FRESH organization is the outcome of several convergences: between the Project & Systems teams of Group Finance, CIB Finance and RISK and their related IT teams. FRESH is part of the ITG organization (ITG in Europe and ITO overseas) with a threefold sponsorship by ITG, Finance and RISK (CIB-ITO; RISK Solutions and ITG-FIT).

MISSION:

MISSION OF PMLS Madrid

  • Design the transformation of the performance management value chain to streamline the management reporting and modelling processes, based on PERSEUS CIB.
  • Maintain the current dedicated PARADIGM, VINCI AE, DRACONIS, until the full integration in Perseus CIB and SOLAAR target solutions. 

OBJECTIVES OF PMLS Madrid

  • Define the functional architecture, conception, deployment and administration of the platforms dedicated to management accounting/control and liquidity.
  • Manage the current BAU process of existing applications in this domain.
  • Launch the projects required to enable the transformation of the PMLS stream in accordance to the new Finance target architecture. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organization, planning and management of PMLS team continues activities.
  • Communicate and report to PML03 managers both Spain and France.
  • Manage improvements on the operating model and on the reporting.
  • Monitoring the planning of each team inside PMLS. Support/redirect in case of delays.
  • Anticipate any major risks and offer mitigation plan.
  • Department budget/forecast preparation and reporting.
  • Work closely with PMLS Manager to keep pulse on team morale and performance so that team is functioning at peak performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business integration, industry engagement, technology, and operations).
  • Manage worldwide stakeholder’s expectations.

MANAGERIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attend and collaborate in Management Team meetings from FRESH EMEA and EMEA Infinity platform.
  • Animate FRESH EMEA team, participating and proposing initiatives that can bring visibility to the team and help on the development of the team members.
  • Participate and support mandatory BNPP activities (OPC, IG, ECB etc.).
  • Support PMLS team members on their development, to provide guidance and manage expectations.
  • To support the Head of PMLS on different tasks assigned to the team and mandatory annual processes (CRP, Objectives, Invoices, recruiting, etc.).
  • To ensure a fluent and clear communication with the Head of FRESH EMEA, Head of PMLS and the team members.

REQUIREMENTS:

Training:

 •  Educational background: Business school with IT specialty, Engineer or Master in Information Technology.

Experience:

 •  Previous working experience: Minimum 7+ years’ experience of Team/Project Management and Financial Services 

Languages:

 •  English:Fluent
