We are the Spain IT Production organization, responsible for providing IT Production services to our clients in EMEA. Our team of over 400 experts ensures a secure, stable, and efficient production environment across infrastructure, telecom, and application domains. MISSION

As a Workspace & Compliance Specialist, you will: guarantee that every asset in the UCCM is accurately configured and ensure the integrity of identity and communication tools. You will perform essential compliance controls, manage the lifecycle of collaborative services, and develop automated processes to maintain high availability and regulatory adherence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Execute the full set of User Configuration Compliance Matrix controls and drive corrective actions.
• Manage identity and access through account creations, MyIAM requests, and Azure AD/Entra ID checks.
• Support the collaborative ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and mobile telephony services.
• Validate critical configurations for Exchange, O365, and compliance archiving solutions like Verba or AxsOne.
• Develop and extend automation scripts using PowerShell and Graph API to improve processes.
• Analyze data exceptions and manage remediation through Service-Now.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Mandatory: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with collaborative platforms, identity management, and recording/archiving solutions.
• Mandatory: Proficiency in PowerShell, Graph API, and familiarity with ITIL practices and Service-Now.
• Mandatory: Fluent English.
• Mandatory: ITIL v3/v4 Foundation and Microsoft Azure Administrator or M365 Fundamentals certifications.
• Preferred: Operational French.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Python, PowerBI, and network/telephony flows.
• Preferred: Previous experience as an IT Production or Workspace Support Engineer.
