MISIÓN
 

Realizar las tareas relativas a la recepción de visitas, llamadas y tareas de apoyo en los centros de trabajo, de acuerdo a la normativa interna de Cetelem y a las instrucciones de su superior, con el objetivo de ofrecer un servicio adecuado y dar apoyo a las distintas actividades de negocio en los centros de trabajo.

 
RESPONSABILIDADES
 
·Llevar a cabo la recepción, atención e información de visitas.
·Recepción de llamadas de la centralita (externas e internas).
·Realizar los servicios de Postventa ligera (Sevilla, Valladolid).
·Gestionar la recepción de mensajería y correo. Registrando los documentos recibidos por mensajería. Controlando los albaranes. Realizando la clasificación para la distribución. 
·Llevar a cabo la recepción de documentación del departamento jurídico, reclamaciones, RH, y remitirla escaneada al departamento correspondiente (Sevilla, Valladolid, Alcalá).
·Gestionar las solicitudes y peticiones de mensajería (incluida internacional en Sede). Preparar envíos en los servicios de recogida. Registrar envíos realizados.
·Realizar el control y mantenimiento de las salas (Sevilla, Valladolid, Alcalá).
·Detectar, comunicar y seguir las incidencias de Inmobiliario (Sevilla, Valladolid, Alcalá).
·Gestión del almacén y archivo (Alcalá)

CONTEXT AND ROLE SUMMARY

The Telecom & Workspace Domain is part of the Corporate and Institutional Banking Information Technology & Operations (CIB ITO) of BNP Paribas. Within this domain, the IT proximity support is responsible for delivering best class end user onsite support of Company employees. Constantly adapting and evolving to be on the edge of the industry leading practices and technologies.

The IT Support Coordinator is responsible of coordinating the team effort to ensure that all end users have the appropriate IT tools to do their job providing them a first level of onsite IT support. She/He provides timely information to end users, assets and restore degraded services. Having the activities supervised by the IT Support Team Lead, she/he will focus on end users’ satisfaction and service excellence to bring the highest quality of support to the Company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordination responsibilities:

• Coordinate team activities.
• Ensure all procedures are being applied by the technicians.

Technical responsibilities:

RISK FINANCE Data Office is a JV between RISK and FINANCE Group Functions, part of Standards & Controls for Finance, in charge of :

  • Data Management Framework specifications for RISK & FINANCE
  • Data Quality monitoring of these data 
  • Data issues remediation actions plan follow-up
  • Data Privacy and Protection Framework specifications and monitoring for RISK & FINANCE

 

Thanks to concrete actions / reports, RF Data office team in Madrid contributes to the Group Data Quality monitoring capabilities’ enhancement, providing key inputs to the RISK Finance QARC (Quality 

Assessment & Remediation Committee), by:

 

  • Transposing operationally strategic orientations defined by the Group Data Board
  • Assessing Data Quality based on KPI’s and Dashboard for RISK & FINANCE key data
  • Escalating main transversal issues identified through data quality indicators ‘dashboards or Business Lines, functions’ final users and define priorities
  • Monitoring appropriate action plan for remediation
  • Ensuring compliance with BCBS 239 requirements over the time

 

Within RISK FINANCE Data Office, you will be specifically contributing  to BCBS239 adherence project, aiming to enhance the data management framework at Group level, including for RISK and FINANCE, in the context of the insuance of ECB guidelines in May 2024.  

 

As part of the BCBS239 adherence project, your main responsibilities will be:

 

  • To contribute to the organization of a new set-up complying with BCBS239 requirements and organized by filières (such as accounting, liquidity, regulatory capital, ESG, Performance management, credit risk, market & counterparty risk, operational risk …)
  • To organize and animate workshops with the filières in order to ensure BCBS 239 expectations are met, making sure of the adequate governance and main data quality KPIs are properly produced and delivered
  • To ensure the filières are contributing to the production of Senior Management Dashboard and to consolidate the synthesis of the dashboard
  • To ensure articulation between BCBS239 project and current Data Office organization by proposing new committees or modifying existing meetings and outputs around data quality KPIs and follow-up
  • To ensure the coordination with other stakeholders such as Operational Norms, Group Data Office, LOD 2 permanent control …

MISSION
As an Office Printing Production Engineer, you will ensure the availability and performance of our printing infrastructure, acting as the production reference for the European region. You will guarantee that all deployments are thoroughly tested, documented and aligned with business continuity, contributing directly to service stability and client satisfaction.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Administer and optimise the Office Printing infrastructure across the region.
  • Implement new printing solutions and manage their full lifecycle.
  • Resolve incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis and apply preventive actions.
  • Conduct technical tests, monitor performance and handle change execution.
  • Communicate status, escalations and metrics to internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 5+ years in a multinational IT environment serving ≥10,000 users.
  • Proven experience with Office Printing, PowerShell/VBS scripting and printer migrations.
  • Strong knowledge of RHEL, Windows Server, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Ansible) and ITIL/Agile/DevOps practices.
  • Fluency in English (B2/C); French is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a customer‑minded attitude.

Experience

Experience in audit or accounting / reporting /related functions, Experience of working in international environment  is a plus

RESPONSABILIDADES
 * Apoyo al diseño, construcción y mantenimiento de reporting y dashboards (Tableau)
 * Colaboración en la elaboración de la documentación y estandarización del diccionario de datos, definiciones de KPIs, reglas de negocio y linaje. Mantenmiento de la documentación actualizada como condición de paso a PRO
 * Acompañamiento al equipo en su colaboración con negocio, equipos analíticos y Central (y otros hubs) para alinear necesidades, roadmaps y estándares
 * Apoyo en la preparación del portfolio de informes
