In close collaboration with the Head of Spain CTO Office and reporting to SITP CTO Office Head of Governance ,Organization & Transformation she/he will be responsible to implement a modern and integrated governance , looking for simplification, modernization, and with a strong risk approach. Main mission for the Governance & Transformation Officer is to provide support to the SITP CTO Head of Governance ,Organization & Transformation to facilitate a proper framework regarding transversal topics:
* Provide support for management of Global policies, procedures, and guidelines, including Strategic Plan, TOM, and objectives, are properly transmitted, managed, and applied at a territory level.
* Participate in coordination with Territory teams (Spain HR, Legal, Procurement,facilities ) to apply territory requirements ,supporting SITP Domain heads on those initiatives when necessary.
* Collaborate with initiatives to support and reinforce Spain IT Platform alignment with Target Operating Model and the Group IT Production expectations.
* Collaborate in Strengthening resource management processes & procedures. On/off-boarding, organizational structure standardization, skills assessments, new joiner’s sessions, trainings, WIIO presence, etc.
* Maintenance of the SITP SharePoint to publish common procedures,presentations….
* Enhance & Promote communication across SITP domains and the communication between SITP and the Central Production functions.
* Foster the implementation of effective governance frameworks ensuring that organization practices have the appropriate risk mitigation controls and respect central organization policies and standards.

MISSION
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) topics are areas of rapid and significant change, increasingly shaping how business is conducted, regulated, measured and reported on.
From a risk management perspective, BNP Paribas considers that ESG factors are risk drivers that may have potential impacts on existing risks such as credit, operational or market risks.
In this context, BNP Paribas has decided to take bold actions to further strengthen the Bank’s initiatives and framework in these areas. So did the RISK Function with the creation of the RISK ESG team at the end of 2020.
Accordingly, the RISK ESG team is a transversal team which aims at supporting and steering the integration of ESG risk factors within Group’s risk management framework.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Within the RISK ESG Team, the Credit & Sustainable Finance team is in charge of credit related matters and processes requiring embedding ESG factors, across the Group various métiers/poles and for all corporates clients and Financial Institutions.
RISK ESG Credit & Sustainable Finance team, as part of the second line of defense, is accountable for the design and the sound functioning of the ESG risk management framework. It should ensure adequate set-ups are in place to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor and report on the ESG-related performance and risks through the client journey.
The Credit & Sustainable Finance team is involved in setting up ESG-related frameworks, in coordination with business lines and other functions, and in ensuring their effective implementation in the operational processes, in particular credit processes, encompassing:
– ESG assessment at the Counterparty level: ensuring suited ESG assessment methodologies are deployed and implemented in operational processes, so that ESG Assessment outcome can serve as a basis to assess any impact (including financial one) on the counterparty’s overall profile and adapt product offer and risk appetite
– ESG assessment at the transaction’s level: contributing to define articulation criteria of any transaction vs. counterparty-level ESG assessment and to operational insertion of transaction-level assessment in the credit process, notably for ESG tagged transactions
– Monitoring and controls linked to ESG in the credit chain: ensure ESG-related matters are duly monitored and that adequate credit controls are in place
As such, the Credit & Sustainable Finance team is in charge of ensuring and/or effectively contributing to produce:
– ESG frameworks or set-ups (ESG assessment design/enhancement, ESG labels/tags, operational insertion etc.).
– Policies, procedures and guidelines ruling the above, ensuring they are comprehensive, exhaustive, up-to-date and provided to the relevant stakeholders (RISK, Business lines etc.), ensure articulation and consistency Group-wide, advising on ESG & credit related topics upon request
– Analyses and challenge of results of the assessments, dashboards, articulation with other ESG evaluation (portfolio alignment, other assessments methods in the bank, etc.) participation in other RISK’s committees/forums to share information/expertise
– Analyses / communications to be incorporated in the Group internal reporting / committees up to top management and external publications such as CSRD, on the ESG Assessment, sustainable finance and credit related topics.
The ESG analyst will report to the Head of Credit & Sustainable Finance team on all these topics, within RISK ESG Paris, with a local reporting line to the RISK ESG Team Leader in Madrid.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
· At least 7 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in corporate banking (such as financing metier, coverage entity, credit analyst, risk officer etc…) or audit
· Knowledge in corporate credit analysis
· Knowledge of the credit process (and ideally related operational process of the credit chain) and credit decision.
· Knowledge in ESG would be a plus.
· French is a plus.

ITTF Iberia platform is a shared service center, which provides services and resources on behalf of ITTF central department, and other ITG partners, in Spain and Portugal. Mission and Objectives
The main objectives are:
- Monitor, analyze and consolidate resourcing needs and consumption for projects and the run in coordination with PMO of Finance & Risk Solutions teams, and in alignment with official ITG Finance budget and actuals
- Ensure figures split by clients / programs / funding and update the project portfolio
- Partner with ITG Finance and with the sponsors (Finance, RISK and GDO/CDO) to explain resources consumption, calculate budget/forecast estimations and agree on funding and transfers
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Monthly reporting & closing, Budget preparation
- Ensure the respect of the guidelines and planning of figures closing and budget preparation
- Provide a monthly synthetic reporting/analysis on figures evolution (both costs and HC)
- Monitor / Control with the PMOs the different delivery expected (roadmap, HPA, …)
- Establish punctual reportings on all Finance & Risk Solutions budget data
- Contribute to the improvement and transformation of processes and governance within the activities of the team

- Coverage Clients:
- Follow the transfer process with the Client and ITG_Finance
- Recover transfer needs from operational groups

MISSION
The main missions of the IT Risk and Governance function are:
- To provide ITTF with a methodological framework that allows controlling and improving the quality of the delivery of all ITTF divisions both for central and international perimeter.
- To sponsor, ensure and monitor de deployment of BNP Paribas IT Governance (V6) worldwide, which is a common IT Governance framework applicable to all IT entities within IT Group
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Establish with ITTF divisions a close collaboration partnership in order to implement good practices related to the methodology and quality framework of projects and applications life cycles

RISK ORM CIB Scope & Organization:
As a 2nd line of defence, RISK ORM CIB aims at providing RISK and CIB Management with a front to back consolidated view on operational risks of CIB activities to contribute to the reduction of operational risk and to better respond to Regulator’s expectations.
RISK OMC CIB mandate is to challenge and supervise the Operational Risk management of CIB activities. To that end, RISK ORM CIB relies on an effective operational risk management setup covering CIB activities: Global Banking, Global Markets, 2S and Functions covering CIB activities, Anti-Fraud, ICT, Third Party Risk Management, Operational resilience and Data Protection.
RISK ORM CIB is organized around:

▪ 3 Business Lines and 2 transversal activities: 2S, Global Markets and Global Banking & Functions

RISK ORM CIB TRANSFORMATION MANDATE & ACTIVITIES
Mandate:
RISK ORM CIB Transformation & COO Office team ensures the management of the Transformation Program led within RISK ORM CIB in close coordination with RISK CIB and RISK ORM Group and is also in charge of RISK ORM CIB COO Office.
Activities:
RISK ORM CIB Transformation & COO Office core activities globally are focused on Program / Project Management incl. Industrialisation, AI & Automation, Change, Training & Communication, Business Management and RISK ORM CIB steering (Governance, budget monitoring).
Reporting to the Head of Transformation & COO Office, the transformation & COO Office Manager is focused primarily on Program / Project Management encompassing mainly projects on:
o The management of the Transformation team members on a day-to-day basis to support them on the priorities validated centrally, projects progress, timely deliverables, governances’ preparation, year-end appraisals…
o The Target Operating Model, including more specifically CIB alignment project, further industrialisation, mutualisation, internationalisation, TOM for new perimeters of activities upon regulators requirements.
o The creation of industrialized platforms via reviews of activities led in Portugal and in India platforms to identify and deploy further best practices, RISK ORM CIB process reviews will be handled in strong coordination with OROs
o The AI & Automation stream which includes:
o AI & Automation opportunities identifications working with the OROs WW
o the reporting project in collaboration with RISK ORM Group
o the management of the relationship with RISK System in India which is our automation partner for all our automatization.
o the RISK360 users access management for 1LOD & 2LOD (currently managed at ORM Group level)
o The Change – Training, communication, and events’ organisation for RISK ORM CIB AI & Automation community
o Contribute to other transversal and strategic projects within RISK ORM or RISK CIB upon request
o Handle the Transformation governance through a Transformation Committee
The Transformation & COO Office organizer can also be requested to participate in the COO Office tasks and contribute to Committees (RISK ORM Eco, Sponsors meetings, …)
While conducting his mission, the Transformation & COO office will show a posture that will facilitate the relationships among the different stakeholders (RISK, RISK CIB, RISK ORM GROUP, RISK ORM CIB, RISK ORM CIB, RISK System) and in line with RISK ORMC CIB roadmap and priorities.
