MISSION
Contribution to the origination and execution of commercial real estate financings (asset-backed and/or corporate) and coverage of institutional real estate clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Client relationship management
Contribution to the management of client relationships including preparation of marketing pitches.
Analysis and understanding of clients’ financing needs / strategy.
· Deal execution
Contribution to the origination, structuring, execution and distribution of commercial real estate loans.
Coordination and supervision of Analyst’s work.

Master degree equivalent in Economics and/or Finance.
- Experience

With a transversal role and providing support to SMS BP SPOCs, he/she will be in charge of :
- Measure and book the required adjustments in accounting and management accounting to ensure completion and accurateness through all reporting axes, including the segmented axis.
- Review & perform the Suspense Provisioning and the rest of legal and tax provision.
- Ensure the oversight of accounting controls performed by Back Offices based on their monthly control results & quarterly sub-certification.
- Control and analyse the data that contribute to the regulatory reporting (Matisse allocations, BMRC feeding, Accounting to Risk reconciliation, Local regulatory reports, non-standard feeds,….) & the disclosure production.
- Provide Finance supervision & completion on LoD1 control performed by Back Offices operations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the data feeding done by the back office operation tools.
- Providing support to Back and Middle offices in all the accounting aspects required.
- Provide assistance in coordination with the management in responding to questions from the external auditors, Operations, and other support groups by:

As an HR Data Analyst, you will coordinate the Compensation Review Process, lead data‑analysis projects, and enhance data‑collection tools. You will ensure accurate, timely HR reporting, enabling the Rewards team to make data‑driven decisions that align with our risk‑aware culture. Your work will directly support the RISK Head of Rewards and Data Analytics in delivering high‑quality outcomes across Spain and the wider EMEA region.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinate the CRP (Compensation Review Process) end‑to‑end.
- Manage new and existing HR data projects, ensuring delivery under tight deadlines.
- Consolidate, clean and improve data‑collection workflows and analytical tools.
- Build visual dashboards in Tableau or Power BI for senior stakeholders.
- Liaise with HR Spain and Paris teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively adjust priorities as needed.
️ WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- BA/BS in HR, Business, Finance, Data or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years in HR data management, compensation or finance analytics.
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with Tableau or Power BI required.
- Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
- Travel as needed.

● Gestionar el territorio asignado y crear una cartera de Puntos de Venta significativa, realizando visitas de captación y, en algunos casos, puerta fría.
● Formar y entrenar de manera óptima a los Puntos de Venta, garantizando que prestan un servicio acorde con los estándares de la compañía
● Realizar un seguimiento adecuado de todo el proceso de afiliación del cliente.
● Aplicar con detalle la Metodología de Animación de Puntos de Venta de Nickel.
● Garantizar los objetivos marcados y el cumplimiento de todos los KPIs.
● Prevención, detección y alerta de hipotéticas situaciones sobre cumplimiento normativo que pudieran darse en tu área de actuación.
● Debes de tener un control estricto sobre todos los Kpi ‘s que impactan en tu día a día y que están relacionados con el desarrollo de tu territorio y de tu cartera.
● Construir relaciones de largo plazo con los clientes, subsanando posibles incidencias y resolviendo dudas de una manera profesional.
● Fomentar un entorno de colaboración con todo el equipo comercial y compartir “best practices”.
● Representar a la empresa en ferias y eventos sectoriales.
● Disposición total a viajar dentro del territorio asignado, con posibilidad de pernoctaciones esporádicas.

Deseable Grado Superior en Gestión de Ventas o similar
- Experiencia
Experiencia de al menos dos años como comercial puerta fría – adquisión, gestión y fidelización de clientes.
Será valorable experiencia previa en los siguientes canales: HORECA, Estanco, Servicios de Telecomunicaciones).
