MISSION

We are looking to hire a junior for back office with no experience to join our Madrid team. As a junior back office, you will report to the manager and assist with various administrative tasks. This includes data management, processing client instructions, handling payments, knowledge of the Spanish market to help clients manage risk and avoid potential incidents.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support and deliver operational processes to ensure timely and accurate processing of securities. Ensure trade transactions are booked correctly in systems for clean downstream settlement.

ABOUT THE JOB
 
MISSION
 
As a project manager within the RISK HR Change and Transformation Team, you will be involved in a wide variety of projects from developing and delivering HR initiatives and providing HR expertise and coordination in the context of the business transformation. This position will focus on employee engagement initiatives initially, but with the possibility to work on business transformation topics and other HR topics, depending on business needs.  You will work closely with your colleagues across RISK HR (based in Paris and Madrid), but also with local HR teams in the countries and entities where RISK employees are located. The European Trade Finance Service Center has 115 employees across 16 nationalities in Spain and provides solutions for Domestic and international Guarantees, Syndicated guarantees, Fronting, Green and sustainable linked guarantees and Documentary products (Import and Export) for both, corporations or institutions, in close collaboration with the Global Trade Solutions teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deal directly with CIB clients ensuring their needs are met and/or exceeded within established agreements.
  • Provide assistance/support to clients and corporate groups on technical aspects of International and Domestic Guarantees.
  • Process Guarantees issued on behalf of the Bank’s clients or other branches/subsidiaries/correspondents, including the review and validation of wordings in non-standard or pre-validated formats.
  • The day to day processing of guarantee expiries and follow up with branches, correspondents and clients to ensure a smooth release of guarantee instruments as they meet their expiry dates. 
  • The role will also be responsible for assisting the Invoicing and Fees officer when necessary.

Detailed responsibilities:

  • Ensuring client needs are met and/or exceeded, processing client requests on a timely and proactive manner. 
  • Providing assistance/support to clients and corporate groups on technical aspects of International and Domestic Guarantees.
  • Providing support and assistance to Front Office (FO) on technical aspects and practices and in getting deals booked and properly processed.
  • Verifying that all approvals are in place (from Credit Risk, Compliance and Legal) in order to proceed with client requests
  • Processing of Guarantees issued on behalf of the Bank’s clients or other branches/subsidiaries/correspondents, direct/indirect with due regard to legal, compliance and risk aspects.
  • Checking that wordings in non-standard or pre-validated formats are acceptable for the Bank.

REQUISITOS

Estudios

  • Grado universitario en Finanzas, Economía, Administración de Empresas, o áreas relacionadas.
  • Se valora un posgrado en Finanzas, Mercado de Capitales o Inversiones Inmobiliarias.                              

Experiencia

Experiencia en el sector de Capital Markets, preferiblemente en consultoría inmobiliaria o financiera, banca de inversión o gestora de activos.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Associate your role will be central and will revolve around guaranteeing the proper execution of mandates, contributing to the origination effort and training junior resources. Specific responsibilities include:

–    Contribute to the entire M&A process, from marketing through to execution;

–    Ensure quality and timely preparation of all materials required for deal preparation;

–    Ensure high quality standards and reliability of all materials;

–    Assist on valuation / modelling workstreams;

–    Assist on the marketing efforts carried out by the Consumer, Retail and Healthcare sector team;

–    Think commercially about a client’s business and identify new business opportunities;

A degree from a leading university with an excellent academic record is mandatory.

EXPERIENCE

At least 3 years of previous work experience in Mergers & Acquisitions in a top tier investment bank, boutique, or a Big Four;

Previous experience in Consumer or Healthcare M&A is no a prerequisite but will be positively considered;

Demonstrate an understanding of the M&A product including transaction structuring and analysis, valuation, fairness opinions, capital increases, IPOs, etc;

Modelling and valuation – knowledge of integrated financial statements models, comparable companies, comparable transactions, DCF, LBO models;

RESPONSABILIDADES

• Solicitar la documentación necesaria para la preparación del Expediente Comercial de cara a ser analizado por Riesgo para la puesta en producción de las Pólizas. 

• Preparación y montaje de los expedientes (recopilando información y documentación) con el objetivo de presentarlos a la Dirección de Riesgo para estudio. 

• Preparar los expedientes con la revisión previa de la documentación a solicitar al Concesionario (Balances, PYG, IS, IVAS, Memorias…) 

• Realizar las consultas en las diferentes Bases de Datos (externas/internas) para completar el expediente.

• Solicitar Verificaciones Registrales 

• Seguir la situación de cada uno de los expedientes (documentaciones pendientes)

• Mantener la relación comercial con los concesionarios, Equipo Comercial y con el departamento de Riesgo

• Realizar reportes incidencias y estadísticas a Crédito Stock, así como los controles correspondientes.   

• Preparación de Textos Legales (Pólizas, Rebalanceos, Ampliaciones etc…..)     

• Seguimiento proceso de firmas de los textos legales

Mission:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the definition and support implementation of major IT transformation plans of our IT products.
  • Study, design, validate in governance committees and support implementation of major functional, IT-for-IT or cybersecurity evolutions in our IT Products.
  • Support the migration to the PF new Toolchain of PF IT products worldwide.
  • Support the definition of new DevOps integrations for new technologies.

 

What we are looking for:

For us soft skills and endorsing our leadership guidelines (transversality, collective goals, confidence and agility) are equally important as technical skills:

  • Academic background: Degree / bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • You have 3 years of proven working experience in related tasks.
  • Expertise in software and integration patterns.
  • Expertise in several development frameworks (preferably .NET/dotnet core and spring, others valuable as well).
  • Expertise in integrating applications in DevSecOps toolchains with tools like Gitlab-CI, ArgoCD, Helm, Openshift, Terraform, …
  • Good understanding of security protocols (SAML, Oauth2, OpenID), security vulnerabilities and how to fix them.
  • Experience designing and/or implementing Cloud Native Applications applying microservices, event-driven and Domain Driven Design.
  • You are a team player but as well with capability of working autonomously.
  • You have a transformation mindset, looking for the excellency but at the same time pragmatic, empathic and able to apply coaching strategies.
  • You are a problem-solver and decision-making person, who:

 Position Purpose: 

 CO3 Governance team actively manages on a daily basis all Platform transversal topics: 
  * Coordination of Territory policies and requests
  * Internal communication
  * Platform rules.
  * The team ensures that Infinity EMEA meets with the Group and Legal requirements; secures the calendar and the monitoring of transversal regular organizational affairs on a timely and efficient manner
  * It is expected to monitor and assess the key indicators of the Platform such as the customer / employee feedback or the operational workload per service

Responsibilities

 This role requires to manage the daily pulse of the Infinity EMEA Platform by: 
  * Managing the Internal Communications coming from Territory (as a SPOC) or Head of the Platform
* Ensuring all Staff/Management is aware of the guidelines and procedures to follow
  * Managing Transversal events, from New Joiners Sessions to Staff Party or Transversal Events required by the COO of the Platform
  * Ensuring the Voice of the Customer and Employee is taken into consideration via the surveys of NPS and e-NPS respectively, having an action plan after the results and ensuring an action plan follow-up
  * Ensuring all staff has visibility of the Platform rules, as managing expenses, parking allocation guidelines, … This should be done with a close relationship with the Territory and upper Management, making sure the guidelines are visible and available in Sharepoint page
  * Ensuring all transversal topics of the Platform are managed, as the management of invoices approval, office supplies of the team, supporting and assisting transversal events organized by Employee Journey Committee, in partnership with COO of the Platform
  * Providing KPIs of the Platform and their analysis

 Technical & Behavioral Competencies 

  * Educational background
  * University degree
  * 3+ years of experience in business administration
  * Business analysis and technical architecture roles’ experience in complex business environments is a plus
  * Experience on multinational environment within support and administrative tasks
  * Having some previous experience in Finance is a plus
  * Knowledge of BNPP organization and business lines will also be appreciated
