Missions:   

  • Acting as the main point of contact for new and current IT Customers (BNPP Personal Finance entities).  
  • Planning, organizing and taking action plan related to IT Customers satisfaction.  
  • Ensuring the correct Governance asked by the Group with Customers. 

Main responsibilities:    

Onboarding of new clients: 
  
o   Designs and reviews the services catalogue and application portfolio.  
 
o   Reviews current services and provide the best commercial definition.  
 
o   Participate and support the delivery team in the identification of up-sale or evolution of services connected to current services provided.  
 
o   Facilitates identification of new services together with internal actors and clients.  
 
o   Actively presents current services catalogue to existing or potential clients.  
 
o   Facilitates sales workshops with the purpose of identifying client needs.  
 
o   Defines new services business case, together with actors involved.  
 
o   Supports preparation of articles for the newsletters, together with communication specialist.  
 

Contracting 
  
o   Supports the preparation of the new contracted services with Legal team.  
 

After Sales 
  
o   Collects customer reviews and surveys via the quarterly and annual survey. Prepares analysis of results. Elaborates initial solutions identified.  
 
o   Works together with Delivery Managers and other actors in order to build and launch the action plan.  
 
o   Facilitates problem identification sessions & manages the action plans to solve issues raised by clients.  
 
o   Has an overview and makes sure transparency is provided for client processes, like:  Service request management process, Incident solving process, Contract management support, SLA monitoring.  
 
o   Defines and maintains client dashboards with all information above.  
 
o   Prepares and facilitates the Client Committees.  
 
o   Organizes client visits.  
 
o   Acts as a single point of contact for SET in front of the client.  
 
o   Facilitates a good relationship between client and all actors of SET.

·    You have experience in IT international companies.

Concretely, your daily routine?

As parted of the BNPP Personal Finance Central extended team based in Madrid (Spain), you will join the IT Continuity team dedicated to the IT continuity risk management activities of the various IT systems with an international perspective.

In this framework, you will be required to:

– Provide support to the Global Information Continuity & Resilience Officer (ICRO) of Personal Finance (PF) to lead and organize the decision-making governance body in terms of IT continuity management.

– Ensure coordination with the IT continuity manager(s) and collect the IT continuity needs expressed by PF entities worldwide.

– Raise awareness and train the players in its scope.

– Ensure that BNPP IT continuity requirements are met.

– Monitor the implementation of the selected solutions, and organize and track regular exercise plans.

– Achieve the IT continuity reporting of the entity including the results of the exercises and controls.

Apoyar las actividades diarias dentro del departamento de IT, parcialmente dentro del área de Business Analysis de Proyectos IT y parcialmente dentro de área de IT Governance en gestión de contratos y proveedores.
 
RESPONSABILIDADES
 

Dentro del área de Proyectos IT:

· Identificar flujos de datos, funciones y transformaciones de datos relacionados con pólizas, primas y siniestros; 

· Ejecutar pruebas funcionales y validar las pruebas con usuarios de negocio con el objetivo de garantizar calidad, consistencia y precisión del dato;

· Coordinar pruebas de usuarios, establecer condiciones de éxito y gestionar documentación de pruebas;

· Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de proyecto (Departamento Financiero y Actuarial), equipo de Data y usuarios de negocio para monitorizar los progresos y/o posibles alertas;

· Gestionar la documentación y entregables de proyectos;

Dentro del área de IT Risk & Governance:

· Gestionar y hacer seguimiento de los procesos de Compra, contratación y renovación de Servicios IT de acuerdo con los procesos establecidos;

· Gestionar y participar en la evaluación de proveedores IT;

· Realizar análisis de niveles de madurez de los gobiernos de IT en las distintas áreas de tecnología;

MISSION

The main objective of the Performance Management Projects team is to drive the transformation within Management Accounting world by providingfull-integrated solutions: supporting OFS Roll-Out program, implementing digitalization solutions within CIB Actuals program and redesigning reporting processes supported by new agile solutions as well as providing functional and systems expertise.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Act as a leader coordinating multiple priorities, deliveries and stakeholders:

  • Identify Actuals stream priorities, defining its proper strategy and on boarding in alignment with the stakeholders
  • Manage interdependencies, identify risks and develop mitigation plans while ensuring project quality
  • Be able to communicate key messages on the project and escalate risk to the management in order to facilitate the decision-making process
  • Establish and conduct meetings to communicate objectives, expectations, project roles, status updates, track open issues, and work with all groups and clients to resolve issues as required

REQUIREMENTS

Studies

  • Business school or University Graduate, Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance.

Experience

  • 3-6 years of experience in Finance within the Banking sector (Financial Accounting, Reporting, Business/financial analysis/Management Accounting/ Client profitability / Credit risk / ALMT in banking industry would be a plus)
  • Advanced Excel skills

ABOUT THE JOB
 
MISSION

• The calculation, invoicing, claim, monitoring and follow up of fees related to guarantees and counter-guarantees issued.

• The issuing of payments to Correspondent Banks. 

• The reconciliation of Nostro breaks related with payments issued or received within the scope of guarantees issued.

• The justification of accounts under his/her scope.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Managing the invoicing to clients and correspondent Banks, ensuring a high level of accuracy in terms of calculations of Guarantee fees and production of invoices.

• Ensuring invoices and accounting entries are aligned, performing accounting adjustments when necessary.

• Monitoring and follow up of fees due, ensuring that any long overdue items are referred to line Managers and/or Business contacts as necessary.

• Managing the payment of fees to Correspondent Banks.

• Responding quickly and effectively to MO /  banks / correspondents enquiries and requests for information

• Assisting with the resolution of any disputes or concerns in respect of overdue items.

• In coordination with the Drafter and/or Vetter, performing the monitoring of Guarantees as they reach their expiry dates: updating expiry dates for open-ended guarantees, closing expired transactions in the Bank mainframes and records, ensuring any outstanding fees are collected up to date and notifying clients of their release (if release before expiry date).

• Providing clear details of open items in the accounts under his/her scope. Such details will be used by the managers assigned as owners of the accounts for the periodic certification of accounts.

• Ensuring that all complaints are passed immediately to line management

MISIÓN

Estamos buscando un/a becario/a junior de back‑office (sin experiencia previa) para incorporarse a nuestro equipo en Madrid. Desde la posición, colaborará directamente con los equipos operativos realizando tareas administrativas vinculadas a los mercados de capitales: gestión y validación de datos de clientes, procesamiento de instrucciones de compra/venta y suscripciones, control de pagos y liquidaciones, y apoyo en la aplicación de normas de riesgo y cumplimiento para evitar exposiciones indebidas y posibles sanciones. Además, asistirá en la comunicación operativa con clientes y contrapartidas, garantizando la correcta documentación.

MISIÓN
