MISSION

Artemis is a key platform for data exchange between BNP PF, Group, and external applications:

• Development, validation, and deployment of interfaces using Tibco technology;
• Collaboration with the project management team, Maintenance and Management on high-visibility technical matters;

• Active participation in technical projects related to obsolescence and IT Risk;

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Validation of technical requirements to develop interfaces with Tibco technology;
• Development of new requests and management of enhancements according to requirements outlined in the specifications;
• Management of necessary documentation for the delivery of the development and testing validation;
• Deployment in different environments;
• Performing unit tests of developments;
• Participate in client meetings clients to solve questions about the developments;
• Live testing sessions and debugging with clients when required;
• Support for the development, project management, and support teams;
• Participation in the preparation of development documentation and in team improvements;
• Participation in high-visibility and technical platform projects as a referent (e.g., database migrations, Linux, CFT, etc.)

* IT TOOLS

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Tibco is a must;
• Java development, C#, PHP, (nice to have);
• Knowledge of file formats: ASCII, EBCDIC, UTF8, PGP, GPG, XML;
• Knowledge and proved experience in Linux;
• Familiarity with creating and modifying .sh scripts;
• Knowledge of CFT, FTP, SFTP, MVS, MQ protocols.

MISSION 

Within BNPP Finance, SALT-R is part of SMR, covering the following global missions:

• Prepare financial indicators in accordance with the requirements of regulators and standards in force
• Monitor and steer performance at Group, Division, Group Function level.

SALT-R is more particularly responsible to produce Liquidity and Resolution reporting and indicators, for the Group as well as for sub perimeters, of which the French Liquidity waiver, several geographical areas, and other sub-groups. 

SALT-R is a joint venture between BNP Paribas Finance and ALMT HO, at central level, whose deliverables are mainly intended for:   

• Externally: the ECB, the SRB and the JST (Joint Supervisory Team, composed ECB and ACPR people) for Regulatory and Supervisory reporting and analysis
• Internally: the CFO and the General Management of the Group, including for steering issues.

SALT-R has a strong relationship with all the Divisions contributing to Group indicators, covering CIB (Global Markets, Global Banking, BP2S), Domestic Markets and IFS (International Financial Services) as well as ALMT Head Office as a partner and a contributor.

You will join the AI Business Analysts team at AIR Tech, which is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of projects, making sure that the needs of users and sponsors are correctly translated for the Data Scientists and AI ML Engineers of the AIR Tech team

To illustrate your working day, here are some of the associated tasks:

AIR Tech Project Manager

Within the AIR Tech team, the AI Business Analyst plays a central coordination role between team members (Data Scientists and AI ML Engineers) and our internal contacts (sponsors, clients, and users), namely:

–       The framing: ensuring that AIR Tech fully understands the requirements and constraints as well as the relevance of the approach in relation to the needs of the users

–       Project progress tracking: ensure project follow-up, anticipate and resolve any issues encountered, serve as the main point of contact with AIR Tech clients to ensure their engagement, act as a Scrum Master using agile methods to ensure regular project progression

–       Promotion: Present the team’s contributions internally and externally

Next, the team applies algorithms to solve the identified problem based on the provided data.

CIB IT Spain is responsible for CIB European local applications under its scope, providing ADM (Application Development and Maintenance) and APS (Application Production Support) services to its internal clients, providing vision to the applications and systems under its scope, implementing the overall strategy for developing and implementing technology initiatives. ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

As a member of the IT development team of CIB IT Spain, serving as Technical Leader, your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of a portfolio of applications, ensuring their quality and continuity, as well as compliance with the standards and cybersecurity policies in force at BNP Paribas.

MISIÓN

Estamos buscando contratar a un perfil junior para back office sin experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo de Madrid. Como junior de back office, informará al responsable y ayudará con distintas tareas administrativas. Esto incluye la gestión de datos, el procesamiento de instrucciones de clientes, gestión de pagos, conocimiento de mercado español para ayudar a los clientes a gestionar el riesgo y evitar posibles incidencias.

REQUISITOS

• Estudios

• Estar en posesión de un grado (preferible ADE o similar), o doble grado (ADE/Economía con Derecho).

ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

Based on the external disclosures, the FS LRR analyst deploys operationally the regulation and normative guidelines on his operational scope. 

–          Based on the data delivered by the Finance SMS, to provide reporting, analysis and specific requests 

–          To produce the monthly reporting to the local regulator authority (French National Bank, ACPR “Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Resolution”) and to answer to ad hoc requests of the regulators. To send on time accurate reporting to regulators. 

–          To produce financial statements for external publication and for Finance front office ensuring their correct valuation and presentation. 

–          To participate to actions plans to solve data quality issues. He/she participates into new projects inquiries (regulatory and other)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Send on time accurate reporting to regulators

Being part of the team responsible of  the local regulatory reporting of BNP Paribas SA and Financial markets

Ensuring the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to the local regulators (ACPR and Banque de France)

Coordinating with all involved stakeholders

Ensuring data quality and active participation to the data quality action plan.

Performs reconciliations to ensure consistency of data with accounting source

Performs overall controls 

Performs analytical reviews and any other relevant analysis 

Contributes to projects by providing expertise on reporting issues 

Documents how controls are performed 

Delivers alerts and action plans 

Is accountable for the entity quality of financial data used

Oversights of the quality of the static data received from Referential officers (counterparties, securities, …) 

Makes sure the information we have all the information to complete the reporting chain  

REQUIREMENTS

Studies

Business school, University Graduate, Master Degree in Accounting, Finance or Engineering Degree

• Experience

2/4 years of experience in Finance within the Banking sector (Financial Accounting, Reporting, Business/financial analysis), including audit and consultancy firms

Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, both in IFRS and French GAAP on banking sector

Ability to analyze and challenge accounting numbers.
