Head of Change and Continues Improvement at Global Trade Operations and functionally to Head of Change, Watchtower and Support EMEA Trade Operations.

Mission and Objectives

Within Group BNP Paribas ITO Function, Global Trade Operations, a community of 700* people in the 3 CIB regions & 50 countries, leverage on their integrated and global model to accompany the business strategy being the Global Trade operations Platforms a key enablers of the transformation.

The European Trade Finance Service Center has over 140 employees across over 20 nationalities in Spain and provides solutions for Domestic and international Guarantees, Syndicated guarantees, Fronting, Green and sustainable linked guarantees and Documentary products (Import and Export) for both, corporations or institutions, in close collaboration with the Global Trade Solutions teams.

Main responsibilities

 

The Performance Monitoring and Reporting team is responsible for production of KPIs, reports and dashboards to be sent and shared with main stakeholders and internal clients.

 

Detailed responsibilities:

·         Production and analysis of recurrent Report and Dashboards 

·         Chairing of SLA meetings with internal stakeholders (Business, IT and Operations).

·         Explore and develop new reports or indicators (identify requirements, sourcing and manage the implementation).

·         Contribute or drive the Continuous Improvement (automation, efficiency, use of new technologies (Python, AI …) on existing indicators. Capacity to act autonomously and proactively.

·         Chairing of SLA meetings with internal clients (MO) and enforce SLA commitments and report

About The Job

MISSION

ITGP Telecom & Workspace is responsible for providing IT services to our clients by ensuring the evolution of the digital market in a secure and efficient environment, with reliable quality. This function encompasses infrastructure and collaborative tools, as well as an interactive voice response solution: Genesys deployed for remote support team.  

Responsibilities


Study and follow new customer’s onboarding and respect delivery timeline 

  • Design and implement specific flow in Architect 
  • Implement Genesys Cloud Agent Scripts 
  • Study and create Genesys third party integration (External Chatbot, API, AI service…) 
  • Maintain the Genesys architecture in operational condition, as well as its adhesions (API interconnections). 
  • Understand the development carried out in the Architect module, to better support our clients. 
  • You will manage and resolve incidents and problems that affect the Genesys service, applying root cause analysis and preventive actions. 
  • You will communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates, escalations, and feedback on the delivery status and issues. 
  • Assist users of the solution with end-to-end call analysis and metrics search.  
  • Assistance with the implementation of Genesys Dashboard and report (statistical indicators, banners).

En BNP Paribas Personal Finance, precisamos incorporar un(a) estudiante o recién licienciado/a en beca que pueda dar soporte a un equipo de desarrollo internacional, que forma parte de South Europe Technologies (SET) – Centro Internacional de Servicios Compartidos de IT, Data, Operaciones y Ciberseguridad.

Después de una formación interna con el líder del departamento, las principales responsabilidades del puesto serán (de forma gradual):

1. Planificación y Preparación Técnica

•Apoyar en la documentación y definición de los requisitos técnicos para nuevas implementaciones en la plataforma AB Initio. 

•Apoyar en la coordinación de la implementación de proyectos de gestión de datos junto con diferentes países y líneas de negocio.

•Evaluar y destacar oportunidades para mejorar nuestra aplicación de gestión de datos.

2. Gestión del entorno y la Implementación

•Crear documentación de instalación y operación. 

•Ayudar en el diseño y desarrollo de nuevas funcionalidades de Data Governance (diccionarios aplicativos, flujos, etc). 

•Diseñar nuevos procesos de ingesta para implementar la trazabilidad técnica y comercial de los datos. 

•Coordinar las instalaciones en los diferentes entornos con el IT OPS.

3. Infraestructura y Soporte Técnico

•Gestionar la creación de solicitudes de infraestructura (como aperturas de firewall, solicitudes de VIP, configuración de CFT, etc. ), que deberá implementar el IT OPS. 

•Proporcionar soporte técnico a las diferentes entidades PF sobre controles de calidad. 

•Coordinar para realizar actualizaciones de versión de la plataforma AB Initio. 

•Supervisar los recursos del sistema para garantizar el rendimiento y la disponibilidad.

4. Desarrollo y Mantenimiento

•Diseñar e implementar vistas de datos para apoyar la implementación de controles de calidad y perfilación. •Mantener los desarrollos y mejoras específicas realizadas en la plataforma AB Initio.

•Asegurar la calidad del código y aplicar prácticas de integración continua.

•Conectar con soluciones de almacenamiento de datos masivos para alojar datos en la plataforma de Governance (HDFS, IBM Cloud Storage, Parquet, bases de datos SQL/NOSQL).

•Desarrollar y desplegar actualizaciones de aplicaciones sobre controles de calidad u otras funcionalidades.

•Escribir, implementar y probar controles de calidad de datos basados en solicitudes comerciales.

•Mejorar y desarrollar la interfaz de usuario dentro de la aplicación.

•Mantener la programación de intercambios de archivos y pipelines de datos.

5. Control de Calidad y Documentación

•Realizar pruebas exhaustivas de nuestros diferentes entornos y datos de producción.

•Mantener la documentación funcional actualizada. 

•Participar en la fase de Aceptación de Pruebas de los diferentes proyectos. 

•Realizar controles para asegurarse de que se cumplan los estándares de calidad de los datos.

6. Comunicación y Asesoramiento

•Realizar presentaciones a países/líneas de negocio y asesorarles sobre la mejor implementación de enfoques de control de datos.

 Los requisitos que necesitarás para cubrir esta posición son: 

 – Actualmente estás cursando o has completado recientemente una Licenciatura o Maestría en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería, Matemáticas o un campo técnico relacionado.

– Comprensión de bases de datos relacionales y SQL.

– Experiencia con programación PL/SQL (se prefiere Oracle).

– Conocimientos básicos de modelado de datos y procesos ETL son un plus. 

– Conocimientos prácticos de comandos de shell de Unix para operaciones de rutina son un plus. 

– Conocimiento de C o lenguajes similares a C es un plus.

 – Dominio de paquete Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel, Power Point y Word. 

 – Inglés (mínimo B2, tanto hablado como escrito) / francés (opcional).

We are looking for a Level 1 CSIRT Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for alerts analysis, triage, prioritization and dispatch (using our internal Security Orchestration, Automation and Response tool), answers to “Ad hoc” CSIRT needs, and perform reporting using Excel and Power BI.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Atender y gestionar los contactos con los clientes para actualizar los datos en línea con las políticas de KYC y realizar el tratamiento de las alertas de Seguridad financiera en su perímetro (Sentinel, Textual Content, Norma 43, Rastreos,….):
 
 
RESPONSABILIDADES
Contactación con los clientes que es necesaria la actualización de los datos personales o de la documentación y que son requeridos por el equipo KYC Centralizado, Compliance o derivado del tratamiento de las Operativas Inhabituales.
o  Tratamiento de las alertas de Seguridad financiera a través de las herramientas destinadas al efecto (Consultas SENTINEL, Vigilance, Factiva) 
o  Trasladar las alertas a la mayor celeridad al equipo Operacional KYC o Compliance según corresponda que se puedan derivar de su contactación o verificación de las alertas 
o  Cumplimiento del Delai de tratamiento de las alertas de Seguridad Financiera.

SOBRE EL PUESTO

Dentro del área de Riesgos, precisamos incorporar un/a Becario que apoyará en el área Analista para reforzar el área de Prevención de Fraude, que se encargará del seguimiento, análisis y estudio de comportamientos que puedan resultar sospechosos en la operativa de Adquisición y MMPP

 
MISIÓN
 
Prevenir, detectar y minimizar la actividad fraudulenta mediante la gestión de alertas, de acuerdo con las Políticas de Prevención de Fraude y directrices del responsable, con el fin de reducir al máximo el coste de fraude, así como la localización temprana de cualquier tipo de tentativa de fraude.
 
 
RESPONSABILIDADES

-Análisis y clasificación de casos de fraude, tanto en Adquisición como en MMPP.

-Colaboración en la detección e identificación de patrones y tendencias de fraude.

-Tareas administrativas relacionadas con los ámbitos anteriores.

-Asistencia en la definición de nuevas reglas, así como en implantación de nuevos protocolos de prevención de fraude.

ABOUT THE JOB
 
MISSION

• The calculation, invoicing, claim, monitoring and follow up of fees related to guarantees and counter-guarantees issued.

• The issuing of payments to Correspondent Banks. 

• The reconciliation of Nostro breaks related with payments issued or received within the scope of guarantees issued.

• The justification of accounts under his/her scope.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Managing the invoicing to clients and correspondent Banks, ensuring a high level of accuracy in terms of calculations of Guarantee fees and production of invoices.

• Ensuring invoices and accounting entries are aligned, performing accounting adjustments when necessary.

• Monitoring and follow up of fees due, ensuring that any long overdue items are referred to line Managers and/or Business contacts as necessary.

• Managing the payment of fees to Correspondent Banks.

• Responding quickly and effectively to MO /  banks / correspondents enquiries and requests for information

• Assisting with the resolution of any disputes or concerns in respect of overdue items.

• In coordination with the Drafter and/or Vetter, performing the monitoring of Guarantees as they reach their expiry dates: updating expiry dates for open-ended guarantees, closing expired transactions in the Bank mainframes and records, ensuring any outstanding fees are collected up to date and notifying clients of their release (if release before expiry date).

• Providing clear details of open items in the accounts under his/her scope. Such details will be used by the managers assigned as owners of the accounts for the periodic certification of accounts.

• Ensuring that all complaints are passed immediately to line management

REQUISITOS

  • Basic understanding of Guarantees products

Experiencia

  • Experience in Finance Teams managing payments, reporting, invoices, controls, etc would be a plus.

The Due Diligence Officer directly reports to the KYC Manager of the Madrid KYC Hub and ultimately to the Head of KYC – Madrid Hub.

As a Due Diligence Officer in the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) division, you will play a critical role in evaluating and mitigating risks associated with business transactions. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough due diligence on potential and existing clients, counterparties, and transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies of BNP Paribas.

The Due Diligence Officer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including relationship managers, legal teams, and compliance officers, to facilitate informed decision-making and maintain the integrity of the bank’s operations as well as, safeguard against potential risks.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of the discipline and key concepts of the function (KYC).

RESPONSABILITIES

1.      Conduct Comprehensive Due Diligence:
* Perform KYCs on new customers, recertification of existing customers and off-boarding,
* Analyse financial statements, legal documents, and other relevant information to assess risk factors including the identification of the Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) and Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs),
* Conduct comprehensive due diligence on new and existing clients, counterparties, and transactions to assess potential risks, 
* Monitor the follow-up elements, especially those related to documentation,
* Comply with and follow up on (international) regulatory requirements, such as the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), AEOI (CRS) and Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID), 
* Ensure entry of the name of the customers and of the beneficial owners/directors and other representatives on the various databases; perform the relevant Background checks in accordance with Policy,
* Review embargoes, Vigilance to detect PEPs, and utilize other databases according to the local practice,
* Is responsible for the execution of individual tasks

2.      Risk Assessment:
* Evaluate the findings of due diligence investigations to assess potential risks and provide actionable recommendations to management,
* Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that due diligence processes align with industry regulations and company policies,
* Identify and assess risks associated with specific transactions and propose risk mitigation strategies

3.      Documentation and Reporting:
* Prepare detailed and accurate due diligence reports summarizing findings and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders,
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of due diligence activities, ensuring compliance with record-keeping policies,
* Update and monitor the status of all files in the corresponding tools (SharePoint, JIRA, etc.) assuring that it is accurate daily,
* Report KPIs, 
* Prepare and record-keep minutes of the team meetings

4.      Training:
* Train newcomers with any policy or procedure updates; including performing gap-analysis, documentation collection, KYC assembly in FENERGO, Screening and Investigator,
* Assures and provide training in the different tools and applications currently used by the Madrid KYC Hub when required

5.      Communication and Collaboration:
* Work closely with relationship managers, legal teams, and other internal stakeholders to gather necessary valid information and ensure a coordinated understanding and approach to due diligence,
* Communicate due diligence findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to cross-functional teams, including senior management, 
* Assist the Head of KYC and the KYC Manager/s of the Hub with ad-hoc project

6.      Continuous Improvement:
* Proactively identify areas for process improvement within the due diligence function and update due diligence processes to ensure they align with evolving regulatory requirements, based on technical expertise and precedents,
* Escalate incidences found on a day-to-day to the corresponding teams and monitor till its resolvent

7.      Regulatory Compliance:
* Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations governing the financial industry to ensure due diligence processes align with legal requirements,
* Make sure adequate due diligence and controls are performed to know the customers and how they use the Group’s products and services,
* Be vigilant that customer transactions are not related to bribery or corruption. Report any suspicious operation to Senior Management or to local Compliance

MISSION

Within Group BNP Paribas ITO Function, Global Trade Operations, a community of 700* people in the 3 CIB regions & 50 countries, leverage on their integrated and global model to accompany the business strategy being the Global Trade operations Platforms a key enablers of the transformation.

The European Trade Finance Service Center has 115 employees across 16 nationalities in Spain and provides solutions for Domestic and international Guarantees, Syndicated guarantees, Fronting, Green and sustainable linked guarantees and Documentary products (Import and Export) for both, corporations or institutions, in close collaboration with the Global Trade Solutions teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deal directly with CIB clients ensuring their needs are met and/or exceeded within established agreements.

Provide assistance/support to clients and corporate groups on technical aspects of International and Domestic Guarantees.

Process Guarantees issued on behalf of the Bank’s clients or other branches/subsidiaries/correspondents, including the review and validation of wordings in non-standard or pre-validated formats.

The day to day processing of guarantee expiries and follow up with branches, correspondents and clients to ensure a smooth release of guarantee instruments as they meet their expiry dates. 

The role will also be responsible for assisting the Invoicing and Fees officer when necessary.

Detailed responsibilities:

•        Ensuring client needs are met and/or exceeded, processing client requests on a timely and proactive manner. 

•        Providing assistance/support to clients and corporate groups on technical aspects of International and Domestic Guarantees.

•        Providing support and assistance to Front Office (FO) on technical aspects and practices and in getting deals booked and properly processed.

•        Verifying that all approvals are in place (from Credit Risk, Compliance and Legal) in order to proceed with client requests

•        Processing of Guarantees issued on behalf of the Bank’s clients or other branches/subsidiaries/correspondents, direct/indirect with due regard to legal, compliance and risk aspects.

•        Checking that wordings in non-standard or pre-validated formats are acceptable for the Bank.
