ABOUT THE JOB
 
MISSION
 

As the second line of defense, you will ensure the robustness of the Personal Data Protection and Operational Risk and Permanent Control (ROCP) framework and its alignment with the Group’s standards through the main following actions :

  • Contribute to role development by validating data protection requirements for new activities, new products, services or specific operations, and to carry a technical assistance;
  • Ensure data protection requirements are taken into account into projects (privacy by design)   
  • Receive, process and advise internal and external local solicitations about data protection
  • Contribute to perform risk assessment on personal data breaches  
  • Risk & Control Self-Assessment review and control plan challenge (regarding Privacy risks)
  • the definition and execution of 2nd level controls to ensure the relevance and proper execution of the controls by the 1st line of defense (1LOD), regarding Privacy controls
  • Review of Historical Incidents (HI) linked to Privacy risks
  • Verify the quality of 1LOD monitoring of recommendations and action plans put in place following internal (IG, control functions) or external (regulators) supervision missions.

You have more than 3 years professional experience combined with at least one successful experience in a position related to internal control like as Privacy leader, Operational Permanent Controller or a member of 2LOD or 3 LOD,

ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

As Manager of EMEA Telecom and DATACENTER area, reporting to the Head of the Domain, the applicant will be responsible for the production, monitoring and the engineering of the BNP Paribas European campus network services. The team is in constant communication with the central teams in Paris, for any Architecture, major projects and escalation. The team is also responsible for the implementation and enforcement of the standards to all sites. 

 

You will manage all the campus infrastructure over Europe and Middle East. Oversee the entire Telecommunications infrastructure for BNP Paribas across Europe and Middle East, supporting approximately 60000 users, leading 7 teams with 35 engineers. You will be responsible for delivery seamless, secure and scalable telecommunications for campus infrastructure and POP datacentre services. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Infrastructure management:

· Manage and maintain physical telecommunications infrastructure, including campus buildings datacentres POPs, technical rooms, communication lines, and network equipment. 

· Oversee wired, Wi-Fi, and datacentre network infrastructures, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and security protocols.

· Supervise network security infrastructure such as firewalls, proxies, DNS/DHCP, and remote access/teleworking solutions. 

· Supervise telephony services, including IP telephony, mobile telephony for regulated users with call recording, and inbuilding videoconferencing systems

· Collaborate with vendors to procure network equipment, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services and support

Strategic Leadership & Team Management:

· Set objectives and work plans for 4 department heads, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 

· Monitor projects progress and coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery. 

· Ensure infrastructure complies with security, capacity, and monitoring requirements

· Report service status to Madrid/ Paris Senior management and country managers

 Financial Oversight:

· Develop and manage the annual budget for telecommunications and datacentre operations. 

· Supervise procurement processes, including hardware purchases, service provider contracts, and maintenance renewals, in collaboration with regional purchasing teams.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience

· Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, including routing, switching, and wireless networks.

· Demonstrated deep working knowledge and project experience with advisor and design capabilities (HLD, LLD and NIP).

· Solid security and in LAN & WAN networking knowledge with, at least, +10 years of real technical working experience focused in these areas.

· Extensive knowledge & hands-on experience in LAN & WAN, 2-Tier & 3-Tier design

· Extensive knowledge & experience with all dynamic routing protocols, as well as MPLS, VPLS, VRF

· Knowledge & experience of wireless RF design, troubleshooting and security.

· Strong understanding of enterprise Voice technologies including Kurmi, Cisco/Teams/Unigy and VR, Session Border Controllers and Cisco Call manager

· Proficiency in network management tools and technologies, such as network monitoring systems, configuration management, and performance analysis tools.

· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of network professionals.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

 

· Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices, including firewalls, proxy, Infoblox.

BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking provides large companies, multinationals and financial institutions with various solutions in the areas of advisory, financing, transactional banking, capital markets, settlement, clearing and custody of securities, asset and fund management services and solutions for corporate issuers. It has 620 professionals in Spain with offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Coruña. The entity has a network present in 56 countries.

The VP is a member of the Coverage Team and reports to the Head of Corporate Coverage Iberia.

He/she works closely with the Managing Directors to manage and develop the global relationships.

Key resposibilities

1.      Client Relationship

–      Maintain and develop client relationships.

–      Liaise with Managing Directors on client activity and potential issues impacting global relationship. 

–      Take full ownership and leadership on selected clients.

2.      Origination / Commercial Coordination

–      Secure the overall increase of revenues, monitor and improve profitability of his/her portfolio.

–      Manage and expand Bank’s footprint on flow banking business (Cash Management, Trade Services, Global Market, Security Services and other transaction banking business).

–      Generally, supervise and stimulate Domestic and International Network Relationship Managers’ commercial actions in relation to his/her portfolio. 

–      Generally, manage the origination and execution of transactions.

–      Manage in coordination with Managing Directors the origination efforts related to non-CIB products and services.

–      Support Managing Directors in the origination and execution event driven mandates (M&A, ECM…) when required.

–      Lead the Flow, Geography, Non-CIB Products Client Action Plans in coordination with the Managing Director, and in alignment with Product Partners. 

–      Support the Managing Directors for the IB Client Action Plans, in alignment with Product Partners and Industry Groups.

–      Ensure that the central data collection tool bases are appropriately updated (call reports, status of opportunities and deal pipeline management among others)

3.      Risk Management

3.1.           Credit risk: 

–      Provide necessary contribution to credit annual reviews / credit requests on his/her portfolio.

–      When relevant, validate credit annual reviews / credit requests and present the request to the Credit Committees

–      Actively monitors the credit risk on his/her portfolio (anticipation of risk deterioration, quality of analysis and accuracy of information). 

3.2.           Resource management: 

–      As per guidance from the Managing Director, ensure consistent allocation of financial resources (Capital and Liquidity) on a client basis, globally and between products, in view of the optimisation of Client RWA, RAROC, CEVA and any other relevant indicators. 

3.3.           Compliance & CSR: 

–      When required, provide his /her support to the Managing Director for clearing Compliance hits for clients in his/her portfolio.

–      Promptly react to any significant change in the situation of the customer.

–      Ensure consistent and comprehensive enforcement of BNP Paribas CSR & Compliance policies and procedures (especially KYC and AML/Sanctions) and regulatory requirements, in particular with regards to the KYC responsibilities and duties, as per relevant policies and procedures. 

3.4.           Conduct 

–      Ensure that the business carried out with his/her dedicated clients is appropriate, understandable and suitable.

–      Act in a product-neutral manner in the best interest of the clients and of the BNP Paribas Group globally.

BNP Paribas Real Estate presta servicios a lo largo de todo el ciclo de vida del inmueble: transacción, consultoría, valoración, Property Management e Investment Management. SOBRE EL PUESTO

MISIÓN

Proporcionar asesoramiento experto y gestión integral de proyectos para asegurar el éxito de los desarrollos inmobiliarios.

 RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Realizar estudios de viabilidad y análisis de mercado para evaluar el potencial de nuevos proyectos de desarrollo. Analizar datos económicos, demográficos y de mercado para identificar oportunidades y riesgos.
  • Colaborar con las distintas espacialidades del equipo y de la empresa que interviene en la estrategia para maximizar el valor y la funcionalidad de los proyectos.  
  • Asesoramiento estratégico: proporcionar asesoramiento estratégico a clientes sobre el mejor uso del suelo, tendencias del mercado y estrategias de desarrollo. Ayudar a los clientes a definir objetivos claros y alcanzables para sus proyectos. 
  • Gestión de proyectos: coordinar y gestionar el progreso de los proyectos de desarrollo, asegurando que se cumplan los plazos y presupuestos establecidos. Supervisar todas las etapas del desarrollo, desde la conceptualización hasta la finalización. Liderar la viabilidad financiera del proyecto coordinados todas las especialidades intervinientes en el proyecto.
  • Facilitar la comunicación y coordinación entre todas las partes involucradas en el proyecto. 
  • Proporcionar asesoramiento estratégico sobre iniciativas clave, inversiones y desarrollo de negocio.
  • Financiación y presupuestos: asistir en la obtención de financiación para proyectos de desarrollo, preparando propuestas y modelos financieros. Gestionar y controlar los presupuestos de los proyectos para asegurar su viabilidad económica. 
  • Preparación de la documentación necesaria para la presentación de resultados al Cliente.
  • Desarrollo de clientes y relaciones: construir y mantener relaciones estratégicas con clientes clave y socios externos para impulsar oportunidades de negocio y colaboraciones estratégicas.
  • Supervisión y Reporting: supervisar el rendimiento de las estrategias implementadas y preparar informes periódicos para evaluar el progreso hacia los objetivos estratégicos.

REQUISITOS

  • Formación en Arquitectura, Ingeniería Civil, ADE, Económicas.
  • Experiencia previa en consultoría técnica, financiera o inmobiliaria, gestión de proyectos o roles relacionados. Mínim 4 años de esperiencia en puestos similares.
  • Inglés y Francés Valorable
  • Conocimientos avanzados en Paquete Office
  • Conocimientos de análisis y modelización financiera, pudiendo llevara a cabo viabilidad financiera de los proyectos
  • Valorable Valoración inmobiliaria o de empresas
  • Valorable conocimiento en herramientas informáticas relacionadas con el sector inmobiliario.

ABOUT THE JOB
 
MISSION
  • Manage the sales effort for prospective clients, achieving individual sales targets. Achieve news sales targets for Iberia with focus into pure “new” relationships and building new opportunities
  • Increase commercial intensity in Iberia region making sure strategic alignment with 2S global objectives and increase ASC generation. Define new sales targets and steer progress vs those targets
  • Drive client engagement with a view at generating sustainable business growth, in line with business strategy and fully taking risks into account
  • Raise the strategic dialogue with key common clients/prospects aiming to increase cross selling    
  • Ensure (make evolve) an efficient and effective Sales organization and governance for Iberia aligned with business strategy and priorities  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Key responsibilities and related actions:

  • Contribute to the definition of the local 2S strategy by providing superior insight on industry trends & client dynamics
  • Articulate and maintain portfolio of targeted opportunities, in line with business strategy. Create a sustainable pipeline to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure an effective and consistent sales activity in Spain and Portugal
  • Creating and keeping up-to-date sales reporting
  • Works with client lines and product teams to define and drive execution of innovative solutions and messaging for the segment
  • Positioning BNP Paribas Securities Services ahead of RFPs and creating value propositions designed to differentiate BNP Paribas
  • Drive selective sales efforts with a view to maximize 2S profitability and fully taking risks into account
  • Ensure client strategies are properly documented and aligned with business strategy (relevant product mix to maximize client profitability) and client selectivity guidelines
  • Identify the need for sales campaigns and drive their execution

SOBRE EL PUESTO

MISIÓN:

Asegurar la integridad y precisión de los registros contables y la elaboración de informes financieros. Este rol garantiza que todas las transacciones sean registradas de manera exacta y conforme a las normativas contables y del Grupo aplicables. 

Además, proporciona un análisis financiero detallado y soporte en la interpretación de datos para facilitar la toma de decisiones estratégicas por parte de la dirección.                                                                                                                  

RESPONSABILIDADES

Responsable de Cuentas a cobrar:

  • Generación de las facturas.  Facturación electrónica.
  • Revisión del cumplimiento de las condiciones para emitir una factura.  Análisis de la documentación disponible (contratos, KYC, cálculos honorarios, etc…) y petición de evidencias.
  • Mantenimiento de un registro documental completo de todas las transacciones facturadas y su justificación (para consulta y a disposición de auditorías y controles).
  • Asegurarse de la correcta aplicación del IVA
  • Preparación y convocatoria de las reuniones periódicas con los responsables de la gestión de deuda (Línea de negocio y/o Pool de assistants). Ayuda a Reclamación de deuda s/ procedimiento. Establecer Planes de acción para los clientes morosos en coordinación con su jefe inmediato y la Línea de Negocio implicada; y si procede con el Dpto. Legal. 
  • Preparar informes periódicos de facturación, evolución de la deuda y reporting de incidencias.
  • Contabilizar los cobros y llevar al día la cartera de cuentas a cobrar
  • Participación en proyectos del área.
  • Identificación de puntos de mejora en los procesos financieros.

PERFIL DEL CANDIDATO

  • Formación en Contabilidad y Finanzas, ADE, Economía o similares.
  • Familiarizado con IFRs.
  • Valorable Máster
  • Experiencia de 2-3 años en puesto similar.                            
  • Inglés y/o Francés Valorable   
  • Dominio de las herramientas del Paquete Office (sobre todo Excel)
  • Se valorará el conocimiento de NAVISION y herramientas de reporting

RISK is an integrated and independent control function of the BNP Paribas Group. MISSION

Want to help shape the bank of tomorrow today?

How can the Bank leverage data to assess credit risk on its portfolio of existing and new clients ? Risk assessment encompasses various elements: how likely is it that a client will not be able to comply with the contractual requirements of his loan ? What will be the client’s outstanding balance in this situation ? What loss is the bank expected to suffer if a client is no longer able to repay a loan ? As a member of the RISK ERA Models team, you will join a team of experts whose goal is to answer these questions through the development of statistical or expert models.

By analyzing historical data, working together with the business lines, IT department, the modelling experts at BNP Paribas group and taking into account the remarks of supervisor representatives, the team creates tools that help the bank calculate the capital requirements for its credit exposure, the risk component of the credit price or that contribute to the approval process of a new credit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your personal tasks will be:

  • Designing and developing models for credit risk on the scope mainly of companies
  • Finding, managing and using the most appropriate data sources for modelling purposes
  • Working with expert colleagues and business representatives to examine the results and keep models grounded in reality
  • Documenting each step of the development and informing decision makers by presenting them options and results
  • Ensuring correct implementation of the tools (together with the IT department)
  • Continuously assessing models by means of back-testing
  • Answering specific, external requests regarding statistics related to credit risk assessment
  • Following-up evolutions in the regulation and in credit risk modelling best-practices
 
 
REQUIREMENTS

Master degree or higher in Mathematics, Physics, Economy or Econometrics, Trade or Civil Engineering, Statistics, Computer science or a similar background where analytics and figures prevail
