AUTOMATION & FACTORIES

The Automation and Factories Division is a vital part of the BNP Paribas IT Group, operating within IT Transversal and Functions. Our primary responsibility is to ensure that all IT programs, projects, and initiatives align seamlessly with the strategic objectives of ITTF (IT Transversal and Functions). This includes areas such as architecture governance, data custody, application portfolio management, tooling, robotics, and project management.

This role sits within the IT Transversal & Functions hub and reports to the ITTF Automation & Factories Manager in Madrid.


ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a bilingual (French/English) professional with an IT background to support project managers and teams by ensuring effective coordination, governance, and communication across initiatives. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support project managers by ensuring governance rules and requirements are followed.
  • Organize and facilitate project and architecture review meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders (business, IT, security, production, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and update project documentation, governance processes, and tracking tools.
  • Maintain registers, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor progress and decisions.
  • Support training sessions and knowledge sharing between project managers and architects.
  • Contribute to process improvement and documentation optimization.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5–15 years of professional experience in project coordination, PMO, or IT project support roles.
  • Fluent in both French and English (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • IT knowledge (e.g., APIs, data models, authentication, encryption, cloud).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities.

THE TEAM

The Transportation Capital Markets team is currently made of +45 people spread across 6 countries serving the key clients in this sector in EMEA. The team works with clients from three segments: Aviation, Shipping and Rail and encourages fostering cross segment expertise internally. The team comprises Senior Relationship Managers supported by a Transaction & Execution team and a Credit & Portfolio Management Team (CPM). 

RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Within TCM, a Credit Analyst plays a fundamental role in contributing to credit origination and “through the life cycle” follow up process of credit exposure to a client.    
 
The Credit Analyst will work on an assigned portfolio of clients closely and under the supervision of the relevant Relationship Managers and the Transaction & Execution team when analyzing new transaction opportunities or when undertaking annual reviews, amendments, waivers etc. 
 
He/ she will assist in:  
 
• Analysis of the business and creditworthiness of clients including, a review of the client’s business and positioning, its financial statements, cash flow modelling, asset recovery and profitability in compliance with the latest applicable internal model, ESG Assessment, KYC checks, etc.  
 
• Preparation of written Credit Proposals (Annual Reviews, New Requests, Amendment/Waivers) entailing the above points in order to support credit committee decisions regarding the client’s risk of default, credit rating and adequacy of the proposed financing 
 
• Perform on a regular basis industry overviews, peer analysis and portfolio reviews   
 
• Reporting & Data management ensuring database quality  
 
• Work with cohesion and team spirit within the CPM team and with the other members of the TCM team as well as with internal/external stakeholders (on a local and international scale).

ABOUT THE JOB
 
MISSION

• The calculation, invoicing, claim, monitoring and follow up of fees related to guarantees and counter-guarantees issued.

• The issuing of payments to Correspondent Banks. 

• The reconciliation of Nostro breaks related with payments issued or received within the scope of guarantees issued.

• The justification of accounts under his/her scope.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Managing the invoicing to clients and correspondent Banks, ensuring a high level of accuracy in terms of calculations of Guarantee fees and production of invoices.

• Ensuring invoices and accounting entries are aligned, performing accounting adjustments when necessary.

• Monitoring and follow up of fees due, ensuring that any long overdue items are referred to line Managers and/or Business contacts as necessary.

• Managing the payment of fees to Correspondent Banks.

• Responding quickly and effectively to MO /  banks / correspondents enquiries and requests for information

• Assisting with the resolution of any disputes or concerns in respect of overdue items.

• In coordination with the Drafter and/or Vetter, performing the monitoring of Guarantees as they reach their expiry dates: updating expiry dates for open-ended guarantees, closing expired transactions in the Bank mainframes and records, ensuring any outstanding fees are collected up to date and notifying clients of their release (if release before expiry date).

• Providing clear details of open items in the accounts under his/her scope. Such details will be used by the managers assigned as owners of the accounts for the periodic certification of accounts.

• Ensuring that all complaints are passed immediately to line management

MISSION

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) topics are areas of rapid and significant change, increasingly shaping how business is conducted, regulated, measured and reported on.

From a risk management perspective, BNP Paribas considers that ESG factors are risk drivers that may have potential impacts on existing risks such as credit, operational or market risks.

In this context, we are looking for a IT Operational Permanent Controller (OPC) to join our team. 

Mission 

Integrate the Operational Permanent Control activities, under the direction of the IT OPC of PF, to pilot with other teammates the implementation and execution of all or part of the Operational Risk Management (ORM) device of BNP Paribas Personal Finance (PF).

Your Main Activities Will Include 

  • To deploy all or part of the Risk procedures and best practices in Risk Management in the area of controls and associated mitigation plans.
    1. Analyzing results, identifying failures, and reporting results. 
    2. Capitalizing on controls, guidelines, and associated indicators (RAS, KRI, KPI).
  • To animate, analyze, and consolidate all or part of these topics to improve the control of these risks at PF by: 
    1. Participating in communication/training sessions for management and Risk/Security/Continuity experts in subsidiaries. 
    2. Preparing for and participating, as needed, in various IT Risk steering committees. 
    3. Reporting to the team, management, and PF subsidiaries on the situation and potential remediation action plans by creating synthetic and relevant indicators and dashboards.

In a more operational way, the mission of the IT OPC will be to:

  •  INCIDENTS: manage incidents and ensure the sharing of knowledge on the management of major historical incidents of its function with local OPCs
    1. Ensure the registration of incidents for its own activities, centrally, in accordance with the reference procedure RISK 0332
    2. Take note of historical incidents listed in the RISK360 and SNOW ITSM tools within the scope of its Function and ensure that action plans are implemented as needed.
    3. Perform regular analysis of incidents (reporting accessible in 360) to decide on an update of procedures and/or control plans as a consequence.
  • RCSA (Risk Cartography and Risk Assessment): In this generic exercise, the OPC must analyze the risks related to its function/business in connection with the process mapping.
    1. Ensure the proper completion of the RCSA (Risk Cartography and Risk Assessment) for its Function in accordance with procedure RISK 0325:
    2. For its own processes (Central Function on itself)
    3. Define generic pairings (association of Risk Event/Process) and associate applicable controls (triplets): 
    4. Is challenged by the relevant LoD2 (Line of Defense 2) teams in central 
    5. Then transmits the results of its work to all local entities (local OPC of its function/business) for application of these pairings and completion of the RCSA in coordination with the CCO (Central Control Office).

You will ensure, as the point of entry for our subsidiaries on your topics:

  1. The relevance of the system (updates, potential enhancements, and monitoring of deployment)
  2.  The compliance of this system with Group procedures and regulatory requirements.
  3. Main point of contact for activities in France (OPC IT PF France, ITRO France, RISK France Direction (50% of activity focused on France)

Eventually, master the IT OPC system. All of this will be done with a focus on continuous improvement.

Spain Territory CISO

Reporting  Hierarchically to Spain CCCO and functionnaly to Head of CIB CISO Office

Relaying on the central CIB EMEA Cyber teams, The TERRITORY Chief Information Security Officer ( TCISO ) mission is to ensure, for the Cyber Security activity within his/her scope, the proper  monitoring, detection, investigation, analysis, and response to security events related to his/her scope.

The TERRITORY Chief Information Security Officer ( TCISO ), is  the LOCAL INTERMEDIARY  for the CIB EMEA CISO & CIB CISO Office about the Cyber security topics of his/her territory with the help (or in coordination) of existing Entity CISO in their Territory.

The TCISO is responsible to :

-Contribute to the Implementation of the CIB/Group’s cybersecurity reference framework (policies, requirements, indicators and control plan),

-Promote securization of information systems, as defined in the CyberSecurity Governance,

-Share and integrate the local regulatory requirements 

 The role of T-CISO do not imply any reporting relationship with other Entity CISOs in Spain.

Team Management:

– In charge of sizing his/her team by respecting the local needs as well as the HO requirements.

– Responsible for appraisal and compensation review process for local teams 

– Support, Develop and empower team members, focusing the attation on their individual skillset, aspirations and development needs, in order to anticipate them to the current role and future challenges.

– Management of all team members and organization related topics: workload planning and distribution (including management of staff holidays, absences, back-ups schemes), follow up on each group member’s performance and motivation.

Cyber Security responsabilities- CIB Scope :

•Ensure that all the local applications of his/her scope are inventoried, classified and in compliance with the baseline

•Be aware about the last cyber threats through the CIB central threat intelligence communication and Track all the cyber incidents of his/her scope

•Perform the adequate investigations for DLP incidents, and ensure that the investigations are done where the he/she cannot be involved directly

•Ensure that all the CIB Data security solutions are deployed in his/her scope and employees (internal/external) are trained to properly use them.

•Ensure that all the applications of his/her scope, have jurisdiction procedures, are enrolled into IAM tools and promote the periodically access rights recertification

•Contribute to the GCL campaigns as Cyber Security experts for dedicated controls

•In case of delivering Cyber Security services to Non CIB entities, make sure that the SLA is up to date according to the CIB Service Catalogue and assure the adequat reporting for the Non CIB CISO.

Territory  Governance and Cybesecurity responsabilities:

•Provide the local cyber program evidences and ensure that the territory matrix is up to date according to CIB/CDF requirement

•Ensure that the territory population is following the CIB/CDF cyber security trainings and awareness

•Be aware about the local regulation requirements and ensure that his/her scope is in compliance with the regulations, being the Head of territory´s privileged contact on cyber issues with local regulators in coordination con Bls´s CISOs depending on their origen

•Actively participate to the Regional Cyber Security Committees.

•In case of Regulatory requierments, animate a local Cyber Security Committee with the participation of the EMEA CIB Cyber Security Teams

•With the local non cib Business lines, oversight and follow the cyber security matutiry and action plans to be included into a territory consolidated view

•Animate the local community on Cybersercurity topics including when relevant the main stakeholders: BL´s CISOs, BL´s CIOs, Territory CTO and Territory management 

•Set up and coordinate a network of CISOs within the territory

•Coordinate the central response to local regulators in the event of a cyber incident in its Territory

• Ensure the follow up and the challenge of the cyber remediation in the territory

•Inform the central teams about any local cyber assignment and Follow the local cyber recommendations & PCA.

•Declare, Evaluate & State any identified local Cyber security Risks

En BNP Paribas Personal Finance, precisamos incorporar un(a) estudiante o recién licienciado/a en beca que pueda dar soporte a un equipo de desarrollo internacional, que forma parte de South Europe Technologies (SET) – Centro Internacional de Servicios Compartidos de IT, Data, Operaciones y Ciberseguridad.

Después de una formación interna con el líder del departamento, las principales responsabilidades del puesto serán (de forma gradual):

1. Soporte al Usuario Final

•Gestionar consultas funcionales y técnicas relacionadas con el uso de Dremio.
•Gestionar incidentes y solicitudes a través de herramientas de ticketing con IT OPS o especialistas específicos

•Apoyar a los nuevos usuarios durante su incorporación y de forma recurrente con el uso de la herramienta

2. Gestión de Accesos

• Administrar permisos y acceso a entornos de datos virtualizados – según las políticas adecuadas.

3. Supervisión

• Supervisar la disponibilidad de la solución y su uso adecuado en función de los paneles de control correspondientes.

4. Formaciones y presentaciones, y creación de base de conocimientos

•Organizar sesiones de capacitación para usuarios finales de las entidades PF.
•Preparar materiales de presentación y documentación de uso, con un enfoque de mejora continua.

•Creación y mantenimiento de un repositorio de base de conocimientos de Dremio y las mejores prácticas para su uso. 

5. Mejora Continua

•Identificar oportunidades de mejora en el soporte y la utilización de herramientas – trabajando muy estrechamente con el propietario de producto de Dremio y recopilando la retroalimentación de los usuarios finales
•Participar en iniciativas de optimización y automatización de procesos.

Los requisitos que necesitarás para cubrir esta posición son:

 – Actualmente estás cursando o has completado recientemente una Licenciatura o Maestría en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería, Matemáticas o un campo técnico relacionado.

•Experiencia con programación PL/SQL
•Fuerte comprensión de bases de datos relacionales y SQL.
•Conocimiento de herramientas de visualización y monitoreo (PowerBI, Tableau, …).
•Comprensión adecuada de los principios Ágiles
•Experiencia en entornos con un ritmo rápido y monitoreo de RUN – como un plus

ABOUT THE JOB 

MISSIONOF LRRS

  • Lead the Local Regulatory Reporting (LRR) stream of the OFS migrations 
  • Design and build systems & solutions for LRR Finance processes & users 
  • Rationalize the existing systems & solutions inherited from multiple local and regional initiatives 
  • Support, run and administer the LRR systems & solutions 
  • Manage incidents of the LRR systems & solutions 
  • Ensure communication with users and stakeholders. 
  • Contribute to the training and change management of the Finance users 
  • Strive to continuously improve the service provided by LRRS by tracking inefficiencies within LRRS and contributing to review Finance LRR processes 
  • Implement the new ITTF framework and in particular agile @scale methodology and collaborative cross stream fertilization 

Concerning the EMEA region, a dedicated LRRS team isset up in the ITTF EMEA Hub. The analyst position is part of that team. 

The ITTF EMEA Hub operates as a service centerproviding resources and expertise to deliver tasks and projects prioritized byITTF On-Shore stakeholders. The ITTF EMEA hub itself is hosted within theInfinity Platform and covers Lisbon, Porto & Madrid Locations. 

The ITTF EMEA Hub operates under the “Extended Team”model encompassing a clearly defined functional reporting line for each team toon-shore Managers who supervise the activities performed. 

Be partof Local Regulatory Reporting Solutions team is being able to: 

Design, develop and maintains LocalRegulatory Reporting solutions: 

  • LRR International (WKFS, CoreLRR, Report Generator, Local tools) 
    • Deploy LRR solution project for international entities: CIB/BP2S EMEA, APAC, AMER  

As a Finance BusinessAnalyst, your will: 

  • Participate in the analysis of LRR by collecting the following information: 
    • Description of the architecture (systems, reporting tool, data flows, transformation points, …) 
    • Description of the reporting processes including manual tasks 
    • Inventory of Reports 
    • Identify all the restitution axis of the reports produced 
  • Define the solution according to: 
    • the OFS architecture principles 
    • the LRRS target architecture 
  • Define the specifications according to the business requirement 
  • Define the priority of the specifications within the agile backlog in collaboration with the PO and the Team Leader 
  • Describe the testing strategy encompassing all stakeholders and contributors 
  • Build user manuals and training material. 
  • Review and update permanent documentation on the SharePoint 
  • Prepare support documentation to instruct decisions by senior management in the LRRS & Finance governance bodies 

As a Project Manager/ ProductOwner you will:

  • Scoping of the project
  • Costing of the project 
  • Building the planning of the project taking into account multiple interdependencies between streams, other projects and teams.
  • Monitoring the planning taking into account the Global OFS migration roadmap with the relevant Project Managers / PMO at central level.
  • Producing the IT documentation for instruction of the project by the FRESH Architects and so as to obtain their approval to launch the project
  • Organising the deployment and the aftercare of the solution
  • Managing escalation to management & sponsors when required.

REQUIREMENTS 

A mission within ITTF EMEA hubprovides a large view of the international footprint of IT functions, as wellas developing the network outside France. It helps also to understand thebusiness model of BNP Paribas in EMEA countries, Spain being one of the largestbranches of BNP Paribas with around 5000 employees in the country anddiversified set of business lines and functions  

Being part of LRRS will offer you aclose collaboration with the Local Finance (CFO, Financial controller) andprovide the keys to understand the stakes of our Reports with the Regulators.You will also develop your skills around OFS, the main General Layer ofBNPParibas, winning expertise on financial data.  

You will have the chance to work inAgile, learning the implementation of a game-changing methodology. 

The business analyst has tobe: 

  • A business school or University graduate with a master’s degree in accounting/finance or Engineer graduate with Finance and/or accounting knowledge
  • 1-3 years of experience in Finance or Project Management within the Banking sector (Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, Business/financial analysis), including audit and consultancy firms
  • knowledge and experience of implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards
  • experience as business analyst in Finance systems (Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting) or accounting interfaces (business analysis, functional requirements) appreciated
  • working experience in an international environment

Technicalknowledge

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Sharepoint
