ABOUT THE JOB
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Information Security Analyst is responsible to drive IT security activities under local CISO supervision. The key responsibilities are:
Security governance:
· Managing the implementation and follow-up of the cybersecurity program and security on-going initiatives as.
· Support in the identification of security initiatives and in the preparation of CyberProgram.
· Ensure security policies/procedures are implemented across all the units and processes.
· Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures to ensure their alignment with the Group rule and standards.
Application security and secure development:
· Define the security requirements for the design and maintenance of an applications and support the teams during the projects and evolutions.
· Support project teams in the definition of the security profile of each asset and review it periodically.
· Perform security assessment on the new assets will be transferred to SET and provide GAP analysis with the group requirements. Participate in the on-boarding activities as security point of contact.
· Conduct periodical security reviews with the technical teams to identify risks and improvement points, ensuring compliance with the group security requirements.
· Follow-up that the security risks are addressed by the teams and that the technological, architectural or design-related decisions will not lead to any violation of the corporate security guidelines/policies.
· Vulnerability management (code security, vulnerability scans, pentest) and support teams to define and follow-up remediation actions.
· Assist in the security risk management, establishing mitigation measures and supporting in the management of exception and escalations within the risk management process.
· Assist developers in the management of security vulnerabilities in the application layer and promote cyber-culture and secure development good practices into the technical teams
· Prepare and conduct awareness material and sessions to spread the knowledge on the group policies and procedures and secure development best practices.
Risk and generic controls
– Execute periodic IT security controls based on evidence collection following the IT Control campaign calendar and guidelines provided by the group.
Steering and reporting:
· Follow-up operational cybersecurity status monitoring services provided by other areas in the Group (patching, vulnerabilities, implementation of security tools, etc.)
· Collect and monitor indicators and support in the preparation of reports and committees based on indicators, main alerts and risks, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
1 year of experience in IT security, including the following skills:
· Experience working with ServiceNow
· Experience in leading/delivering risk assessments and scenario analysis.

MISSION
Within ITTF, Finance Dedicated Solutions (FDS) is a Group in charge of servicing Finance processesand users on a worldwide scope.
There are three Domains in FDS: ConsolidationsSolutions dedicated to Head Office Reporting, Operating Solutions dedicated tospecific Finances processes and LocalRegulatory Reporting Solutions (LRRS) dedicated to local or regional Finance teams producing the Financial statements & Financial prudential reporting towards the National Central Banks.
All entities on OFS (One Finance Solution), a set of 30+ standard BNPP Finance applications of which a detailed General and Analytical Ledger, are in the scope of LRRS. The scope is rapidly expanding in the wake of the OFS migration program, a program rolling out OFS worldwide and in particular in CIB/BP2S entities in EMEA, APAC and Americas. Currently approximately 80 consolidated entities are live on OFS, and 80 more are planned in the 2021-2024 timeframe.
The missions of the LRRS team are to:
- Lead the LRR stream of the OFS migrations
- Design and build systems & solutions for LRR Finance processes & users
- Rationalize the existing systems & solutions inherited from multiple local and regional initiatives
- Support, run and administer the LRR systems & solutions
- Manage incidents of the LRR systems & solutions
- Ensure communication with users and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the training and change management of the Finance users

MISIÓN
Para las responsabilidades de KYC, velar por el debido cumplimiento de la política de KYC, KYI y KYX sobre todos los clientes, tanto nuevos como vivos con cartera. Adicionalmente, controlar, gestionar y hacer el seguimiento del cumplimiento del proceso establecido, según casuística y política, tratando el registro de toda la información y documentación necesaria.
RESPONSABILIDADES
Funciones KYC:
• Tener un profundo conocimiento de la política de KYC, KYI, KYX de Arval.
• Tratar el registro de cada cliente en la BBDD y verificar que se dispone de toda la información y documentación obligatoria según la política interna.
• Verificar la implementación en la BBDD de KYC, KYI las reglas que garanticen que el análisis está correctamente gestionado.
• Comunicar a las áreas comerciales la posible insuficiencia de datos o documentación aportada para realizar el KYC y KYI y solicitud de solución.
• Revisar todas las alertas desencadenadas y realizar el tratamiento correspondiente sobre cada una de ellas.
• Elevar a Compliance todos los casos HR y PEP positivos.
• Agrupar y constatar que toda la información y documentación es correcta y suficiente cuando es escalado a Compliance.
• Archivar y recoger las decisiones de CAC
• Verificar en Drive que se ha trasladado desde la BBDD de KYC, KYI correctamente el score, fecha de certificación y recertificación de los mismos.
• Comprobar que en Drive está correctamente registrada la información de KYC (datos de la empresa, Apoderados, SMO, Score, fecha de certificación, recertificación)
• Guardar toda la documentación y evidencias en la BBDD y Alfresco.
• Hacer controles periódicos y generar informes para confirmar la calidad del dato, cumplimiento de la política interna y simetría entre las diferentes herramientas.
• Examinar que todos los clientes tienen hecho el KYC. En caso de comunicación de nuevos eventos que puedan afectar al score KYC, KYI del cliente, gestionar las modificaciones y realizar la recertificación.

ITTF Iberiaplatform is a shared service center, which provides services and resources onbehalf of ITTF central department, and other ITG partners, in Spain andPortugal. The ITTF DepartmentOffice division ensures operational support for the entire department in keyareas such as budgeting, sourcing, project portfolio management, and IT riskmanagement. Mission and Objectives
The main objectives are:
- Monitor, analyze and consolidate resourcing needs and consumption for projects and the run in coordination with PMO of Finance & Risk Solutions teams, and in alignment with official ITG Finance budget and actuals
- Ensure figures split by clients / programs / funding and update the project portfolio
- Partner with ITG Finance and with the sponsors (Finance, RISK and GDO/CDO) to explain resources consumption, calculate budget/forecast estimations and agree on funding and transfers
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Monthlyreporting & closing, Budget preparation
- Ensure the respect of the guidelines and planning of figures closing and budget preparation
- Provide a monthly synthetic reporting/analysis on figures evolution (both costs and HC)
- Monitor / Control with the PMOs the different delivery expected (roadmap, HPA, …)
- Establish punctual reportings on all Finance & Risk Solutions budget data
- Contribute to the improvement and transformation of processes and governance within the activities of the team
- Manage the relations with PMOs, Operationnals, ITG_Finance,…
- Coverage Clients:
- Follow the transfer process with the Client and ITG_Finance
- Recover transfer needs from operational groups
- Consolidate these needs for all Finance & Risk Solution (Onshore + Near/Offshore)
- Monitor the correct execution of these transfers by Clients
- Ensure the consistency between the Finance & Risk Solutions vision and the ITG-Finance vision
- Provide a monthly status of the Clients
- Review the status/achievements of the projects
- Identify the main points/risks/alerts
- Monitor / follow-up the remediation plans
- Follow the detailed budget
- Discuss on specific issues
- Animate and produce the minutes of the different committees
- Manage the relations with the funders (Finance & Strategy, RISK, Business lines)
- Improve the governance around this process
- Follow the transfer process with the Client and ITG_Finance
REQUIREMENTS
Training and occupationalexperience
- Business school or University Graduate, Master Degree in Accounting, Finance
- 2-3 years of experience in an Accounting/Management Control function
- Experience of working in international environment appreciated
- Knowledge of IT activities

ESPECIALISTA FRAUDE MEDIOS DE PAGO
MISIÓN
- Dada su condición de especialista, se dedicará a la prevención, mitigación, análisis, seguimiento y control del fraude sobre de las operaciones derivadas de tarjetas (crédito, débito y virtuales).
- Su actividad se acompaña con las sinergias de los equipos de Riesgo, impulsando el enriquecimiento de los modelos de detección del fraude, así como de la participación en las medidas a incorporar dentro de los proyectos para dar el enfoque adecuado a la política de Fraude.
FUNCIONES:
- Investigación y análisis de operaciones sospechosas, revisando datos transaccionales y comportamiento del cliente.
- Gestión de respuesta ante incidentes, tomando medidas sobre las tarjetas afectadas.
- Cuantificación del Perjuicio Económico ocasionado y preparación de informe técnico con la evaluación y diagnóstico del riesgo o grado de exposición al fraude y proceso contable.
- Gestión de chargebacks.
- Colaboración en la mejora continua del sistema antifraude, proponiendo ajustes en reglas y parametrizaciones.
- Seguimiento de tendencias y nuevos métodos de fraude.
- Realización de informes de seguimiento y regulatorios (PSD2).
COMPETENCIAS:
- Manejo de herramientas específicas de medios de pago (Lynx, FRM…).
- Conocimiento de normativas en redes de pago (VISA, Mastercard).
