 WHO WE ARE

We are South Europe Technologies (SET Iberia), the IT, Data, and Operations Shared Service Center for BNP Paribas Personal Finance. Based in Spain and Portugal, we provide end-to-end solutions to global entities like Cetelem. Our team of over 200 experts manages everything from application architecture to cybersecurity and data analytics.

 MISSION

As a Run Manager, you will ensure the stability and efficiency of IT services for our international partners. You will act as the vital link between business needs and technical execution, managing incidents, demands, and security compliance. Your work directly maintains the high service levels required by our global customers.

 WHAT YOU’LL DO

Monitor and triage incidents, prioritizing resolutions and managing escalations to minimize business impact.

Lead root-cause analysis and deliver detailed post-incident reports to prevent future issues.

Coordinate with technical teams to manage evolution demands, tracking budgets and requirements.

Act as the primary contact for pricing parameter configurations and system updates.

Serve as the Security Champion, managing IT risks, vulnerabilities, and compliance standards.

Maintain transparent communication with partners through daily updates and monthly performance reports.

 WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Proven ability to build and activate professional networks across IT and Operations.

Strong analytical skills to solve complex operational challenges.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your message for both technical and business audiences.

Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).

Proficiency in French (B2 level or higher) is required.

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
