ABOUT THE JOB
 
MISSION
 

The analyst will be responsible for the second-level handling of alerts relating to compliance issues (money laundering/terrorist financing, sanctions and fraud), from analysis to the formulation of decisions, in compliance with regulatory procedures.

 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Perform an enhanced review of alerts escalated by the first line of defense.
  • Prepare a detailed analysis of each alert, leading to a well-founded decision.
  • Draft proposals for suspicious transaction reports when they are approved, and submit them to the Financial Intelligence Unit.
  • Performing third-level investigations into the screening of Nickel’s customers on national and international sanctions lists.
  • Participate in the preparation of documentation for the department’s assignments, including the drafting of operating methods and procedures

Position Overview 

  • Enhance the International Financial Sanctions risk framework as well as monitoring financial security compliance risks:
  • Analyze the impact of Sanctions framework evolutions, specify the developments required to ensure their implementation (tools or training), contribute to their operational adaptation and implementation across the business areas (recommend adjustments in terms of organization, conduct and practices whenever appropriate) and follow-up through action plan
  • Perform the local sanctions regulatory watch and inform in a timely manner of any relevant regulatory changes referring to this matter. Analyzes the impact of evolutions in the international sanctions normative framework and specifies the developments required to ensure their implementation, particularly in terms of tools or training.
  • Leads / participate in staff Compliance training and ensures day-to-day knowledge circulation
  • Have a clear view of the Sanctions framework robustness, checking and challenging risk assessment performed by the 1st Line of Defense, and actively participate in Compliance reportings
  • Contributes to the preparation of various statements or reports.
  • Provide advice on a daily basis and in any project and/or Financial Security issue
  • Analyze clients/activities, on his/her domain of expertise, ensure the management of the files focusing on supplying agile response times and provide a well-informed recommendation

ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

The Financial Statements analyst deploys operationally the regulation and normative instructions on his/her operational scope.

Based on the data delivered by the Finance SMS, he/she produces the reporting, specific analysis and ad-hoc requests.

He/she ensures quarterly production of his/her scope of entities reporting for BNPP’s financial statements consolidation, and answer to ad hoc requests from Group and external Auditors or other stakeholders supervised by his/her TL. He/she ensures on time and accurate different pack of financial and regulatory reporting related to his/her stream.

CIB IT Spain is responsible for providing ADM (Application Development and Maintenance) and APS (Application Production Support) services to its internal clients.   • Lead and manage multiple IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline, taking an end to end responsibility on the different steps of IT Governance procedures for projects

Buscamos un/a profesional senior con trayectoria reconocida en el mercado, capaz de liderar el desarrollo y posicionamiento de esta nueva línea de negocio.

Tu papel será clave tanto en la ejecución técnica de las TDDs como en la generación de negocio y la definición del modelo de servicio.

 

Responsabilidades principales

  • Diseñar e implantar la estrategia de la nueva línea de Technical Due Diligence.
  • Realizar, coordinar y supervisar informes TDD de activos terciarios, logísticos, residenciales, retail y del segmento Living.
  • Participar en el desarrollo comercial, elaboración de propuestas y captación de nuevos clientes.
  • Coordinar equipos técnicos internos y externos, garantizando los estándares de calidad y cumplimiento normativo.
  • Colaborar con otras áreas de la compañía para generar sinergias.
  • Asegurar la incorporación de criterios ESG y sostenibilidad en los análisis técnicos.

 

Perfil profesional

  • Arquitecto/a, Ingeniero/a o formación técnica similar.
  • Experiencia mínima de 8-10 años en consultoría, ingeniería o real estate, con foco en Technical Due Diligence.
  • Reconocimiento en el mercado y capacidad de generar relaciones comerciales.
  • Sólido conocimiento técnico y normativo.
  • Nivel alto de inglés (imprescindible).
  • Perfil proactivo, con visión estratégica y orientación a resultados.

Contacto con interlocutores internos y externos, el objetivo de esta posición es atender a las prioridades del Dpto. en función de las necesidade tales como:
 
  • Responder y tratar las solicitudes de Clientes o Puntos de Venta,
  • Campañas telefónicas: contactar con prospectos para captación, o análisis de cartera las necesidades de prospectos 
  • Tareas administrativas 
  • Misiones específicas: limpieza de bases de datos, pruebas de desarrollo de herramientas, ….
Todo ello respetando y cumpliendo los procedimientos y  controles intrínsecos a nuestra actividad.
 
RESPONSABILIDADES
  • Asegurar el tratamiento y resolución de las peticiones o quejas recibidas a través de los distintos canales de comunicación

  • Analizar, controlar la conformidad y seguimiento de los expedientes detectando y escalando cualquier irregularidad

RISK is an integrated and independent control function of the BNP Paribas Group. RISK Hub Madrid is a transversal platform servicing the RISK Function by covering added-value activities around credit risk, market risk, operational risk and data protection. ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

The RISK ESG Junior project manager will be part of the Strategy and Operations Office in RISK ESG. The main missions of the team are:

–          Provide coordination and support to the RISK ESG team, RISK teams, in collaboration with Businesses and other Functions

–          Define and share change management methodologies

–          Deliver trainings and raise awareness on ESG risk management matters, in coordination with the Group’s stakeholders in charge of Sustainable finance trainings and the Sustainability Academy

–          Gather ESG market intelligence and entertain contacts with external parties, banks, consulting firms, academics in close coordination with other internal stakeholders

You will be part of a multicultural team, based in Madrid, with colleagues in London and Paris and you will have a transversal role to support team’s activity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will integrate the team to support the main missions and among them:

–          Contribute to content creation for training purposes.

–          Support program management office.

–          Create “one pager” documents to share on specific topics, ESG risks management related.

–          Deliver analysis to embed ESG in our risk management framework 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Studies:  University degree in Finance, Economics, Business (ideally M2)

Option around ESG.

  • Experience

Project on ESG from a past internship or from educational background.

  • Languages

English (fluent)

Spanish and French will be nice to have.
