MISSION
As a Leveraged Finance Off‑Cycle Trainee, you will support the origination and execution of high‑yield bond and term‑loan transactions, work on pitch processes, and conduct credit and financial analysis. WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Work on pitch processes alongside M&A, ECM, Syndicate and Coverage teams.

ABOUT THE JOB 

MISSION 

Within ITTF, Finance Dedicated Solutions (FDS) is a Group in charge of servicing Finance processes and users on a worldwide scope.  

There are three Domains in FDS: Consolidations Solutions dedicated to Head Office Reporting, Operating Solutions dedicated to specific Finances processes and Local Regulatory Reporting Solutions (LRRS) dedicated to local or regional Finance teams producing the Financial statements & Financial prudential reporting towards the National Central Banks. 

The missions of the LRRS team are to: 

  • Help and participate on the OFS migrations of the LRR streams (teams) 
  • Support the design and  systems-and-solutions-building for LRR Finance processes & users 
  • Comprehend and help on the adaptation of regional activities of the existing systems & solutions 
  • Support, run and manage the LRR systems & solutions 
  • Help on the incidents of the LRR systems & solutions management
  • Ensure communication with users and stakeholders. 
  • Contribute to the training and change management of the Finance users 
  • Strive to continuously improve the service provided by LRRS by tracking inefficiencies within LRRS and contributing to review Finance LRR processes 
  • Learn and support the implementation of the new FRESH framework and in particular agile @scale methodology and collaborative cross stream fertilization 

Concerning the EMEA region, a dedicated LRRS team is set up in the ITTF EMEA Hub. The analyst position is part of that team. 

The ITTF EMEA Hub operates as a service center providing resources and expertise to deliver on tasks and projects prioritized by ITTF On-Shore stakeholders. The ITTF EMEA hub is itself hosted within the Oxygen Platform and covers Lisbon & Madrid Locations. 

The ITTF EMEA Hub operates under the “Extended Team” model encompassing a clearly defined functional reporting line for each team to on-shore Managers who supervise the activities performed. 

RESPONSIBILITIES   

Your main tasks include: 

  • Ensure the application of Agile methodology inside the squad, by supporting the team members during the Agile ceremonies and the follow up of their tasks in JIRA
  • Support the coordination and communication between several squads at Agile scaled level
  • Create and update material support for meetings and other needs
  • Promote and foster Agile methodology inside the squad
  • Suggest new improvement ideas regarding the teams’ agility, performance and “way to work”
  • Follow up of KPIs related to Agility (planning, performance…)
  • Support on the creation and organization of team’s documentation

REQUIREMENTS

THE ROLE: WEB SECURITY POLICY AND AUTOMATION

As part of the Global Web Security team, you will work on two key initiatives:

Policy Sanitation and Optimization

Our WAF and Proxy environments have evolved over time, leading to accumulated rules that require rationalization. Your role will involve:

  • Reviewing and analyzing existing security policies (filtering, authentication, SSL inspection) to identify redundancies, conflicts, or outdated configurations.
  • Proposing and testing optimizations to improve security posture and operational efficiency.
  • Documenting changes and ensuring alignment with BNP Paribas security standards and OWASP guidelines.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

This work directly supports our 2026 roadmap to reduce complexity, minimize false positives, and enhance performance across our web security infrastructure.

Signature and Rule Automation

Manual updates to threat signatures and security rules are time-consuming and prone to delays. You will assist in:

  • Developing scripts (Python/Bash) to automate the deployment of signature updates from vendors as well as optimize current workflows from our TOM.
  • Testing and validating automated processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Monitoring the impact of updates on false positive/negative rates and system performance.

By contributing to this initiative, you will help reduce manual workloads and improve response times to emerging threats.

Operational Support (Level 2)

In addition to project work, you will gain exposure to daily production security operations, including:

  • Managing access requests and basic incident resolution in ServiceNow.
  • Assisting in log analysis to troubleshoot issues (e.g., blocked legitimate traffic, misconfigured rules).
  • Escalating complex cases to Level 3 support with clear documentation.

This experience will provide foundational knowledge of enterprise web security operations while supporting your work on the policy and automation roadmaps.

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Engineering school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Cybersecurity / Information Technology / Telecommunications degree or master’s (a plus).
  • Demonstrated interest in cybersecurity, particularly in web application defense (blue-team mindset).

ABOUT THE JOB

 MISSION

 The main objective of the Head Office Reporting P&L team is to ensure the submission of the Group reporting Profit and Loss (P&L) statements as well the review and the accuracy of the accounting figures.

The team is also the owner analytical process, being the SPOC of all P&L Reporting requirements. Additionally, the team will oversee, identify, and implement initiatives in regards the improvement of ALMT Management Accounting processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Management Accounting & Control Functions

He/she will be in charge of the following finance functions:

  • Being the main interlocutor with ALMT Finance, overseeing any remediation initiative that would improve ALMT P&L over EMEA Region.
  • Ensure the golden rule: the reconciliation between financial and management accounting figures, in compliance with Group and CIB Finance standards.
  • Promote the data quality and the associated expenses reporting. In this context, you will have to:
  • Consolidate all manuals entries and difficulties.
  • Monitor and work on remediation action plan in coordination with all actors. 
  • Foster the automatic solution instead of tactical solution or manual entries.
  • To develop a strong KPI framework of controls which could be shared in a specific dashboard with our clients.
  • Build strong relationships with the Regional fronting, Local finance, SMS/HOR teams and financial controllers to produce management accounting reporting and provide all the synthesis and analysis required per Business Line.
  • Contribute to the elaboration of reliable and quality Performance Management expenses reports for the management of the region. Detect needs of information and reporting for the business.
  • Design and implement new reports for the local business management,
  • Implement a highly automated process for the elaboration of analytical expenses,
  • Bring support to the local finance, local heads of the business lines in the analysis of the expenses and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), being able to really explain what is happening in the countries in scope.
  • Participate actively in the follow-up, definition and implementation of the new Budget process for the perimeter of responsibility. Implement the necessary controls. Foster the communication with global and local teams.
  • Be available to participate in any task in order to avoid concentrating peaks of work in few team members.

REQUIREMENTS

Studies

  • Accounting/Business degree or equivalent


 Experience

  • Minimum 4-5 years of financial and/or management accounting experience, preferably within Financial Services Industries

ITTF Iberia platform is a shared service center, which provides services and resources on behalf of ITTF central department, and other ITG partners, in Spain and Portugal. ITTF Iberia platform ensures a common alignment in terms of strategy, operating model, IT standards with ITG beneficiaries, as well as, a full alignment with local and territory rules and stakeholders

The ITTF Department Office division ensures operational support for the entire department in key areas such as budgeting, sourcing, project portfolio management, and IT risk management. The division is also responsible for defining and coordinating governance, developing and monitoring the department’s IT strategy, as well as handling ad-hoc missions.

 

Report to

The position is within ITT&F Iberian Platform – Department Office in Madrid, under the supervision of ITT&F – Iberian Platform Department Office Head in Madrid, with functional link with ITT&F – Department Office – Cost Oversight & PPM Head in Paris.

 

Mission and Objectives 

The main objectives are:

  • Monitor, analyze and consolidate resourcing needs and consumption for projects and the run in coordination with PMO of Finance & Risk Solutions teams, and in alignment with official ITG Finance budget and actuals
  • Ensure figures split by clients / programs / funding and update the project portfolio
  • Partner with ITG Finance and with the sponsors (Finance, RISK and GDO/CDO) to explain resources consumption, calculate budget/forecast estimations and agree on funding and transfers

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Monthly reporting & closing, Budget preparation

  •  Ensure the respect of the guidelines and planning of figures closing and budget preparation
  • Provide a monthly synthetic reporting/analysis on figures evolution (both costs and HC)
  • Monitor / Control with the PMOs the different delivery expected (roadmap, HPA, …)
  • Establish punctual reportings on all Finance & Risk Solutions budget data
  • Contribute to the improvement and transformation of processes and governance within the activities of the team
  • Manage the relations with PMOs, Operationnals, ITG_Finance,…
  • Coverage Clients:
    • Follow the transfer process with the Client and ITG_Finance
      • Recover transfer needs from operational groups
      • Consolidate these needs for all Finance & Risk Solution (Onshore + Near/Offshore)
      • Monitor the correct execution of these transfers by Clients
      • Ensure the consistency between the Finance & Risk Solutions vision and the ITG-Finance vision
    • Provide a monthly status of the Clients
      • Review the status/achievements of the projects
      • Identify the main points/risks/alerts
      • Monitor / follow-up the remediation plans
      • Follow the detailed budget
      • Discuss on specific issues
    • Animate and produce the minutes of the different committees
    • Manage the relations with the funders (Finance & Strategy, RISK, Business lines)
    • Improve the governance around this process

 

REQUIREMENTS

Training and occupational experience

 

  • Business school or University Graduate, Master Degree in Accounting, Finance 
  • 2-3 years of experience in an Accounting/Management Control function
  • Experience of working in international environment appreciated
  • Knowledge of IT activities
