MISIÓN

 

Gestionar, contabilizar y conciliar, todos los eventos contables relacionados con el dpto. de Gastos Generales conforme a las normas de Banco de España, fiscales e internas, Reglas de Seguridad, Plan Contable, Normas internas Contabilidad y Finanzas, Normativa fiscal, con el fin de dar información correcta, actualizado y de Calidad para dar una imagen fiel de las empresas del grupo.

 

 

 

RESPONSABILIDADES

 

·      Realizar la contabilización facturas proveedores y notas de gasto. Gestión y control del sistema de facturas (TIS)

·      Realizar el control y contabilización de nóminas, anticipos empleados, Flex…

·      Gestionar y controlar pagos de proveedores y notas de gastos: verificar documentación, contabilización y conciliación de cuentas relacionadas.

·      Controlar las variaciones del inventario del inmovilizado: Gestionar el activo fijo de las empresas del grupo.

·      Llevar a cabo los controles del área requeridos por Control Interno

·      Realizar la conciliación de las cuentas contables transitorias relacionadas con el área de Gastos Generales.

·      Gestionar y controlar el archivo de documentos electrónico y envío de la documentación para su archivo definitivo.

ITTF Iberia platform is a shared service center, which provides services and resources on behalf of ITTF central department, and other ITG partners, in Spain and Portugal. ITTF Iberia platform ensures a common alignment in terms of strategy, operating model, IT standards with ITG beneficiaries, as well as, a full alignment with local and territory rules and stakeholders

The ITTF Department Office division ensures operational support for the entire department in key areas such as budgeting, sourcing, project portfolio management, and IT risk management. The division is also responsible for defining and coordinating governance, developing and monitoring the department’s IT strategy, as well as handling ad-hoc missions.

 

Report to

The position is within ITT&F Iberian Platform – Department Office in Madrid, under the supervision of ITT&F – Iberian Platform Department Office Head in Madrid, with functional link with ITT&F – Department Office – Cost Oversight & PPM Head in Paris.

 

Mission and Objectives 

The main objectives are:

  • Monitor, analyze and consolidate resourcing needs and consumption for projects and the run in coordination with PMO of Finance & Risk Solutions teams, and in alignment with official ITG Finance budget and actuals
  • Ensure figures split by clients / programs / funding and update the project portfolio
  • Partner with ITG Finance and with the sponsors (Finance, RISK and GDO/CDO) to explain resources consumption, calculate budget/forecast estimations and agree on funding and transfers

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Monthly reporting & closing, Budget preparation

  •  Ensure the respect of the guidelines and planning of figures closing and budget preparation
  • Provide a monthly synthetic reporting/analysis on figures evolution (both costs and HC)
  • Monitor / Control with the PMOs the different delivery expected (roadmap, HPA, …)
  • Establish punctual reportings on all Finance & Risk Solutions budget data
  • Contribute to the improvement and transformation of processes and governance within the activities of the team
  • Manage the relations with PMOs, Operationnals, ITG_Finance,…
  • Coverage Clients:
    • Follow the transfer process with the Client and ITG_Finance
      • Recover transfer needs from operational groups
      • Consolidate these needs for all Finance & Risk Solution (Onshore + Near/Offshore)
      • Monitor the correct execution of these transfers by Clients
      • Ensure the consistency between the Finance & Risk Solutions vision and the ITG-Finance vision
    • Provide a monthly status of the Clients
      • Review the status/achievements of the projects
      • Identify the main points/risks/alerts
      • Monitor / follow-up the remediation plans
      • Follow the detailed budget
      • Discuss on specific issues
    • Animate and produce the minutes of the different committees
    • Manage the relations with the funders (Finance & Strategy, RISK, Business lines)
    • Improve the governance around this process

 

REQUIREMENTS

Training and occupational experience

 

  • Business school or University Graduate, Master Degree in Accounting, Finance 
  • 2-3 years of experience in an Accounting/Management Control function
  • Experience of working in international environment appreciated

The main missions of the IT Risk and Governance function are:

  • To provide ITTF with a methodological framework that allows controlling and improving the quality of the delivery of all ITTF divisions both for central and international perimeter.

ABOUT THE JOB

How can the Bank leverage data to assess credit risk on its portfolio of existing and new clients 

Risk assessment encompasses various elements: how likely is it that a client will not be able to comply with the contractual requirements of his loan? What will be the client’s outstanding balance in this situation? What loss is the bank expected to suffer if a client is no longer able to repay a loan?

As a member of the RISK Models team, you will join a team of experts whose goal is to answer these questions through the development of statistical or expert models. 

By analysing historical data, working together with the business lines, IT department, the modelling experts at BNP Paribas group and taking into account the remarks of supervisor representatives, the team creates tools that help the bank calculate the capital requirements for its credit exposure, the risk component of the credit price or that contribute to the approval process of a new credit.

 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 

Your personal tasks will be:

·  Designing and developing models for credit risk on the scope mainly of companies

·  Finding, managing and using the most appropriate data sources for modelling purposes

·  Working with expert colleagues and business representatives to examine the results and keep models grounded in reality

·  Documenting each step of the development and informing decision makers by presenting them options and results

·  Ensuring correct implementation of the tools (together with the IT department)

·  Continuously assessing models by means of back-testing

·  Answering specific, external requests regarding statistics related to credit risk assessment

ABOUT THE JOB 

MISSION 

Within ITTF, Finance Dedicated Solutions (FDS) is a Group in charge of servicing Finance processes and users on a worldwide scope.  

There are three Domains in FDS: Consolidations Solutions dedicated to Head Office Reporting, Operating Solutions dedicated to specific Finances processes and Local Regulatory Reporting Solutions (LRRS) dedicated to local or regional Finance teams producing the Financial statements & Financial prudential reporting towards the National Central Banks. 

The missions of the LRRS team are to: 

  • Help and participate on the OFS migrations of the LRR streams (teams) 
  • Support the design and  systems-and-solutions-building for LRR Finance processes & users 
  • Comprehend and help on the adaptation of regional activities of the existing systems & solutions 
  • Support, run and manage the LRR systems & solutions 
  • Help on the incidents of the LRR systems & solutions management
  • Ensure communication with users and stakeholders. 
  • Contribute to the training and change management of the Finance users 
  • Strive to continuously improve the service provided by LRRS by tracking inefficiencies within LRRS and contributing to review Finance LRR processes 
  • Learn and support the implementation of the new FRESH framework and in particular agile @scale methodology and collaborative cross stream fertilization 

Concerning the EMEA region, a dedicated LRRS team is set up in the ITTF EMEA Hub. The analyst position is part of that team. 

The ITTF EMEA Hub operates as a service center providing resources and expertise to deliver on tasks and projects prioritized by ITTF On-Shore stakeholders. The ITTF EMEA hub is itself hosted within the Oxygen Platform and covers Lisbon & Madrid Locations. 

The ITTF EMEA Hub operates under the “Extended Team” model encompassing a clearly defined functional reporting line for each team to on-shore Managers who supervise the activities performed. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Your main responsibility is to support the team leaders on the transversal tasks.  

Your main tasks include: 

  • Enhanced the LRRS documentation: improve the LRRS EMEA sharepoint organization, insure and follow the quality of the sharepoint content, share with the team members the good practices. 
  • As a BA, support your squad on the data and application analysis, testing new developments and functionalities. 
  • Support on the definition of the LRR solution for the new entities joining OFS. 
  • Monitor BAU and guarantee processes execution. 
  • Collaborate in communication between the different teams and support in the management of transversal topics, (such as Agile at scale, documentation, global meetings preparation…)

REQUIREMENTS 

Training and occupational experience 

  • Business school – Finance is a plus 

Languages 

  • Operational in English mandatory 
  • Knowledge of French is a plus 
  • Knowledge of another European language is a plus 

SKILLS 

Technical:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint is a plus 

Transversal & Behavioral:

  • Strong interpersonal communication (spoken and written) and customer orientation skills

As IT Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible to ensure the end-to-end delivery of IT for Data services to PF subsidiaries & Corporate, by your team under two different operating models: (i) Managed model (application owners of Data Products, assuming full responsibility for asset lifecycle management), (ii) Extended Team Model (providing experts Big Data profiles embedded within customer’ squads).

The services will be delivered ensuring full alignment with the PF IT DATA Tribe at Corporate level, so in line with BNPP group standards and strategic guidelines, fostering consistency, collaboration, and compliance across PF organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities are:

  • Overseeing services delivered by the team, being an active contributor in the development of subsidiaries’ initiatives and during the setting up of new services (IT For Data services and/or management of Data products).
  • Concerning the “managed model” services:
  • Ensure operational excellence (availability/SLAs, incident/problem/change management, capacity and cost control).
  • Guaranteeing the proper functioning in everyday use of applications and infrastructures serving the Businesses.
  • Ensure the maintenance of mandatory documentation, guarantee governance of the asset, security and compliance standards.
  • Assessing customer feedback and using creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
  • Close management of external services providers.
  • Guarantee communication with the stakeholders and users.
  • Contribute to the management of the P&L of Services in your perimeter.
  • Support, develop and empower team members, focusing attention on their individual skillset, aspirations and development needs, to capacitate them to the current role and future challenges.
  • Management of staff holidays, absences, back-ups schemes, follow-up recruitment processes, mobility’s and newcomers; evaluate daily work and write annual appraisals; follow up on each group member’s performance and motivation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement/innovation within the teams.

 What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s/master’s in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • +5 years in IT delivery roles, with at least 2 years in leadership of teams/services (multi-squad, multi-country).
  • Proven track record leading IT data deliveries in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Knowledge in Big Data, Cloud and CI/CD technologies.
  • Demonstrated Application Ownership for data-centric products/services (run/operate, SLAs, risk & compliance).
  • Strong Agile delivery background (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban).

 Nice to have:

  • * Experience with generative AI technologies to drive innovation in data-driven solutions and optimize business processes.
