Report to
The position is within ITTF Iberian Platform – Department Office in Madrid with functional link with ITTF Department Office team in Paris.
Main responsibilities
Animate the Project Portfolio Management process (PPM):
- Animate the project launch and validation process
- Prepare and animate Investment Committees
- Consolidate all information requested to the study and validation of projects’ files, guaranty its consistency with projects’ managers
- Support projects’ managers and managers during the project life cycle and promote best practices
- Analyse discrepancies cause, alert the management, propose solutions, and fix issues
- Maintain and produce reports on the project portfolio (projects review, monitoring of budget and duration excesses…)
- Guarantee projects data quality and coordinate appropriate actions with operational teams (PMO, project managers…)
- Ensure change management (trainings…) for project managers and newcomers
- Contribute to the portfolio review with Groups’ heads
- Produce Performance Indicators (PMS) for ITTF
Contribute to the transformation of PPM tools and processes:
- Analyse the current framework and suggest innovative improvements
- Define and build in house new tools and reports to support the PPM activity
- Contribute to the migration of existing PPM reports (xls/ppt) under TABLEAU and develop new ones
- Contribute to the shadow IT reduction (macros, robots, specific developments, …) by suggesting solutions allowing to move to the target standard tools (Clarity/Tableau Software, …).

REQUIREMENTS
Professional Experience
- 1-4 years

- Ability to work in both emergency and project mode.
- English and French are a must

- University Graduate or Engineering School Graduate
- Pack MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint)
- Project portfolio monitoring
- IT VBA language
- Data and performance indicators analysis
- Clarity Software (nice to have)
- Budget monitoring (nice to have)
- Dataiku (nice to have)
- Tableau software (nice to have)
- Knowledge of IT project management would be a plus
