Direct dependence on Manager of Implementation & Partner Relationship into the ETO area.

Mission

  1. The mission of this area is to lead the implementation and relationship with partners, supporting commercial team to deliver the value proposal. As Implementation & Partner Relationship Senior Specialist for Cardif Iberia is responsible for organizing the company transversal task force to work in a more efficient mode, rigorously & to be able to boost time to market, ensuring alignment with the Target Operating Model.

  3. Responsibilities: 
  4. Partner Relationship support to commercial team:
  5. Coordinate with process owners, the maintenance tasks in relation to operating circuits when applicable, SLAs, operational incidents, run-off & changes outside the Launching process.
  6. Coordinate Operational Committees with the partners, including necessary areas & agenda.
  7. Tenders: Cooperate with commercial Team to meet the partners & deliver documentation when required (define scope vs OPS & COO).
  8. -Parameterization of systems (Policy & Claims Management Systems, Accounting Interfaces, Product definition application & files, Distribution & data cleaning applications.
  9. Knowledge of Target Operating Model Standards.
  10. Effective interaction with Partner, Stakeholder and region/HO
  11. Product Quoting & definition phase (GATE 1 )
  12. – Role implementation (for our info & future coordination)
  13. -Role Single Point of Contact of Operations teams
  14. -Implementation phase  (GATE 2)
  15. -Lead Gate in alignment with value proposal
  16. -Grant implementation of projects in line with TOM, ensure standardized processes and re-use solutions from the region
  17. -Ensure review of data required to partners, coordinating with D&A, Business process Automatization & commercial teams
  18. -Inform & grant visibility of all launch projects to all teams, accompany team members until the visualization tools are fully used & understood
  19. -Coordinate tasks with all teams involved in tasks to complete launch
  20. -Coordinate with squads in all tasks related to implementation of projects
  21. -Meet Partners & TPAs to facilitate implementation of a new product or new Partner (define role vs TPA team)
  22. -Cooperate with Data & Analytics and Commercial team to define dashboards for business results (Time to Market & LT by task) for follow up of business, Insure the implementation of standard production files with Partners
  23. -Coordinate with Process owners, the SLA formalisation document for partners
  24. -KPIs to monitor launching process
  25. -Coordinate definition of operational circuits with partner and TPAs.
  26. GATE 3:
  27. -Lead Gate & allign with Product Offer Governance & PRODUCT FOLLOW UP COMMITTEE
  28. -Review business & process results of each project, passed the reasonable time (6M-12M), establish action plan for improvements where needed

Position requirements

University studies related with Business Administration, Administration, or similar.

Master’s or Post Graduate in Operations or Business administration.

Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating transversal projects. High level of knowledge in Insurance Business and Operational models.

Fluent in English and Spanish.

Good analytical skills, Excellent formal and informal communication skills.
