ABOUT THE JOB
 
MISSION

• The calculation, invoicing, claim, monitoring and follow up of fees related to guarantees and counter-guarantees issued.

• The issuing of payments to Correspondent Banks. 

• The reconciliation of Nostro breaks related with payments issued or received within the scope of guarantees issued.

• The justification of accounts under his/her scope.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Managing the invoicing to clients and correspondent Banks, ensuring a high level of accuracy in terms of calculations of Guarantee fees and production of invoices.

• Ensuring invoices and accounting entries are aligned, performing accounting adjustments when necessary.

• Monitoring and follow up of fees due, ensuring that any long overdue items are referred to line Managers and/or Business contacts as necessary.

• Managing the payment of fees to Correspondent Banks.

• Responding quickly and effectively to MO /  banks / correspondents enquiries and requests for information

• Assisting with the resolution of any disputes or concerns in respect of overdue items.

• In coordination with the Drafter and/or Vetter, performing the monitoring of Guarantees as they reach their expiry dates: updating expiry dates for open-ended guarantees, closing expired transactions in the Bank mainframes and records, ensuring any outstanding fees are collected up to date and notifying clients of their release (if release before expiry date).

• Providing clear details of open items in the accounts under his/her scope. Such details will be used by the managers assigned as owners of the accounts for the periodic certification of accounts.

• Ensuring that all complaints are passed immediately to line management

ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

The Financial Statements analyst deploys operationally the regulation and normative instructions on his/her operational scope.

Based on the data delivered by the Finance SMS, he/she produces the reporting, specific analysis and ad-hoc requests.

He/she ensures quarterly production of his/her scope of entities reporting for BNPP’s financial statements consolidation, and answer to ad hoc requests from Group and external Auditors or other stakeholders supervised by his/her TL. He/she ensures on time and accurate different pack of financial and regulatory reporting related to his/her stream.

He/she participates to actions plans to solve data quality issues. He/she participates into new projects inquiries (regulatory and other).

ACTIVITIES

Performs reconciliations to ensure consistency of data with accounting source.

Performs overall controls and analytical review, as any other relevant analysis.

Contributes to projects by providing expertise on reporting issues.

Finance control & Data quality missions are embedded in the role:

  • Review controls and document how they are performed.
  • Delivers synthesis, raise alerts and action plans.
  • Is accountable for the entity quality of financial data used.
  • Oversights of the quality of the static data received from Referential officers (counterparties, securities, …)

ITG Production Network Security provide securely some critical services and maintain them constantly in other to offer best possible user experience and accompany the business growth. 

The services concerned are Remote Access, Connectivity to Cloud Services (SAAS, IAAS, PAAS), Firewalls and IPS segmentation & filtering and Automation solutions. 

The Network Security teams are responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting these services for all IT Group users (~100 000). They are performing that according to the Group guidelines and standards (Security, compliance, features, infrastructures, …)

ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

The successful candidate will include Desktop HVD Team and will collaborate with them and other teams in CIB by designing, building and providing level 2 support. The team is responsible for the maintenance, support, and operation of all virtual machines and physical remote PCs accessed through the XenDesktop infrastructure. This includes managing HVD client deployments, ensuring the performance and stability of the production environment, and maintaining the build images.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Duties 

  • Manage incidents and service requests related to the Citrix XenDesktop infrastructure
  • Provide technical support for virtual desktop and remote PC users
  • Conduct testing, analyze runbooks, and draft operational procedures
  • Participate in technical projects and infrastructure migrations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Support other operational teams during transitions to HVD infrastructure
  • Deliver services from the HVD Service Catalogue in line with SLAs (10,000+ users)

Service Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the health and performance of HVD and Remote PC infrastructures
  • Perform lifecycle management: new builds, templates, security patches, and upgrades
  • Configure and support backend systems and endpoints (Zero/Thin Clients, Console management)
  • Ensure compliance with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management)
  • Participate in special operations: Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and datacenter migrations
  • Collaborate with L3 Engineering on Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP)

REQUIREMENTS

ITTF Iberia platform is a shared service center, which provides services and resources on behalf of ITTF central department, and other ITG partners, in Spain and Portugal. ITTF Iberia platform ensures a common alignment in terms of strategy, operating model, IT standards with ITG beneficiaries, as well as, a full alignment with local and territory rules and stakeholders

The ITTF Department Office division ensures operational support for the entire department in key areas such as budgeting, sourcing, project portfolio management, and IT risk management. The division is also responsible for defining and coordinating governance, developing and monitoring the department’s IT strategy, as well as handling ad-hoc missions.

 

Report to

The position is within ITT&F Iberian Platform – Department Office in Madrid, under the supervision of ITT&F – Iberian Platform Department Office Head in Madrid, with functional link with ITT&F – Department Office – Cost Oversight & PPM Head in Paris.

 

Mission and Objectives 

The main objectives are:

  • Monitor, analyze and consolidate resourcing needs and consumption for projects and the run in coordination with PMO of Finance & Risk Solutions teams, and in alignment with official ITG Finance budget and actuals
  • Ensure figures split by clients / programs / funding and update the project portfolio
  • Partner with ITG Finance and with the sponsors (Finance, RISK and GDO/CDO) to explain resources consumption, calculate budget/forecast estimations and agree on funding and transfers

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Monthly reporting & closing, Budget preparation

  •  Ensure the respect of the guidelines and planning of figures closing and budget preparation
  • Provide a monthly synthetic reporting/analysis on figures evolution (both costs and HC)
  • Monitor / Control with the PMOs the different delivery expected (roadmap, HPA, …)
  • Establish punctual reportings on all Finance & Risk Solutions budget data
  • Contribute to the improvement and transformation of processes and governance within the activities of the team

      • Recover transfer needs from operational groups

MISSION & OBJECTIVES

As part of Global Banking Operations (GBO) – Global Trade Operations (GTO) – European Trade Finance Operations Line (ETFO) the Change & Continuous Improvement team has as its key mission:

1.           Optimize the operational efficiency of Trade Finance scope

2.           Promote and support transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

3.           Ensure optimal alignment of processes and procedures across the different locations

The team reports to the Head of ETFO and operated in close collaboration with Global Traditional Trade Organisation (GTTO), the Business (BCEF & CIB), IT (Dwings, TCH, Ivision etc..) and Trade Operations.

The team operates in a regional perimeter (EMEA) with special focus on International Guarantees Services in Paris (SGI) and Trade Finance Service Center in Madrid (TFSC). Its mandate is divided into 4 main areas :

–             Continuous Improvement 

–             Digitalization and industrialization 

–             Data & reporting 

–             L1 Support & Ebanking, where the bespoke role is located.

 

 

Main responsibilities

Key responsibilities of 1st Level Support team:

·  User support for tools echosystem 

Analysis and reporting of incidents in Service Now

·  Follow-up and coordination of incidents

·  Communication of incident resolution to users

·  Dwings Training

·  Support in the different migrations to Dwings (preparation of the enrichment file, UAT …)

·  Support in the different releases to Dwings (UAT coordination)

·  Support users with the usage of eBanking tools and define respective guidelines

·  Report to management and other key stakeholders on the activity 

REQUIREMENTS

Training and occupational experience

·       Good understanding of Guarantees products

·       Systems and processes: Atlas, Operational Tools (EPS, Aval….) , TDR, Good working knowledge of Word/Excel.

·       English C1 level, French is a plus.

The services concerned are LAN campus, Wi-Fi Connectivity, Network Access Control (NAC) and DNS/DHCP/IPAM (DDI) solutions. 

ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

As part of the Telecom Campus team, you will join a group of about 30 specialists focused on enterprise LAN and Wi-Fi Networks.

The team is responsible for designing, deploying and ensuring the operational maintenance of telecom infrastructures across BNP Paribas office buildings and banking branches.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

Designing and evolving the Group’s LAN and Wi-Fi network infrastructures by proposing highly resilient and secure architectural models. You will produce architecture and engineering documentation and participate in network deployment and configuration projects 

Contributing to major global infrastructure transformation projects, such as the integration or convergence of new entities into the Group’s standard solutions.

Conducting audits of existing network infrastructures.

Enhancing the solutions and product catalog by performing technological watch activities and testing new product ranges and software versions.

Acting as a technical expert during complex incident resolution and supporting technical operations during planned interventions (both during and outside of business hours).

You will play a key role in maintaining internal client satisfaction within a pleasant working environment (flex office, coworking spaces, regular remote work, on-site restaurant, gym, media library, concierge services). As part of BNP Paribas’ IT core, you will be among the experts driving the bank’s IT services forward

REQUIREMENTS

·         You have strong expertise in telecom infrastructure and enterprise networks, with in-depth knowledge of Wi-Fi architectures and network security components.

·         You are proficient in configuring enterprise LANs, including switch and router setup, and protocols such as BGP, OSPF, Spanning Tree, EVPN, VXLAN, and SD-WAN.

·         You are also skilled in Wi-Fi network setup: conducting wireless coverage surveys, defining access point configurations, verifying frequency and channel settings, and configuring Wi-Fi controllers.

·         You have hands-on experience with Cisco ISE security systems (including 802.1x, EAP-TLS, TEAP protocols).

·         You are comfortable working with several of the following products: Cisco Catalyst switches, Cisco ISE, WLC 9800, Catalyst Center, Aruba switches, Aruba MC, Ekahau, and Arista switches.

Languages & Qualifications

· You hold a Master’s degree from an engineering school or equivalent university program, with a specialization in Networks and Telecommunications.

MISSION

The Pricing to Billing officer will play a central role in managing Cash Management transactions for CIB EMEA’s Pricing to Billing processes (P2B) for Transaction Banking (TB)

The ideal candidate will ensure integrity, consistency, accuracy, and alignment across all stages of the P2B value chain, on execution of day-to-day actions on deals between Front Office (CashManagement Officers) and Back Office (Billing team)

KEY RESPONSABILITIES 

Oversee and coordinate all the actions at the origination of the deal, help Front Office to establish the Statement of Work of each new deal, based on Product Reference. The objective is to ensure a clear review of the scoping of scope entities, scoping the products needs by client and pricing applied (standard or negotiated items).

A key part of the role is to support front officers with pricing to billing for new transactions (EMEA common methodology, provide clear information on products, way of pricing, standard methodology, standard pricing, rules of deviations, rules,…)

Collaborate with Implementation teams to ensure proper interpretation of the product rollout and associated pricing. Establish the Operational Statement of Work to confirm various actors, actions, timing and follow up the actions. 

Prepare the final Master format, according to Statement of Work to achieve the Billing Configuration with the collect of the key information (scoping of entities, product, pricing, invoicing detail, one off and subscriptions specificities…) and build the files to load in the billing engine (Xelerate).

·    Execute Process control & monitoring:

  • Another part of the role is to establish and apply key controls to ensure transactions are processed according to the Statement of Work. The strong level of control to perform and feed the dashboards to monitor deals activities.
  • A key part of the role is to ensure a relevant reconciliation between all sources of information, for example cross check Statement of Work with the signed version of the contract, check final Billing configuration by analysing the Pricing Extract Report, conduct regular and exhaustive controls of subscriptions, one off to check the efficient process of counting and the update of billing engine parameters (volume actives).
  • Generate and update reports/dashboards: contact view, legal entity view, business group view, country view, the feeding of dashboard in a dynamic day to day review to ensure a consistent and permanent accuracy of information.
  • Act as a single point of contact to provide transaction details, facilitate communication between teams to ensure a permanent alignment of information.
