Missions:
- Acting as the main point of contact for new and current IT Customers (BNPP Personal Finance entities).
- Planning, organizing and taking action plan related to IT Customers satisfaction.

Main responsibilities:
Onboarding of new clients:
o Designs and reviews the services catalogue and application portfolio.
o Reviews current services and provide the best commercial definition.
o Participate and support the delivery team in the identification of up-sale or evolution of services connected to current services provided.
o Facilitates identification of new services together with internal actors and clients.
o Actively presents current services catalogue to existing or potential clients.
o Facilitates sales workshops with the purpose of identifying client needs.
o Defines new services business case, together with actors involved.
o Supports preparation of articles for the newsletters, together with communication specialist.
Contracting
o Supports the preparation of the new contracted services with Legal team.
After Sales
o Collects customer reviews and surveys via the quarterly and annual survey. Prepares analysis of results. Elaborates initial solutions identified.
o Works together with Delivery Managers and other actors in order to build and launch the action plan.
o Facilitates problem identification sessions & manages the action plans to solve issues raised by clients.
o Has an overview and makes sure transparency is provided for client processes, like: Service request management process, Incident solving process, Contract management support, SLA monitoring.
o Defines and maintains client dashboards with all information above.
o Prepares and facilitates the Client Committees.
o Organizes client visits.
o Acts as a single point of contact for SET in front of the client.
o Facilitates a good relationship between client and all actors of SET.
What we are looking for:
· You have experience in IT international companies.
· You have minimum 3 years of proven success in position such as IT Business Relationship Management, Business Analyst or Project Management, in complex and international environments.

Concretely, your daily routine?
As parted of the BNPP Personal Finance Central extended team based in Madrid (Spain), you will join the IT Continuity team dedicated to the IT continuity risk management activities of the various IT systems with an international perspective.
In this framework, you will be required to:
– Provide support to the Global Information Continuity & Resilience Officer (ICRO) of Personal Finance (PF) to lead and organize the decision-making governance body in terms of IT continuity management.
– Ensure coordination with the IT continuity manager(s) and collect the IT continuity needs expressed by PF entities worldwide.
– Raise awareness and train the players in its scope.
– Ensure that BNPP IT continuity requirements are met.
– Monitor the implementation of the selected solutions, and organize and track regular exercise plans.

MISSION
The main objective of the Performance Management Projects team is to drive the transformation within Management Accounting world by providingfull-integrated solutions: supporting OFS Roll-Out program, implementing digitalization solutions within CIB Actuals program and redesigning reporting processes supported by new agile solutions as well as providing functional and systems expertise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a leader coordinating multiple priorities, deliveries and stakeholders:
- Identify Actuals stream priorities, defining its proper strategy and on boarding in alignment with the stakeholders
- Manage interdependencies, identify risks and develop mitigation plans while ensuring project quality
- Be able to communicate key messages on the project and escalate risk to the management in order to facilitate the decision-making process

RESPONSABILITIES

Somos el equipo de Control Contable dentro de Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) en España, respaldando a grandes empresas e instituciones con procesos contables y fiscales rigurosos. MISIÓN
Como técnico de contabilidad, serás responsable de revisar certificaciones contables, validar asientos manuales y elaborar reporting trimestral para la casa matriz. Garantizarás la precisión de las cuentas sensibles y apoyarás la auditoría externa, contribuyendo a la solidez financiera del banco.
QUÉ HARÁS
- Revisar certificaciones contables de fondos y factor, asegurando cumplimiento normativo.
- Validar asientos manuales y controlar cuentas sensibles de las entidades bajo alcance.
- Elaborar y enviar reporting trimestral de controles a la casa matriz.
- Preparar información y coordinar auditorías externas, garantizando la documentación requerida.
- Gestionar procesos contables y fiscales, incluido el control de cartera de valores y participaciones en AIEs.
QUÉ APORTARÁS
- Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Economía o disciplina afín.
- Experiencia de 3‑5 años en control contable, fiscal y auditoría externa.
- Dominio profesional de español e inglés; se valora francés u otro idioma europeo.
- Perfil analítico, atención al detalle, proactividad y excelente capacidad de trabajo en equipo.

We are the Real Estate Capital Markets (RECM) EMEA team of BNP Paribas CIB, covering top European REITs, private‑equity funds and asset managers. Together with our Credit & Portfolio Management (CPM) specialists, we structure and manage sophisticated real‑estate financings across seven hubs, delivering bespoke solutions to private‑equity sponsors and asset managers.
MISSION
As a Credit & Portfolio Management Analyst, you will ensure seamless post‑closing deal execution, maintain high‑quality portfolio data, and support risk‑adjusted performance monitoring. You will collaborate closely with senior colleagues to drive timely client follow‑up, regulatory reporting, and strategic refinancings. Your analytical insights will help safeguard the group’s results and RWA targets.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Conduct annual reviews, handle waivers/amendments and verify covenant compliance.
- Gather and analyse portfolio data, delivering concise findings to internal stakeholders.
- Perform KYC renewals and uphold data‑quality standards for regulatory reporting.
- Coordinate with relationship managers, middle office and risk teams to manage credit files and watch‑list updates.
- Support seniors in complex refinancings, restructurings and ad‑hoc projects.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Proven experience in structured finance or a similar credit‑portfolio role.
- Strong grasp of the bank’s credit‑approval process and risk‑monitoring tools.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to build market‑based viewpoints.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and BNP Paribas risk‑monitoring systems.
- Fluency in English (mandatory); Italian preferred; Spanish a plus.
