ITG Production Network Security provide securely some critical services and maintain them constantly in other to offer best possible user experience and accompany the business growth. 

The services concerned are Remote Access, Connectivity to Cloud Services (SAAS, IAAS, PAAS), Firewalls and IPS segmentation & filtering and Automation solutions. 

The Network Security teams are responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting these services for all IT Group users (~100 000). They are performing that according to the Group guidelines and standards (Security, compliance, features, infrastructures, …)

ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

The successful candidate will include Network and Security teams and will collaborate with them and other teams in IT Group by designing, building and providing level 3 support on security services and components such as firewalls/IPS and VPN concentrators while respecting processes and focusing on customer needs or issues. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Architecture and Infrastructure management 

  • Study projects need and propose security solution to answer business need 
  • Build new infrastructure which comply our standard 
  • Study product evolution and optimisation to improve our service quality 
  • Manage product roadmap to prevent any risk on the production 

Incident handling in Service support

  • Prioritize, schedule, troubleshoot and resolve incoming support requests 
  • Perform, when required, appropriate ticket escalation 
  • Follow and monitor the progress of incidents until they are resolved and closed 
  • Keep regular and clear communication about incident status 
  • Create, and maintain a knowledge base with appropriate solutions 
  • Implement documented instructions and recommendation  
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions to be more proactive 

Customer Request handling

  • Be sensitive to customer needs and provide him with advice 
  • Understand request processes, workflows, and service catalogues 
  • Qualify and handle customer requests according to the Service Level Agreements 
  • Provide technical support and improve the user experience 

Asset Management and monitoring

  • Participate to asset upgrade and migration campaigns 
  • Participate to asset security patching campaigns and compliance remediation actions plans 
  • Participate to business continuity exercises to ensure resilience of services and infrastructures 
  • Perform daily health checks of services and infrastructure based on performance indicators 
  • Perform monthly IT operational permanent control to ensure stability and enhance reliability 

REQUIREMENTS

Required:  

  • Study and Design security components to comply with security standard  
  • Understand service and component resiliency 
  • Firewalls vendor : Fortinet, Palo Alto Network and Check Point including the management console (FortiManager, Panorama, Multi-Domain Security Management) 
  • Remote access on VPN SSL concentrators: Cisco ASA (Adaptive Security Appliance) and Cisco Secure Client   
  • Intrusion Prevention/Detection System and Network Detection and Response  
  • Change, incident, problem management according to ITIL standards 
  • ServiceNow ticketing et request solution 
  • Ability to draw infrastructure scheme 
  • Write architecture and production documents (HLD, LLD) 
  • Tests equipment to validate new feature or product evolution.

MISSION

As Telecom graduate in the EMEA Telecom and Datacenter area, the applicant will be part of the EMEA Campus network group, which is responsible for the production, monitoring and the engineering of the BNP Paribas European campus network services.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a  Telecom graduate: 

  • Manage and maintain physical telecommunications infrastructure, including campus buildings datacentres POPs, technical rooms, communication lines, and network equipment.

FUNCIONES:

  • Calcular y analizar la cartera y su dinámica para explicar la evolución de las provisiones.
  • Desarrollar, evolucionar y mantener los modelos estadísticos necesarios para el cálculo del coste de riesgo, de resultados reales y de ejercicios de previsión. Con metodologías de cálculo de provisiones según normas IFRS9 y modelos para establecer una previsión del coste de riesgo dentro de la Dirección de Riesgo. 
  • Participar y coordinar actividades y proyectos transversales sobre el coste de riesgo:  su análisis y evolución, estimación dentro de los procesos presupuestarios junto con la Dirección de Planificación financiera y la Dirección de Impagados. 
  • Asegurar y explicar la realización del reporting demandado por Central.

  • Asegurar que el cálculo de provisiones se encuentra documentado tanto a nivel de cálculo como a nivel de arquitectura del proceso. Así como la revisión del proceso para su optimización y mejora.

Requisitos 

  • Graduado/a en Matemáticas, Informática, estadística, Ingeniería o similar.  
  • Experiencia de al menos 5 años en Modelización de Riesgos de Crédito en entidad financiera, bancaria o consultoría financiera

ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

As Manager of EMEA Telecom and DATACENTER area, reporting to the Head of the Domain, the applicant will be responsible for the production, monitoring and the engineering of the BNP Paribas European campus network services. The team is in constant communication with the central teams in Paris, for any Architecture, major projects and escalation. The team is also responsible for the implementation and enforcement of the standards to all sites. 

 

You will manage all the campus infrastructure over Europe and Middle East. Oversee the entire Telecommunications infrastructure for BNP Paribas across Europe and Middle East, supporting approximately 60000 users, leading 7 teams with 35 engineers. You will be responsible for delivery seamless, secure and scalable telecommunications for campus infrastructure and POP datacentre services. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Infrastructure management:

· Manage and maintain physical telecommunications infrastructure, including campus buildings datacentres POPs, technical rooms, communication lines, and network equipment. 

· Oversee wired, Wi-Fi, and datacentre network infrastructures, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and security protocols.

· Supervise network security infrastructure such as firewalls, proxies, DNS/DHCP, and remote access/teleworking solutions. 

· Supervise telephony services, including IP telephony, mobile telephony for regulated users with call recording, and inbuilding videoconferencing systems

· Collaborate with vendors to procure network equipment, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services and support

Strategic Leadership & Team Management:

· Set objectives and work plans for 4 department heads, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 

· Monitor projects progress and coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery. 

· Ensure infrastructure complies with security, capacity, and monitoring requirements

· Report service status to Madrid/ Paris Senior management and country managers

 Financial Oversight:

· Develop and manage the annual budget for telecommunications and datacentre operations. 

· Supervise procurement processes, including hardware purchases, service provider contracts, and maintenance renewals, in collaboration with regional purchasing teams.

REQUIREMENTS

· Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, including routing, switching, and wireless networks.

· Demonstrated deep working knowledge and project experience with advisor and design capabilities (HLD, LLD and NIP).

· Solid security and in LAN & WAN networking knowledge with, at least, +10 years of real technical working experience focused in these areas.

· Extensive knowledge & hands-on experience in LAN & WAN, 2-Tier & 3-Tier design

· Extensive knowledge & experience with all dynamic routing protocols, as well as MPLS, VPLS, VRF

· Knowledge & experience of wireless RF design, troubleshooting and security.

· Strong understanding of enterprise Voice technologies including Kurmi, Cisco/Teams/Unigy and VR, Session Border Controllers and Cisco Call manager

· Proficiency in network management tools and technologies, such as network monitoring systems, configuration management, and performance analysis tools.

· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of network professionals.

MISIÓN

Tu misión como Credit Risk será preservar la calidad crediticia de la cartera de clientes, identificando, midiendo y valorando los riesgos de acuerdo con el apetito de riesgo de la compañía. Controlar que se cumplan las políticas del Grupo, la valoración correcta de la cartera, morosidad y control de los análisis realizados por los analistas.

Las principales funciones serán:

  • Revisión de los análisis de los analistas y toma de decisiones. Cumplimiento de los plazos de respuesta de la compañía.
  • Control de la toma de decisiones de acuerdo con las delegaciones establecidas por el Grupo.
  • Revisar la calificación asociado a clientes para evaluar que se haya realizado siguiendo las indicaciones del Grupo.
  • Realización de propuestas para el Comité de Riesgos del Grupo.

The Due Diligence Officer directly reports to the KYC Manager of the Madrid KYC Hub and ultimately to the Head of KYC – Madrid Hub.

As a Due Diligence Officer in the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) division, you will play a critical role in evaluating and mitigating risks associated with business transactions. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough due diligence on potential and existing clients, counterparties, and transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies of BNP Paribas. 

The Due Diligence Officer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including relationship managers, legal teams, and compliance officers, to facilitate informed decision-making and maintain the integrity of the bank’s operations as well as, safeguard against potential risks. 

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of the discipline and key concepts of the function (KYC). 

RESPONSABILITIES

1.      Conduct Comprehensive Due Diligence:

  • Perform KYCs on new customers, recertification of existing customers and off-boarding,
  • Analyse financial statements, legal documents, and other relevant information to assess risk factors including the identification of the Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) and Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs),
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence on new and existing clients, counterparties, and transactions to assess potential risks, 
  • Monitor the follow-up elements, especially those related to documentation,
  • Comply with and follow up on (international) regulatory requirements, such as the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), AEOI (CRS) and Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID), 
  • Ensure entry of the name of the customers and of the beneficial owners/directors and other representatives on the various databases; perform the relevant Background checks in accordance with Policy,
  • Review embargoes, Vigilance to detect PEPs, and utilize other databases according to the local practice,
  • Is responsible for the execution of individual tasks 

2.      Risk Assessment:

  • Evaluate the findings of due diligence investigations to assess potential risks and provide actionable recommendations to management,
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that due diligence processes align with industry regulations and company policies,
  • Identify and assess risks associated with specific transactions and propose risk mitigation strategies 

3.      Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare detailed and accurate due diligence reports summarizing findings and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders,
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of due diligence activities, ensuring compliance with record-keeping policies,
  • Update and monitor the status of all files in the corresponding tools (SharePoint, JIRA, etc.) assuring that it is accurate daily,
  • Report KPIs, 
  • Prepare and record-keep minutes of the team meetings 

4.      Training:

  • Train newcomers with any policy or procedure updates; including performing gap-analysis, documentation collection, KYC assembly in FENERGO, Screening and Investigator,
  • Assures and provide training in the different tools and applications currently used by the Madrid KYC Hub when required

5.      Communication and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with relationship managers, legal teams, and other internal stakeholders to gather necessary valid information and ensure a coordinated understanding and approach to due diligence,
  • Communicate due diligence findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to cross-functional teams, including senior management, 
  • Assist the Head of KYC and the KYC Manager/s of the Hub with ad-hoc project

6.      Continuous Improvement:

  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement within the due diligence function and update due diligence processes to ensure they align with evolving regulatory requirements, based on technical expertise and precedents,
  • Escalate incidences found on a day-to-day to the corresponding teams and monitor till its resolvent

7.      Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations governing the financial industry to ensure due diligence processes align with legal requirements,
  • Make sure adequate due diligence and controls are performed to know the customers and how they use the Group’s products and services,
  • Be vigilant that customer transactions are not related to bribery or corruption. Report any suspicious operation to Senior Management or to local Compliance

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

ORIGINATION

Assist in the origination of LBOs, refinancing, recap and other event driven financing deals for Leveraged Finance clients (Sponsor and Corporate) across debt products (e.g. TLB, HYB, bank loan), preparing pitch books 

Track macroeconomic and debt market developments, specifically monitoring TLB and HYB activity

Actively contribute to the day-to-day execution of Leveraged Finance deals, including both TLB and HYB mandates, from inception to closing

The VP is a member of the Coverage Team and reports to the Head of Corporate Coverage Iberia.

He/she works closely with the Managing Directors to manage and develop the global relationships.

Key resposibilities

1.      Client Relationship

–      Maintain and develop client relationships.

–      Liaise with Managing Directors on client activity and potential issues impacting global relationship. 

–      Take full ownership and leadership on selected clients.

2.      Origination / Commercial Coordination

–      Secure the overall increase of revenues, monitor and improve profitability of his/her portfolio.

–      Manage and expand Bank’s footprint on flow banking business (Cash Management, Trade Services, Global Market, Security Services and other transaction banking business).

–      Generally, supervise and stimulate Domestic and International Network Relationship Managers’ commercial actions in relation to his/her portfolio. 

–      Generally, manage the origination and execution of transactions.

–      Manage in coordination with Managing Directors the origination efforts related to non-CIB products and services.

–      Support Managing Directors in the origination and execution event driven mandates (M&A, ECM…) when required.

–      Lead the Flow, Geography, Non-CIB Products Client Action Plans in coordination with the Managing Director, and in alignment with Product Partners. 

–      Support the Managing Directors for the IB Client Action Plans, in alignment with Product Partners and Industry Groups.

–      Ensure that the central data collection tool bases are appropriately updated (call reports, status of opportunities and deal pipeline management among others)

3.      Risk Management

3.1.           Credit risk: 

–      Provide necessary contribution to credit annual reviews / credit requests on his/her portfolio.

–      When relevant, validate credit annual reviews / credit requests and present the request to the Credit Committees

–      Actively monitors the credit risk on his/her portfolio (anticipation of risk deterioration, quality of analysis and accuracy of information). 

3.2.           Resource management: 

–      As per guidance from the Managing Director, ensure consistent allocation of financial resources (Capital and Liquidity) on a client basis, globally and between products, in view of the optimisation of Client RWA, RAROC, CEVA and any other relevant indicators. 

3.3.           Compliance & CSR: 

–      When required, provide his /her support to the Managing Director for clearing Compliance hits for clients in his/her portfolio.

–      Promptly react to any significant change in the situation of the customer.

–      Ensure consistent and comprehensive enforcement of BNP Paribas CSR & Compliance policies and procedures (especially KYC and AML/Sanctions) and regulatory requirements, in particular with regards to the KYC responsibilities and duties, as per relevant policies and procedures. 

3.4.           Conduct 

–      Ensure that the business carried out with his/her dedicated clients is appropriate, understandable and suitable.

–      Act in a product-neutral manner in the best interest of the clients and of the BNP Paribas Group globally.
