MISIÓN
Estamos buscando contratar a un junior para back office sin experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo de Custodia de Madrid. Como junior de back office, informará al gerente y participará en todas las tareas del equipo. Garantizar precisión, cumplimiento normativo y eficiencia en procesos documentales y de soporte a equipos internos.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting & Control Functions
With a transversal role and providing support to SMS BP SPOCs, he/she will be in charge of:
? Act as MPOC (main point of contact) between other teams (Back Offices, Data Quality, TRUST, 2LOD, OPC, Transformation, FIP/Migrations), to assure correct communication and fluent solutions to the topic raised; and he/she will oversee all transversal topics linked main tools to assure quality of certification:
? Manage in an harmonized way the oversight of first level one control of upstream teams (BO, risk, etc.) for all entities & the first level of control of finance, construct and review the SMS certificate toward Control team (second level of defence). Ensure the oversight of accounting controls performed by Banking Products Operations based on their monthly control results & quarterly sub-certification
? Follow up the balance in transit and suspense accounts, coordinating with Product Team and Back Office to regularize the balance
? Assist and advice to the product team leads in all 1LOD and BO oversight aspects: run and BAU, improvement initiative include automation, participation to regulatory project, etc.
? Transversal follow up of the Risk Assessment & Suspense Provisioning
? Ensure the use of the Oversight Book of rules shared by 2LOD
? Check the availability of the control tools (Concorde, Beacon, Ambre, BI 4.2)
? Provide assistance in coordination with the management in responding to questions from the external auditors, Inspection Génerale, Operations, and other support groups by:
o Ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up of questions / requests for information
o Escalating problems/issues to the team leader and/or head
o Providing quality service to other teams

ü Participate in the upgrades/version releases of respective control tools

Finance Implementation Projects (FIP) EMEA team ensures the end-to-end implementation of the Business and Regulatory projects in the region, in full alignment with Finance strategy. In the scope of FIP:
- Projects related to changes driven by Business and/or ITO initiatives (new products, operational systems implementation, migration between the systems, etc.)

Position Purpose
As Senior Officer, the mainresponsibilities are focused on helping management of the team, leadingindependently the areas assigned and support junior team members on:
- Ensure that appropriate operational risk management and permanent control framework are in place in the Infinity EMEA Platform
- Support management team, by providing the main KPI’s, risks and control environment

Monitoring ofBusiness Continuity Management processes:
BCP Correspondentrole
- Update the BCP documentation, at least on an annual basis and promptly, following a significant change (scope, activities, BCP staff, BCP requirements, etc):
- Business Impact Analysis (BIA): quantitative and qualitative evaluation of an activity disruption
- BCP Procedure: detail of all resources required to resume the activity
- Raise awareness and be the interface with BCM team
- Coordinate the teams in the recovery site, in case of BCP activation or exercises
- Participate in the mandatory training session organized at least once in the year
WHAT ARE WE SEEKING
TECHNICAL &BEHAVIORAL SKILLS
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is a plus
- Professional experience: Between 3 to 5 years of experience in external or internal audit, control, or risk department. Previous experience in Finance or banking is a plus
- Knowledge of Business Process modelling
SOFT
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills (spoken and written)
- Analytical skills and critical thinking
- Goal oriented
- Strong planning and organizational skills: autonomy, capacity to manage several tasks in parallel and to prioritize to meet deadlines
BACKGROUND
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience in leading small teams 2-3 members or leading small projects
- Knowledge of BNPP organization and business lines will also be appreciated
- Advanced English is mandatory; must be capable to maintain fluent conversation
- French is a plus

MISIÓN
Apoyo en el posicionamiento web y portales inmobiliarios de nuestros distintos assets.
RESPONSABILIDADES
- Utilización de portales inmobiliarios como Idealista, Loopnet y Habitaclia para subida de contenido y mejora del posicionamiento de los activos inmobiliarios
- Recopilación, verificación y actualización de la información recogida por las distintas Business line (Oficinas/Retail/Industrial y Logístico)
- Redacción de las descripciones y textos para los distintos inmuebles (keywords).
- Edición y revisión de los contenidos creados por otros miembros de la empresa para garantizar la precisión y coherencia de los mismos.
- Seguimiento y reporte del contenido publicado en los distintos portales y web.
- Análisis el rendimiento de los contenidos y hacer recomendaciones de mejora basadas en datos.
REQUISITOS
- Estudios (formación como administrativo, FP, Ciclos formativos de grado superior, o estudios administrativos, marketing, publicidad, periodismo, comunicación)
- Conocimiento de los portales inmobiliarios: Idealista, Loopnet y Habitaclia.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word…).
- Habilidades de escritura y redacción
- Inglés: B2
- Interés en el campo de Real Estate
- Persona proactiva, organizada, con capacidad resolutiva y acostumbrada al trabajo en equipo

RESPONSIBILITIES
With a transversal role and providing support to SMS BP SPOCs, he/she will be in charge of :
- Measure and book the required adjustments in accounting to ensure completion and accurateness through all reporting axes, including the segmented axis.
- Review & perform the Suspense Provisioning and the rest of legal and tax provision.
- Ensure the oversight of accounting controls performed by Back Offices based on their monthly control results & quarterly sub-certification.
- Control and analyse the data that contribute to the regulatory reporting (Matisse allocations, BMRC feeding, Accounting to Risk reconciliation, Local regulatory reports, non-standard feeds,….) & the disclosure production.
- Provide Finance supervision & completion on LoD1 control performed by Back Offices operations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the data feeding done by the back office operation tools.
- Providing support to Back and Middle offices in all the accounting aspects required.
- Provide assistance in coordination with the management in responding to questions from the external auditors, Operations, and other support groups by:
- Ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up of questions / requests for information.
- Escalating problems/issues to the team leader and/or head.
- Providing quality service to other teams
Projects, Systems Support, Operational Process Improvements
- Participate in the upgrades/version releases of respective reporting tools
- Assist in identifying operational process improvements in production, control procedures, and workflow organization to increase the team’s efficiency and effectiveness
- Other functions:
- Observe the bank’s policies and procedures
- Assist in any special project or request as directed by management
REQUIREMENTS
- Studies
- Business school, University Graduate, Master Degree in Accounting or Finance Degree
- Experience
- Up to 4 years experience in Finance within the Banking sector (Financial Accounting, Reporting, Business/financial analysis), including audit and consultancy firms
- Experience of working in an international environment appreciated
Languages
- English Advanced
- European languages a plus (specially French)
SKILLS
- Technical
- Knowledge of Banking products is desirable
- Working knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, both in IFRS and French GAAP (an asset)
- IFRS9 impairment calculation knowledge will be a plus
- High proficiency in computer skills and data analytics
