Main responsibilities

Animate theProject Portfolio Management process (PPM):

  • Animate the project launch and validation process
  • Prepare and animate Investment Committees
  • Consolidate all information requested to the study andvalidation of projects’ files, guaranty its consistency with projects’ managers
  • Support projects’ managers and managers during theproject life cycle and promote best practices
  • Analyse discrepancies cause, alert the management,propose solutions, and fix issues

About the Role

BNP Paribas is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the RISK Consulting & Transformation (RISK C&T) team in Iberia. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of risk management and strategic transformation, contributing to high-impact projects across the BNP Paribas Group.

As a senior member of the team, you will bring deep technical expertise in risk management (credit, market, counterparty, liquidity, operational, or regulatory risk) and strong consulting capabilities to drive transformation initiatives, support strategic decision-making, and enhance risk frameworks and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to strategic transformation projects for internal RISK customers and stakeholders, including project framing and deliverable planning.

  • Strong knowledge of one or more risk domains: credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, operational risk, or regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III/IV, CRR/CRD, EBA guidelines).

The role

The International Research department provides support to all BNP Paribas Real Estate business lines in all countries where the company has offices. It is at the heart of a network of research teams across Europe.  The International department has embedded economists within several of the national teams to provide technical support for the national teams and to act as liaison with other members of the International and national teams.

In Spain the Research department provides support to all Spanish business lines and works closely with the Marketing Department.  

The department supports the work of business lines through data analysis, report preparation, presentations to clients and technical advice.  It commissions research from third party consultants and has no fee target. It will re-charge to other departments where a fee is being received and will accept consultancy work where possible.

The European Economist will provide technical support to and be responsible for providing forecast for a number of Southern European countries (Spain, Portugal, and Italy) and Benelux countries (Belgium and Netherlands). She or he will also be a member of an international team co-ordinated by the Head of Real Estate Economics within the International Research department providing pan-European property market forecasts.

Tras un periodo de onboarding con el rol de Analista de Datos junto con el líder técnico y el resto del equipo, las principales responsabilidades del puesto serán:
* Identificar y proponer mejoras que mejoren el rendimiento y procesos de las soluciones de datos implementadas.
 * Recopilar y analizar los requerimientos que las diferentes áreas de negocio propongan. 
 * Capacidad para interpretar grandes volúmenes de datos y extraer conclusiones relevantes. 
 * Implementar soluciones para la extracción y transformación de los datos almacenados. 
 * Desarrollar habilidades para traducir datos complejos en informes compresibles para audiencias técnicas y no técnicas. Estos informes se deberán diseñar, automatizar y publicar utilizando para ello Power BI y/o Tableau.

Spain IT Production

Spain IT Production organization consists of CIB ITO & ITG IT Platforms and is responsible for providing IT Production services to our Clients in EMEA, ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. IT Production organisation includes Infrastructure services, Telecom & Workspace, Production Security and Application Production domains and associated transversal services (CTO Office, Control Tower, PMO and IT Continuity). In Spain, IT Production relies on a Platform with over 400 experts that provide full-stack support services ensuring a secure, stable, standardized, and efficient production.

The Production Security team operates operational security for the IT Production Hub BNP Paribas in Switzerland. The level of maturity and performance of its running services are constantly measured and aimed at continuous improvement. This performance relies on transversal coordination between production teams at a very sustained pace, based on highly reliable foundations (data quality, relevance of ProdSec interlocutors in security and understanding of the production context) and a keen sense of prioritization and scheduling.

Operating operational security for a bank like BNP Paribas in Switzerland, which is multi-business and a hub for other countries, including private banking, is a daily challenge! A challenge that ProdSec must animate with relevance, conviction, and excellence among all its contributors.

In this context, we are looking to strengthen our team for Cyber Hygiene monitoring (Vulnerability and Patch Management, Hardening, Anti Malware Protection).

ABOUT THE JOB

 

MISSION

·         To support an extremely sustained pace, required by both the Group and the regulations to which BNPPS is subjected, in our Cyber Hygiene areas, the scopes and objectives of which have significantly increased.

·         To provide management with the appropriate level of reporting for visibility and decision-making: by combining a step back, quality of data restitution (data manipulation/quantitative analysis restitution) and relevance in the details.

·         Ability to produce indicators via PowerBI.

·         You ensure deliverables meet our quality standards of the Production Security

·         Have good project management experience and the ability to communicate with both operational teams and steering committees.

·         You coordinate business as usual initiatives in alignment with the BNP Paribas Corporate Security policies and framework,

·         You track and report Cybersecurity metrics, risk and compliance status to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will join the Consumer, Retail y Healthcare (CRH) M&A team, part of the EMEA Advisory Group (EAG), the core team of BNP Paribas’ Investment Banking Advisory activities in Europe. You will join a team of +40 highly experienced professionals distributed across several European hubs (Paris, London, Madrid, Milan, Frankfurt and Lisbon) and specialising in the origination, structuring, execution and coordination of M&A transactions in the Consumer, Retail and Healthcare spaces. The team represents a relevant piece within the Group’s M&A practice, consistently ranking among the top industry teams over the past years and having advised on the most emblematic M&A and ECM transactions of the space in Europe.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Associate your role will be central and will revolve around guaranteeing the proper execution of mandates, contributing to the origination effort and training junior resources. Specific responsibilities include:

–    Contribute to the entire M&A process, from marketing through to execution;

–    Ensure quality and timely preparation of all materials required for deal preparation;

–    Ensure high quality standards and reliability of all materials;

–    Assist on valuation / modelling workstreams;

–    Assist on the marketing efforts carried out by the Consumer, Retail and Healthcare sector team;

–    Think commercially about a client’s business and identify new business opportunities;

–    Perform background industry and company research, synthesising information from diverse sources;

–    Interact directly with clients and with other advisors (lawyers, co-advisors, etc) at an appropriate level;

–    Build and maintain internal networks;

–    Ensure that all regulatory and commercial training is completed on time and refreshed as required;

–    Responsible for adherence to the Bank’s corporate policies, to its internal Compliance regulations as well as to appropriate external Regulators.

Significant execution experience and a multi-disciplinary approach (financial, legal, tax, accounting) will be essential to ensure top quality service to BNP Paribas clients.

 

STUDIES

A degree from a leading university with an excellent academic record is mandatory.

EXPERIENCE

At least 3 years of previous work experience in Mergers & Acquisitions in a top tier investment bank, boutique, or a Big Four;

Previous experience in Consumer or Healthcare M&A is no a prerequisite but will be positively considered;

Demonstrate an understanding of the M&A product including transaction structuring and analysis, valuation, fairness opinions, capital increases, IPOs, etc;

Modelling and valuation – knowledge of integrated financial statements models, comparable companies, comparable transactions, DCF, LBO models;

Assume responsibility towards client satisfaction and helps develop client relationships at his/her level;

Capacity to develop autonomously market awareness and general business culture;

Express his/her messages in an effective, organized way, appropriate to the audience being addressed;

IT literacy in Microsoft Office and experience in using investment banking databases (e.g. CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, MergerMarket, Factiva, etc);

ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

The successful candidate will include Network and Security teams and will collaborate with them and other teams in IT Group by designing, building and providing level 3 support on security services and components such as firewalls/IPS and VPN concentrators while respecting processes and focusing on customer needs or issues. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Architecture and Infrastructure management 

  • Study projects need and propose security solution to answer business need

Dentro de la Dirección de Riesgo, precisamos incorporar un/a Analista de Carga de Riesgo, provisiones y modelización que se integrará en el equipo de Gestión económica del Riesgo de Crédito. Con la misión de colaborar, calcular y asegurar el mantenimiento y evolución del coste financiero del riesgo de crédito, de acuerdo a la normativa y ámbito de BNP Paribas Personal Finance España y las directrices del responsable. 

FUNCIONES:

  • Calcular y analizar la cartera y su dinámica para explicar la evolución de las provisiones.
  • Desarrollar, evolucionar y mantener los modelos estadísticos necesarios para el cálculo del coste de riesgo, de resultados reales y de ejercicios de previsión. Con metodologías de cálculo de provisiones según normas IFRS9 y modelos para establecer una previsión del coste de riesgo dentro de la Dirección de Riesgo. 
  • Participar y coordinar actividades y proyectos transversales sobre el coste de riesgo:  su análisis y evolución, estimación dentro de los procesos presupuestarios junto con la Dirección de Planificación financiera y la Dirección de Impagados. 
  • Asegurar y explicar la realización del reporting demandado por Central. 
  • Realización de los estudios de riesgo necesarios para su buena gestión dentro de la entidad. 
  • Asegurar que el cálculo de provisiones se encuentra documentado tanto a nivel de cálculo como a nivel de arquitectura del proceso. Así como la revisión del proceso para su optimización y mejora. 
  • Realizar valoraciones de carteras, en procesos de adquisición y venta.  Así como acompañar en los procesos de Titulización de las carteras en las tareas analíticas necesarias y requeridas durante el proceso. 

Requisitos 

  • Graduado/a en Matemáticas, Informática, estadística, Ingeniería o similar.  
  • Experiencia de al menos 5 años en Modelización de Riesgos de Crédito en entidad financiera, bancaria o consultoría financiera 
  • Espíritu de trabajo en equipo, proactivo, innovador y que de forma permanente busque los máximos estándares de calidad. • Capacidad de análisis, síntesis y comunicación
