The BNP Paribas Group in Spain has been recognized, for the first time, as one of the best companies to work for in 2022. This was revealed by the Top Employers Institute, a global authority that awards companies that demonstrate excellence in the professional environment that organizations create for their employees. In this way, BNP Paribas takes on the challenge of passing the audit granted by the ‘Top Employers’ seal to certify that its value proposition is worthy of such recognition, not only at a European level but also at a local level in Spain.
In an increasingly competitive labor market in terms of attracting and retaining talent, companies that want to be leaders need to have a demanding value proposition and brand promise. These, in turn, must be aligned with social requirements and be endorsed by internal (employees and opinion leaders) and external (media, alliances and recognition) reputational guarantees. For this reason, Top Employers Insitute recognizes BNP Paribas Spain for its efforts in guaranteeing stable and quality work, in which people can develop professionally.
The certification process carried out by Top Employer evaluates different areas of the selected companies through the HR Best Practices Survey. Topics such as leadership, employee well-being, talent acquisition, learning, commitment, diversity and inclusion, among others, are analyzed. To reinforce the objectivity of the distinction, the process is audited by an independent body. The Group in Spain has excelled in the following areas:
- COMMITMENT: Employees at the center of our strategy.
- BUSINESS ORIENTATION: We accompany the business in its development.
- DIGITALIZATION: Development of tools to improve the employee’s digital experience.
- LEADERSHIP: We develop leaders of the future who have a customer-centric strategic vision and a clear commitment to their teams.
- VALUES: As a responsible company, ethics and integrity are at the core of our activity.
“BNP Paribas in Spain has been awarded as an employer of reference. Achieving this seal demonstrates our continued commitment to the personal and professional development of our employees, in addition to the initiatives we have put in place to foster talent and put people at the center of our strategy” Gonzalo de la Rosa – Human Resources Director of the BNP Paribas Group in Spain.
