MADRID IT Platform
The ITGPT Platform for EMEA is responsible to provide IT Services to our Clients ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality, Local Territory IT Development, the Core Infrastructure environment including Datacentres, Application Production, Security, Architecture as well as elements of the Global Services organisation.

The Madrid IT Platform for EMEA is responsible to provide IT Services to our Clients ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. This function includes Global Markets Application Production, Local Territory IT Development, the Core Infrastructure environment including Datacentres, Application Production, Security, Architecture as well as elements of the Global Services organisation.
Main Activities
- Technical maintenance of the log collection components
- Components installation on Linux new servers
- Daily monitoring of their status
- Version update
- Control & remediation follow-up
- Coverage controls (to check that all the expected assets in the scope sent their logs in a period of time with the right format for the SIEM)
- Monthly reporting of the performance indicators (KPI) in the Prodsec Steerco, with the gap analysis
- Communication of the gaps to the assets owners & follow-up of the remediations until their resolution
- Control & remediation follow-up
- Main contact between the asset owner and the ProdSec CIB SIEM team to send new logs (new field) or from new assets
- Training programs, career plans and internal mobility opportunities, national and international thanks to our presence in different countries.
