In Spain, Nickel launched its activity in 2021 and is currently experiencing a phase of strong growth. We already have 1,600 Nickel points of sales spread throughout the territory.                     

MISSION:

The accountant specialist will be responsible of the daily management and execution of the accounting processes in the Finance Shared Service Center. The duties will include being in charge of accounting production tasks (Account Payables, Account Receivables, General Ledger, etc) and the production of KPIs. 

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of accounting procedures and systems. In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate will also have outstanding analytical and time management abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accounting management (processing)
• Processing invoices
• Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.
• Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
• Ensure financial records are kept up to date with the latest transactions and changes.
• Prepare balance sheets and issuing invoices.
• Contribute to financial audits.
• Monitor payments.
• Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems.

REQUIREMENTS:

Training:

University Degree in Business Administration or Economy

Experience:

 • Previous experience in accounting departments or in a similar role will be valuable.
 • Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.

Languages:

 •  Spanish:Fluent
 •  English:Fluent
 •  French:Optional

SKILLS:

Technical:

• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
