RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting & Control Functions
As an accountant and analyst of Cost of risk, he/she will be in charge of :
  • Pre-committee preparation of the metropole and BP2S litigations scope.
  • Tracking the correct accountability for the different systems working around metropole litigation process, performing controls, manual corrections and reporting the figures accordingly to the Committees approved.
  • Monitor the Cost of risk and Net Banking Income impact accordingly to the litigation Committees approved.
  • Report to the Group the individual details for the main impacts, reconciling it with the Committees and ensuring understanding for all stakeholders.
  • Monitor the booking of the provisions and ensuring compliance with accounting standards (IFRS9 and FGAAP)
  • Prepare detailed reports on the figures and provide the main variances and highlights to the man stake holders.
  • Control and analyse the data that contribute to the regulatory reporting (Matisse allocations, BMRC feeding, Accounting to Risk reconciliation, Local regulatory reports, non-standard feeds,….) & the disclosure production
  • Contribution and contact with different departments as Tax&Legal in order to ensure the quality of the data.
  • Contribute to the Financial Statements when the Group requires. 
  • Provide Finance supervision & completion on LoD1 control performed.
  • Provide assistance in coordination with the management in responding to uestions from the external auditors, Operations, official regulators and other support groups by:

o Ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up of questions / requests for information

o Escalating problems/issues to the team leader and/or head

o Providing quality service to other teams

Projects, Systems Support, Operational Process Improvements : 

· Participate in the upgrades/version releases of respective reporting tools

· Assist in identifying operational process improvements in production, control procedures, and workflow organization to increase the team’s efficiency and effectiveness

 Other functions :

· Observe the bank’s policies and procedures

• Demonstrate an understanding of the M&A product including transaction structuring and analysis, valuation, fairness opinions, capital increases, IPOs, etc;

• Assume responsibility towards client satisfaction and helps develop client relationships at his/her level;

• Capacity to develop autonomously market awareness and general business culture;

• Modelling and valuation – knowledge of integrated financial statements models, comparable companies, comparable transactions, DCF, LBO models;

• Express his/her messages in an effective, organized way, appropriate to the audience being addressed;

• IT literacy in Microsoft Office and experience in using investment banking databases (e.g. Factset, Dealogic, Bloomberg) ;

MISSION

 created in 2024 between the two functions Compliance and RISK with the aim of pooling resources for the delivery of AI and RPA projects as well as for technology watch.

 Within this team, we are looking for a senior PMO profile to work on the AI for Compliance or AI for RISK programs.

 The Senior Project Management Officer (PMO) will support the planning, organization, and supervision of various projects aiming at implementing Artificial Intelligence withing RISK and Compliance.

 The Senior PMO will also contribute to the building of AIR Tech infrastructure (KPIs), communication plan, training plan, knowledge management, KPIs follow-up, resources allocation, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure:

 –          – That project strategic objectives and deadlines are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and documentation is well maintained. The Senior PMO will work closely with business analysts, other PMOs, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the program

 –      –     That AIR tech has a robust support infrastructure in order for the AIR Tech team to thrive and in order to ensure visibility for AI and Robotics initiatives within the Functions

 Contribute to AIR Tech infrastructure and support function in collaboration with the other members of the COO team

 ·       Contribute to AIR Tech KPIs follow-up

 ·       Be in charge of AIR Tech resources allocation follow up

 ·       Be in charge of Credit Impot Recherche obtention

 ·       Contribute to the team animation, transversal actions and activities organisation

 Support for planning and organization for the team projects and programs:
 * Develop the program plan, including defining timelines, and required resources.
 * Provide logistical coordination to organize the schedules of compliance experts and sponsors, prepare and update documentation to maintain sponsor engagement throughout the program.
 * Oversee task progress and ensure project schedule adherence.

 * Regularly update project tracking documents, such as dashboards, status reports, and performance indicators, and notably for the reporting during AI for Compliance committees.

 Communication and coordination:

 ·       Organize regular stakeholder engagement activities such as workshops, feedback sessions to maintain strong relationships and gather insights for project success.
 * Coordinate presentations drafting, meetings, and minutes, ensuring effective communication between project stakeholders.
 * Maintain proactive communication with management and sponsors to provide visibility on project execution and achievements.
* Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring all relevant information is easily accessible and up to date.

REQUIREMENTS

* Master’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.

 * Experience

 * 12 to 20 years of experience in project management or a related role.

 * Fluent in English and B2 French

 Mission:

IT Solution Architect is a transversal function in the Shared Service Center who plays a role as the main technical reference in design and build phase of projects, application technical roadmap definition and establishment of best practices.  

Main Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of the IT Solution Architect are:

  • Participation with other project team members in the functional scope definition of projects.
  • Design of Java, .NET and data solutions, together with security and production infrastructure stakeholders, supporting the business requirements and aligned with BNPP PF strategy.
  • Supporting project managers for project build plan creation and cost estimation.
  • Assessment of solutions and creation of technology or application roadmaps.
  • Supporting project team for creation of deliverables and validation of the project in central committees.
  • Participation with production infrastructure and DevSecOps team in the correct creation and setup of the defined infrastructure, middleware and tools needed to build the solution.
  • Participation with other project team members and production infrastructure team in the definition of steps for being production ready and Go Live.
  • Participation with other stakeholders in the definition of technical roadmaps for IT solutions.
  • Representing our entity in the PF architecture community and participation in the activities and steering as requested by PF Central Enterprise architecture teams.
  • Support of other team members in the analysis, definition or problem resolution in complex changes or incidents.
  • Spread knowledge and best practices to other teams in the shared service center and other PF entities.

MISSION

We are looking for a PowerBuilder Developer to perform tasks of coding, testing and documentation of software applications.
