Within RISK FINANCE Data Office created end of 2019, you will belong to Data Quality Watch Tower team with a Group mandate, particularly in charge of:

  • Data Quality monitoring on RISK & Finance scope data
  • Data Management Framework oversight
  • Remediation actions’ plan follow-up

Thanks to your concrete actions / reports, you will contribute to the Group Data Quality monitoring capabilities’ enhancement and will provide key inputs to the RISK Finance QARC (Quality 

Assessment & Remediation Committee), the strategic Committee recently created to assess Data Quality transversal issues and define remediation priorities: 

  • Assess based on Data Quality KPI’s and Dashboard, data quality level / standards for RISK 
  • Finance key data
  • Escalate main transversal issues identified through data quality indicators ‘dashboards or Business Lines, functions’ final users and define priorities

Within Data Quality Watch Tower – Monitoring & Remediation team, your main responsibilities will be:

  • To reinforce Data Quality indicators consolidation process, reliability and analysis including historical monitored indicators (local DQIs, IMR and RMPM EFRRIT) but also new “Comet-Cobalt” ones, in close coordination with SMS LoD1 Finance team located in Madrid 
  • To proactively develop and industrialize as much as possible data quality activities monitoring to that end, you will leverage (i) on day-to-day interactions with RISK Finance Data Office team in Paris and also with (ii) a network of key KPIs’ providers within the Group divisions both at central and local level and potentially IT/project teams
  • To improve interactions with Finance LOD2 control team located in Madrid and having a Group coverage mandate, in order to optimize data quality remediation process

Main responsibility:

 Governance and management of IT Risk and Cybersecurity controls, your tasks would be to support cybersecurity assessments based on ISO 27001 Norm.

 In this context, your functions will be:

 ·      Perform and coordinate meetings with stakeholders of different entities (customers).

 ·       Perform and coordinate meetings with stakeholders of third parties (auditees).

 ·       Evaluate the cybersecurity and risk management maturity level of third parties (auditees) which provides services to BNPP entities.

· Review provided evidence supporting third party answers to a control questionnaire.

 ·       Prepare reports and consolidate the main risks identified.

 ·       Knowledge of standards like ISO27005 or ISO27001.

 ·       Understanding of information security and cyber risks related to the banking sector is a plus.

 ·       Certifications such as CISM, CRISK, CISA, ISO27001LA are a nice to have.

MISSION

The European Trade Finance Service Center has 115 employees across 16 nationalities in Spain and provides solutions for Domestic and international Guarantees, Syndicated guarantees, Fronting, Green and sustainable linked guarantees and Documentary products (Import and Export) for both, corporations or institutions, in close collaboration with the Global Trade Solutions teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deal directly with CIB clients ensuring their needs are met and/or exceeded within established agreements.
  • Provide assistance/support to clients and corporate groups on technical aspects of International and Domestic Guarantees.
  • Process Guarantees issued on behalf of the Bank’s clients or other branches/subsidiaries/correspondents, including the review and validation of wordings in non-standard or pre-validated formats.
  • The day to day processing of guarantee expiries and follow up with branches, correspondents and clients to ensure a smooth release of guarantee instruments as they meet their expiry dates. 
  • The role will also be responsible for assisting the Invoicing and Fees officer when necessary.

Detailed responsibilities:

  • Ensuring client needs are met and/or exceeded, processing client requests on a timely and proactive manner. 
  • Providing assistance/support to clients and corporate groups on technical aspects of International and Domestic Guarantees.
  • Providing support and assistance to Front Office (FO) on technical aspects and practices and in getting deals booked and properly processed.
  • Verifying that all approvals are in place (from Credit Risk, Compliance and Legal) in order to proceed with client requests
  • Processing of Guarantees issued on behalf of the Bank’s clients or other branches/subsidiaries/correspondents, direct/indirect with due regard to legal, compliance and risk aspects.
  • Checking that wordings in non-standard or pre-validated formats are acceptable for the Bank.
