team on a daily-basis and help with back-end big data engineering support and maintenance.
